Abstract

The financial report is a medium of communication used by the company. Provision of regular financial reports by publicly traded companies interpreted each publicly traded company that has gained the participation or attempt to maintain stability and increase the stock price that has been sold. The stock price is defined as the market price (market value), that is the price prevailing in the market at a given time. Appraisal (valuation) usually refers to the estimated intrinsic value of a company or its shares. In assessing a stock can be used two methods of analysis, namely technical analysis and fundamental analysis. Besides influenced by fundamental factors which are variable in fundamental analysis, stock prices are also often influenced by the growth of the company.This study took samples from 15 companies in a company incorporated in LQ 45 in Indonesian Stock Exchange is publishing the report of the years 2004 to 2008. Moreover also the data obtained from ICMD (Indonesian Capital Market Directory). This research is explanatory researce associative and analytical methods used are multiple regression analysis to explain the influence of independent variables and the dependent variable.Results from this study show simultaneous existence of a significant effect of ROE, EPS, PER, Interest Rates, Inflation, and Total Assets of Stock Price. Partially, ROE has a significant positive effect on stock price, EPS is a significant positive influence stock price, PER significant negative effect on Stock Prices, Interest Rates significant negative effect on Stock Prices, Inflation negatih no significant effect on stock price and changes in Total Assets have positive no significant effect on stock price

Abstract

Life skills education  through the program  "Entrepreneurship" or entrepreneurship is  an  applied  education  that students  get the best experience  with  running a  real business  or  directly.   Entrepreneurial activity  is  believed to be  able to provide encouragement,  particularly  to  improve the  quality of life  of students  and generally to  improve the quality of life. This learning  inspires students to have a sense of responsibility and to  individuals who are able  to adapt  to changes  in the era of  globalization by  improving  their skills  to become  competitive  generation without having to  rely on  to  be  an employee or  karyawan.pelatihan entrepreneurship  and  preparation  business proposal   LFA  method  can improve students understanding of  entrepreneurship is  the willingness  and ability  to develop a business plan as outlined in the business plan and manage the business in the form of co-operation in business groups.  This training also motivates participants to have a strong character to be a reliable entrepreneur  to  have  skills  and emotional intelligence. For that,  should  a similar training  is often  done to  foster  entrepreneurial spirit  early on  and improve students knowledge and skills  in business LFA can provide a good mechanism  to develop  a  project  concept  into  a comprehensive  project design documents.  In addition to  foster  life skills,  this training program  also  supports 6 SMK Bandar Lampung  in delivering  and  motivate students  about the  importance of entrepreneurship.  Keywords: life skills,entrepreneurship,logical framework analysis

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk membantu para pelaku bisnis dalam menentukan strategi bersaing melalui optimalisasi pemasaran kepada segmen potensial. Bisnis merupakan sebuah kegiatan pemenuhan tujuan ekonomi yang didalamnya terdapat persaingan. Para pelaku bisnis dituntut untuk melahirkan sebuah strategi bersaing dalam mencapai tujuan organisasinya. Strategi bersaing akan didapatkan ketika para pelaku bisnis mengetahui pasar potensial yang menjadi objek pemasarannya. Ketika pebisnis dapat mengetahui secara detail segmen pasarnya, maka organisasi akan mudah dalam menerapkan pilihan-pilihan bauran pemasarannya hingga akhirnya memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen melalui penciptaan produk. Dalam pelatihan ini, para pelaku bisnis khususnya dibidang produk budaya akan diajarkan tentang bagaimana membuat sebuah cluster pasar yang nantinya akan digunakan untuk pengambilan keputusan pemilihan target pasar. Hasil dari kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk menciptakan sebuah metode analisis berbasis statistic untuk menentukan konsumen potensial.   The purpose of this service activity is to assist business people in determining competitive strategies through marketing optimization to potential segments. Business is an activity to fulfill economic goals in which there is competition. Business people are required to give birth to a competitive strategy in achieving organizational goals. Competitive strategies will be obtained when business people know the potential market that is the object of their marketing. When businesses can find out in detail their market segments, it will be easy for organizations to implement their marketing mix choices to finally meet consumer needs through product creation. In this training, business people, especially in the field of cultural products, will be taught about how to create a market cluster which will later be used for decision making in selecting the target market. The results of this activity also aim to create a statistical-based analysis method to determine potential customers.

Abstract

The agricultural sector can be a mainstay in advancing the nation's economy, one of which is through the determination of plant types. Plants that can be the choice of farmers, besides being easy to cultivate, also using affordable costs, are taro beneng (Xanthosoma undipes K. Koch). This plant that is commonly found in Indonesia has emerged with new innovations in its use, namely from its leaves which can be used as a substitute for non-nicotine tobacco. This raises business ideas for novice entrepreneurs, but before starting a business it is necessary to think about overall readiness, one of which is by conducting a business feasibility study, this is done to test and analyze whether the business or business is feasible to run or not based on the aspects that are the feasibility assessment. . This study aims to describe the business feasibility study applied by PT Santy Abadi Mandiri in the business idea of chopping taro beneng leaves as a substitute for nicotine tobacco in terms of non-financial aspects. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the study show that: From the legal/legal aspect, environmental aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, as well as management and human resources aspects, the business of shredding taro beng leaves as a substitute for nicotine tobacco is very effective. worth running.

