Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel Kompensasi, Motivasi Kerja dan Beban Kerja, secara parsial dan simultan terhadap Turnover Intention. Teknik penentuan memakai sampling jenuh dengan 100 responden karyawan yang bekerja di PT Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera dan untuk Teknik analisis data yang digunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferesial yaitu: 1.Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas, 2. Analisis Regresi Berganda, 3. Analisis Koefisien Determinasi (R2 ), 4. Pengujian Hipotesis dengan Uji Parsial (uji t) dan Uji Simultan (uji F). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini diketahui Kompensasi dan Motivasi Kerja tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan (thitung < t tabel) terhadap turnover intention, beban kerja memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan (thitung > t tabel) terhadap turnover intention karyawan PT. Berkah Kawasan Manyar Sejahtera, dan dari sini dapat diketahui bahwa ketiga variabel bebas tersebut yang dominan pengaruhnya terhadap turnover intention adalah Beban Kerja karena nilai koefisien beta yang lebih besar. Saran yang diberikan untuk perusahaan adalah berupaya untuk tetap terus meningkatkan kompensasi, motivasi kerja, dan beban kerja para karyawan agar tetap berkembang dan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal.

Abstract

Berkembangnya era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan teknologi dan informasi yang sangat cepat menuntut sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas yang mampu mengikuti segala perkembangan zaman yang serba cepat, tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan, ujung tombak arah pendidikan yang diukur dari hasil proses pembelajaran menuntut sumber daya manusia, dalam hal ini dosen memiliki kemampuan yang unggul dan professional dalam bidangnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi dosen dan motivasi terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa Pasca Sarjana STIE Mahardhika Surabaya dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan menggunakan sampel sebanyak 76 responden dengan kuesioner melalui Google Form dan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh hasil : (1) kompetensi dosen (sig. 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh < tingkat sig. ? = 0,05. (2) motivasi (sig. 0,000) positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh < tingkat sig. ? = 0,05. (3) kompetensi dosen dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Maknanya, bahwa prestasi belajar yang tinggi dipengaruhi secara positif oleh variabel kompetensi dosen dan motivasi belajar mahasiswa sehingga tujuan perguruan tinggi dapat dicapai.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate how public relations management can enhance Umrah pilgrim services. This research was conducted on Wizarus travel located in Tangerang, Banten Province. The method used in this study is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is carried out in several steps, namely, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion and verification. The results of this study show that: First, the public relations strategy carried out by travel Wizarus is carried out through education, multi-platform communication, and collaboration with influencers. Meanwhile, public relations management carried out by travel Wizarus is carried out in three forms, namely, analyzing the needs and expectations of Umrah pilgrims, improving service quality, and monitoring and evaluation. This study has limitations, namely it does not compare public relations management in other Umrah travel. Of course, each Umrah travel has different management according to the characteristics of Umrah travel. From the limitations in this study, the author recommends both researchers and academics, especially in the field of management studies, to continue research with the same theme, both the same and different research locus in the sense of a wider scope. Abstract

The government continues to innovate in tax policies to increase state revenue, one of which is PMK No. 168 of 2023, which regulates PPh 21 using an average effective tax rate. The objective of this study is to examine the execution of this policy at PT. Indobismar, evaluate its impact on state revenue, and examine its effect on individual taxpayer compliance. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to 82 respondents selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using the SEM-PLS method to examine the relationships between latent variables and assess the effectiveness of policy implementation. The findings indicate that the implementation of PMK No. 168 of 2023 has been effective, positively impacting state revenue and improving individual taxpayer compliance in fulfilling their tax obligations. This policy plays a key role in establishing a more organized and predictable tax system, which in turn facilitates greater understanding and compliance with tax obligations among taxpayers. Additionally, the application of an average effective tax rate provides clarity and fairness in tax calculations, reducing ambiguity and increasing taxpayer confidence in the tax system. Overall, PMK No. 168 of 2023 is considered an important step toward a more transparent, efficient, and easily understandable tax regulation framework.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of reward and recognition systems on Employee Motivation at the Regional Development Bank Sidoarjo Branch. Sample in this study were 80 employees of Bank Jatim Sidoarjo. Analytical tools used is multiple linear regression. The research results show that each variable, the Reward and Recognition System is related and has a positive effect on employee motivation at Bank Jatim Sidoarjo employees. Abstract

This studied aimed to analyze the influence of leadership and training on the employyees’ performance that have an impact on increasing sales in start-up companies. The population were 72 respondents, the census method in sampling, and collecting data by a questionnaire through Google Form and data analysis techniques were multiple linier regression and path analysis. The results showed that leadership and training had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. Leadership, training, and employees’ performance had a positive and significant impact on increasing sales so that the hypothesis was accepted. The results of the indirect research, namely leadership through performance on increasing sales, had an indirect calculation regression coefficient that was greater than the direct regression coefficient. Training through performance on increasing sales had an insignificant effect with the indirect regression coefficient value being smaller than the gradual regression coefficient so that in fact management performance had an effect on increasing sales while employees’ performance did not mediate training on increasing sales in start-up companies. This research was expected to be used as a reference for further research. Penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja karyawan yang berdampak terhadap peningkatan penjualan pada Perusahaan Startup. Populasi sebesar 72 responden dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui Google Form kepada karyawan dan teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dan path analisis. Hasil penelitian diperoleh: (1) Kepemimpinan (sig. 0,000) dan  pelatihan (sig. 0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh kurang dari tingkat sig.α = 0,05. (2) Kepemimpinan (sig. 0,001),  pelatihan (sig. 0,000) dan kinerja karyawan (sig. 0,000) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap peningkatan penjualan sehingga hipotesis diterima. Hasil penelitian secara tidak langsung yaitu kepemimpinan melalui kinerja karyawan terhadap peningkatan penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan didapatkan thitung 4,283 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan (ttabel 1,995). Pelatihan melalui kinerja karyawan terhadap peningkatan penjualan memiliki pengaruh signifikan diperolah nilai thitung  9,042 lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 1,995.
