Abstract

Every company wants to expand its current business unit. Paying attention to the customer loyalty factor is one of the actions that can be taken to improve the business unit. At PT. PLN (Persero) Way Halim Customer Service Unit, intends to analyze and then show the effect of trust, company commitment, communication, and conflict handling on customer loyalty. Informants in this study found 8 people, which is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results of the study show that (1) the Trust Indicator provides good service quality, timeliness, and integration. (2) Commitment indicators provide service guarantees in accordance with the level of service to customers. (3) Communication indicators can provide convenience for customers to obtain information through various media such as call center 123 and the PLN mobile application. (4) In an effort to increase customer loyalty, the company PT. PLN (Persero) Way Halim Customer Service Unit is concerned with issues of trust, company commitment, communication, and conflict handling because all these aspects have an impact on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The Way Rilau Regional Public Company (PERUMDA) drinking water is a BUMD which has a business in the clean water distribution sector, so this company operates in the service and product sector with uniform health standards. One way to initiate make a clean water company is through segmenting, targeting, and positioning. Segmenting, targeting and positioning are methods for analyzing a company’s internal and external strengths so that the company can achieve its goals. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with interviews and observations to obtain detailed research results, using primary data sources. The results of the research show that the segmenting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for ready-to-drink water products is segmentation based on Geographic, covering 8 areas of the city of Bandar Lampung. Segmentation based on demographics, namely looking at consumers' income, gender, education and age. Segmentation based on psychographics, this company's segmentation looks at the lifestyle of its consumers who always follow developments. Segmentation based on behavior, consumers use more regular water products because this product has been around for a long time and is widely used. The targeting carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau for PPP SPAM water products is focusing on 2 green areas Sukabumi and Sukarame which are not yet reached. There are three classifications carried out by PERUMDA Air Minum Way Rilau regarding PPP SPAM water products, namely positioning based on product, competitors and consumers.

Abstract

Terdapat sejumlah permasalahan yang telah dihadapi oleh perusahaan sektor manufaktur sehingga menyebabkan terjadinya kebangkrutan pada perusahaan. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis dan kemudian membandingkan apakah ada perbedaan yang signifikan dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan pada perusahaan listing dan delisting sektor manufaktur. Prediksi kebangkrutan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Springate. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan WCTA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, ada perbedaan signifikan NPBITTA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, tidak ada perbedaan signifikan NPBTCL dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting, ada perbedaan signifikan STA dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan perusahaan antara perusahaan listing dan delisting. dan dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan menggunakan metode Springate secara keseluruhan, keempat rasio ini (WCTA, NPBITTA,NPBTCL, STA) dapat membedakan perusahaan listing dan delisting secara signifikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kinerja lingkungan dan profitabilitas terhadap carbon emission disclosure pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks LQ45 selama periode 2019-2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiatif kausal dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggunakan data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keberlanjutan. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 18 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui analisis statistik deskriptif, analisis regresi data panel dan uji hipotesis. Data diolah menggunakan alat analisis E-views 12. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kinerja lingkungan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap carbon emission disclosure dan variabel profitabilitas secara parsial berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap carbon emission disclosure. Secara simultan kinerja lingkungan dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap carbon emission disclosure.

Abstract

With the increasing role of MSMEs in the local economy, a good understanding of financial literacy and management, as well as the adoption of efficient payment technology are key to improving business performance.”This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial management, and payment gateway use on the performance of MSME actors in PKOR Way Halim, Bandar Lampung City. The method used in this study is a survey with an associative quantitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaire distribution using the judgemental sampling technique, which involved 100 respondents of MSME actors at PKOR Way Halim. The data analysis technique in this study is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 30 program. The results of the study show that financial literacy and payment gateways have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, while financial management does not show a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs in PKOR Way Halim”