Abstract

The unstable global economy, financial challenges, and limited research on financial preparedness in emergencies have made the topic of financial resilience a key topic among researchers, especially for generations Y and Z. This study examines the impact of digital financial literacy, numeracy skills, and financial behavior on financial resilience in Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province. This research is explanatory with a quantitative approach. Data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques. The sample was 100 Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province. The outcome of the examination revealed that partially, digital financial literacy and numeracy skills do not have a substantial effect on financial resilience. However, financial behavior has a substantial impact on financial resilience. Simultaneously, digital financial literacy, numeracy skills, and financial behavior have a significant effect on the financial resilience of Generation Y and Z in Lampung Province.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh product quality dan food safety terhadap loyalitas konsumen pada restoran jepang yang pada penelitian in Ichiban Sushi outlet Bandar Lampung. Dalam penelitian ini, digunakan dua faktor independen sebagai variabel utama yaitu Product Quality (X) dan Food Safety (X) serta satu variabel dependen yaitu Loyalitas Konsumen (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi tang meniadi subjek penelitian ini adalah konsumen Ichiban Sushi outlet Bandar Lampung. Data diperoleh dari penyebaran kuesioner dengan skala likert. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah accidentaly sampling dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS for Windows versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara product quality dan food safety terhadap loyalitas konsumen dengan jumlah pengaruh lebih besar pada product quality dengan aspek menu vang bervariatif dan aspek terendah yaitu kelengkapan hidangan di meia. Saran pada penelitian ini sebaiknya perusahaan lebih fokus pada peningkatan kualitas produk melalui pertorma pelayanan yang diberikan seperti lebih menyegerakanmelengkapi kelengkapan hidangan di meja yang sudah hampir habis bankan tidak lengkap

Abstract

This research aims to find out how PGN Lampung Area will implement its marketing plan to increase the sales volume of the natural gas network development program for household customers. This research uses qualitative techniques and is a descriptive research project. The data collection methods chosen in this research include interviews, observation, documentation and literature study. This research utilizes source triangulation techniques in data validity techniques and interactive data analysis techniques are used in data analysis. This research focuses on the 7P marketing mix which includes Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, and Physical Evidence. The STP approach is also the main emphasis of this research. Based on the research results, PGN Lampung Area uses marketing strategies, including providing high quality products at competitive prices with similar products, running promotional media, installing pipe networks in several potential locations, competent human resources in their fields, and having efficient service procedures. Has the advantage of complete facilities and infrastructure. The marketing strategy implemented by PGN Lampung Area was able to significantly increase the sales volume of the household gas network program, thereby adding value to the company's contribution to meeting the community's energy needs. This is made possible by the results of Segmenting, Targeting and Positioning (STP) analysis. Findings It is hoped that this research will serve as a guide for businesses wishing to improve the effectiveness of the marketing tactics they use to identify the best actions to increase sales volume and strengthen their position in the industry. Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the pattern of partnership and the satisfaction of farmers who partner with PT. Santy Abadi Mandiri. This type of research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the partnership pattern of PT. Santy Abadi Mandiri and partner farmers run a partnership using the plasma core partnership pattern, according to the following characteristics: the core company provides guidance to the partner group, buys crops from the partner group, the partner group cultivates from start to harvest, the core company and partner groups have rights and obligations. In addition, partner farmers are satisfied that they have collaborated with PT. Santy Abadi Mandiri, partner farmer satisfaction includes profits which are divided into 3 supporting factors, namely coaching, production facilities and cooperation contracts. The company provides the best service to partner farmers. The partnership carried out between the core company and the partner group is in accordance with the cooperation contract that has been made together.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence quality product, price, brand image and celebrity endorser on consumer purchasing decisions. This type of research explanatory research with quantitative research methods. The data this research is a primary data that collected by using questionnaire and distributed via google form that shared via direct message on social media. The samples in this research amounted to 100 respondents that taken by using purposive sampling techniques. The data in this study were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25.0 tool. The results of this study indicate that variable quality product partially no significant effect on purchasing decision, and variable price, brand image and celebrity endorser partially significant effect on purchasing decision. While the results are simultaneously variable quality product, price, brand image and celebrity endorser significant effect on purchasing decision with value R Square of 0,754 or 75,4%.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence product quality and food safety have on consumer loyalty in Japanese, restaurants, which in this research is Ichiban Sushi, outlet Bandar Lampung. In this research, two independent factors were, used as the main variables, namely Product Quality (X,) and Food Safety (X) and one dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty (Y). This research uses an explanatory research method with a quantitative approach. The population that is the subject of this research is consumers of Ichiban Sushi, outlet Bandar Lampung. Data was obtained from distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. The sampling method used in this research was accidental sampling with a total of 100 respondents. Data were, analyzed using the multiple. linear regression method using SPSS for Windows version 25 software. Based on the research results, it shows that there, is a significant influence, between product quality and food safety on consumer loyalty with a greater influence on product quality with varied menu aspects and aspects. The lowest is the completeness of the dishes on the table. The suggestion in this research is that companies should focus more, on improving product quality through the performance, of the services provided, such as more quickly completing dishes on tables that are, almost finished or even incomplete.
