Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengkaji efisiensi dan efektifitas implementasi KebijakanFiskal Kota Tegal dan mengetahui langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam mengintensifkanpenerimaan PAD Kota Tegal. Dengan menggunakan bantuan SWOT Analysis diperolehhasil bahwa implementasi kebijakan fiskal Kota Tegal belum berjalan efisien dan efektif.Langkah-langkah yang diperlukan dalam mengintensifkan penerimaan PAD Kota Tegaladalah dengan menggali potensi pajak dan retribusi baru selain yang ditetapkan dalamundang-undang. Dalam meningkatkan penerimaan PAD Kota Tegal perlu peninjauan Perdayang telah berusia lebih dari 5 tahun khususnya berkaitan dengan kriteria yang menjadidasar pengenaan tarif dan besaran tarif dan kebijakan peningkatan fiskal di Kota Tegalharus dilakukan secara komprehensif dengan melakukan pengkajian tentang penggaliansumber potensi keuangan secara lebih optimal melalui intensifikasi maupun ekstensifikasi.

Abstract

Untuk memasarkan produk industri pariwista bukan saja diperlukan koordinasi, tetapi diperlukan kerjasama yang baik antara organisasi yang bertanggung jawab dalam pengembangan pariwisata dengan semua pihak yang terlibat dan berkaitan dengan kegiatan pariwisata. Dapat dikatakan, keberhasilan suatu program pemasaran dalam bidang kepariwisataan sangat ditentukan faktor kesamaan pandangan terhadap peranan pariwisata bagi pembangunan daerah, karena itu sebelum program pemasaran dilaksanakan harus ada komitmen dari semua unsur terkait bahwa pariwisata merupakan sektor ekonomi yang bersifat qiuck yielding dan merupakan agent of development bagi daerah itu dalam meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerahnya.   Kata Kunci : Daerah Tujuan Wisata, Kerjasama, Pembangunan Ekonomi.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the performance of PD. BPR BKK Banjarharjo with alternative concepts of balanced scorecard (BSC) through four perspectives: financial, customer (customers), internal business process, and learning and growth. Data analysis in this study uses: (1) a quantitative analysis technique that describes the business efficiency of calculations such as ratios to the BSC concept in measuring the performance of PD. BPR BKK Banjarharjo, and (2) qualitative analysis, comparing the data obtained from interviews and questionnaires delivery to customers and employees to know the level of customer satisfaction and employee PD. BPR BKK Banjarharjo. The results showed that the measurement of the performance of these companies over the concept of the balanced scorecard performance measurement through four perspectives, namely: financial perspective, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth suggests that, in general PD. BPR BKK Banjarharjo has been running the business well. It is seen from: (1) financial perspective, where high levels of ROA in 2010 is 7.02 per cent and operating profit growth rate of 27.60 percent and 20.52 percent of the operating ratio. (2) the customer perspective, where the ability to attract new customers in 2010 amounted to 6.69 per cent, 99.45 per cent rate of retaining customers, the profitability of loans amounting to 25.66 percent, and 50.76 percent customer satisfaction. (3) internal business perspective, where the level of product sales in 2010 amounted to 14.21 per cent (no change), cycle effectiveness of 0.053 percent and non-performing loans amounted to only 0.40 percent. (4) The growth and learning perspective, where the rate of employee turnover in 2010 amounted to 2.38 percent, the productivity of each employee to contribute 2.38 percent, 57.74 percent employee satisfaction expressed strongly agree, the level of information system capabilities by 43.65 percent agreed and the level of motivation of employees 44.05 per cent strongly agreed with the current conditions. The results of the analysis showed that the balanced scorecard balanced scorecard concept to meet the financial and non-financial aspects as well as to create new strategies for the future. The implication of this study is PD. BPR BKK Banjarharjo can develop a performance by enhancing the financial and non-financial aspects that refer to the calculation of the performance appraisal with the concept of BSC. In addition it can also be a strategy that is relevant to the condition of the bank and seek new breakthroughs that are applied to strategic goals can be achieved. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the transportation sector levy rates in the Brebes District to be held adjustment, adjustment propose an alternative way of determining the transportation sector retribution rates based approach in line with the principles of economics, especially pricing of public services in order to reach all aspects: (i) the adequacy of revenues; (ii) the aspect of justice, (iii) economic efficiency, (iv) adininistrasi and political aspects, and (v) suitability as a source of local revenue. Way in which to determine the unit rates for each service users in accordance with the above criteria, based on consideration of: (i) estimate the economic capacity of the community, (ii) retribution rates other areas around it, (iii) to change based on inflation rates occurred in the area of ​​Brebes district. Analysts levy rate adjustment is based on the assumption of using average inflation rate from 2003 to 2008 (5 years) is 8.94% per year. Abstract

Simple observation of events for the disaster in Indonesia is almost always showed the same picture is a condition in which reactive attitude and spontaneous, unplanned as shown by society and government. There is a general tendency thatpeople do not know how to act or addressing disaster.Various indications of weakness in the area of disaster proof (evidence) is notoptimal management of disasters in Indonesia. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1). To know the effect of deposit interest rate on government bond price, 2). To know the effect of exchange rate on the price of government bonds, 3) To know the effect of inflation on the price of government bonds, 4). To know the effect of deposit interest rate, exchange rate, and inflation simultaneously to government bonds. The method used in this study is multiple regression. While the data analysis methods used are classical assumption test, simple linear regression analysis, test of simple linear regression coefficient, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear regression coefficient test, coefficient of determination analysis. Based on the results of simple regression analysis analysis of deposit interest rates on government bond prices obtained sig value. amounted to 0.342> 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of deposit rates on the price of government bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2017. From the results of simple regression analysis of the exchange rate against the price of government bonds obtained sig value. amounted to 0.060> 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is no effect of exchange rate on the price of government bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011 -2017. From the results of simple regression analysis of inflation analysis on the price of government bonds obtained sig value. amounted to 0.046 <0.05, so it can be concluded that there is inflationary influence on the price of government bonds listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 20112017. From the results of simultaneous testing known significance value of 0.047. Because the probability value of sig nificance of 0,047 <0,05 can be interpreted that there is influence of deposit interest rate, exchange rate, and inflation simultaneously to government bond price listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia period 2011-2017. Keywords: Deposit Interest Rate, Exchange Rate, Inflation, Government Bond Price.

Abstract

This study aims to see whether there is a difference between the stochastic dominance method and the single index method in forming an optimal portfolio. And see which method is more optimal. The sample used in the study was a real estate and property company listed on the IDX period (2013 -2017) using purposive sampling and analysis sampling techniques using the average difference test. After being tested with each method both modelstochastic and single index model, the results showed that there were differences in returns from the formation of an optimal portfolio with the test results which obtained the results of 0.048 under a significant level of 0.05. And the results of the portfolio return calculation formed by the stochastic method smaller 0.0079 than the portfolio return formed by the single index method of 0.0173 which means that the single index method is more optimal than the stochastic method.Keywords: Return, Optimal Portfolio, Stochastic Dominance, Single Index
