Abstract

This research investigates into the capital structure determinants of Non-Bank Financial Institutions (NBFIs) in LQ45 firms during the period of 2004-2011. For this purpose, leverage is taken as dependent variable while tangibility, growth, size and  profitability are selected as independent variables. The study has shown that  tangibility and profitability are significant in explaining variation in leverage of the NBFIs in LQ45 firms while growth and size are insignificant in explaining variation in leverage of the NBFIs in LQ45 firms.Keywords: Leverage, tangibility, growth, size,  profitability, pecking order theory.

Abstract

Makalah ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran terkait disclosure ekuitas merek dalam laporan tahunan dan keuangan perusahaan.Makalah ini juga bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Dewan Standar Akuntasi Keuangan mengenai disclosure ekuitas merek dalam laporan tahunan dan keuangan perusahaan. Makalah ini ditulis menggunakan kajian pustaka yang mendalam dan diikuti dengan penyajian data deskriptif terkait penghitungan ekuitas merek. Mengingat arti pentingnya ekuitas merek bagi manajemen perusahaan dan investor maka melalui makalah ini dirasa perlu memberi saran kepada OJK, Dewan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan terkait disclosure ekuitas merek dalam laporan tahunan dan keuangan perusahaan.

Abstract

The unstable global economy, financial challenges, and limited research on financial preparedness in emergencies have made the topic of financial resilience a key topic among researchers, especially for generations Y and Z. This study examines the impact of digital financial literacy, numeracy skills, and financial behavior on financial resilience in Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province. This research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The sample was 100 Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province. The outcome of the examination revealed that partially, digital financial literacy and numeracy skills do not have a substantial effect on financial resilience. However, financial behavior has a substantial impact on financial resilience. Simultaneously, digital financial literacy, numeracy skills, and financial behavior have a significant effect on the financial resilience of Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Setiap perusahaan menginginkan perluasan unit bisnis saat ini. Memperhatikan faktor loyalitas pelanggan merupakan salah satu tindakan yang dapat dilakukan untuk meningkatkan unit bisnis. Di PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan Pelanggan Way Halim, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis dan kemudian menunjukkan pengaruh kepercayaan, komitmen perusahaan, komunikasi, dan penanganan konflik terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 8 orang, yang merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Indikator Kepercayaan memberikan kualitas layanan yang baik, ketepatan waktu, dan terintegrasi. (2) Indikator Komitmen memberikan jaminan layanan jasa sesuai dengan tingkat mutu pelayanan kepada pelanggan. (3) Indikator Komunikasi dapat memberikan kemudahan para pelanggan untuk mendapatkan informasi melalui berbagai media seperti call center 123 dan aplikasi PLN mobile. (4) Dalam upaya meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan, perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelayanan Pelanggan Way Halim peduli dengan masalah kepercayaan, komitmen perusahaan, komunikasi, dan penanganan konflik karena semua aspek tersebut berdampak pada loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

The Way Rilau Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) drinking water is a BUMD which has a business in the clean water distribution sector, so this company operates in the service and product sector with uniform health standards. One way to initiate make a clean water company is through segmenting, targeting, and positioning. Segmenting, targeting and positioning are methods for analyzing a company’s internal and external strengths so that the company can achieve its goals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and observations to obtain detailed research results, using primary data sources. The results of the research show that the segmenting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for ready-to-drink water products is segmentation based on Geographic, covering 8 areas of the city of Bandar Lampung. Segmentation based on demographics, namely looking at consumers' income, gender, education and age. Segmentation based on psychographics, this company's segmentation looks at the lifestyle of its consumers who always follow developments. Segmentation based on behavior, consumers use more regular water products because this product has been around for a long time and is widely used. The targeting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for PPP SPAM water products is focusing on 2 green areas Sukabumi and Sukarame which are not yet reached. There are three classifications carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau regarding PPP SPAM water products, namely positioning based on product, competitors and consumers.

Abstract

Terdapat sejumlah permasalahan yang telah dihadapi oleh perusahaan sektor manufaktur sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kebangkrutan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis dan kemudian membandingkan apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan listing dan delisting sektor manufaktur. Prediksi kebangkrutan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Springate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan WCTA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, ada perbedaan signifikan NPBITTA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, tidak ada perbedaan signifikan NPBTCL dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, ada perbedaan signifikan STA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting. dan dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Springate secara keseluruhan, keempat rasio ini (WCTA, NPBITTA,NPBTCL, STA) dapat membedakan perusahaan listing dan delisting secara signifikan.

Abstract

The presence of QRIS in traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency as one of the digital payment systems is part of the steps to support the National Non-Cash Movement (GNNT). This study aims to determine the direct influence of digital financial literacy, perception of convenience, perception of benefits, social and political on the intention and behavior of using QRIS as a payment system in traditional retail (study on traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency). This type of research is explanatory research using a quantitative approach. The data obtained from the questionnaire consisted of 23 questions and were submitted to 105 respondents, then analyzed using SmartPLS, so that the results of the study were in the form of relationships between the variables being compared. The results of this study indicate that the variables of digital financial literacy, perception of benefits, and politics do not significantly influence the intention to use QRIS. However, the variables of perception of convenience and social have a significant effect on behavioral intentions. While the variable of intention to use QRIS is known to have a significant influence on the behavior of using QRIS in traditional retail in Pringsewu Regency. The implications of this study support the cultivation of a digital-based economic system. There is a need to be supported with the development of technological infrastructure, such as expanding internet access, switching to a digital-based payment system, modernizing traditional retail, and so on. In order to be realized, contributions from various parties and related policy makers are needed so that this multidisciplinary issue can find a holistic solution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically test the effect of CAMEL on changes in stock prices after COVID-19 in banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study is descriptive explanatory with a quantitative approach. Analysis with data processing using the EViews program. The results of the study indicate that CAR has no significant effect on changes in stock prices, RORA has a significant effect and has a negative relationship direction on changes in stock prices, NPM has no significant effect on changes in stock prices, ROA has a significant effect and has a positive relationship direction on changes in stock prices, and LDR has no significant effect on changes in stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Environmental, Social, and Governance on financial performance. The research used is quantitative with secondary data. This study looks at 45 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 to 2023 as its population. The purposive sampling method was used to select 12 companies as samples. The analysis technique used was panel data regression analysis, with E-views 12 as data processing software. The results of the study show that partially Environmental and Governance have a positive influence on financial performance (Tobin's Q) while Social partially has a negative influence on financial performance. Simultaneously, these three variables also have a significant effect on financial performance (Tobin's Q).
