Abstract

TikTok Shop is an innovative social commerce platform that connects shoppers and merchants to create a unique, simple, and enjoyable purchasing experience. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how TikTok Shop users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta make online purchase decisions and how much value they place on convenience, trust and promotion. With a total of 100 respondents, the research method uses a quantitative approach to gather questionnaire data via a Google Form. Strategies that TikTok Shop users in the Special Region of Yogyakarta make partial and simultaneous decisions about online purchases based on factors such as convenience, trust, and promotion.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku UMKM Binaan BUM Desa Pagerharjo Kulonprogo Yogyakarta dalam hal operasional usaha masyarakat. Jenis usaha yang dilakukan UMKM sebagai contohnya antara lain adalah usaha geblek, slondok, gula aren, kristal aren, enting-enting, minuman kemasan, dan masih banyak lagi. Dari berbagai jenis usaha tersebut ada permasalahan yang belum dapat diselesaikan baik dalam proses produksi maupun proses pemasaran. Para pelaku UMKM tersebut merasa masih minim pengetahuan dan melakukan usaha berdasarkan turun temurun atau berdasarkan kebutuhan pasar saja. Pada program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat Prodi Manajemen salah satunya adalah bagaimana membantu pelaku UMKM tersebut untuk mendapatkan pencerahan mengenai proses usahanya melalui pemberian pelatihan penyusunan Business Model Canvas yang dilakukan secara tatap muka. Proses kegiatan pelatihan berlangsung sesuai dengan protokol kesehatan dan disupervisi langsung oleh Kepala BUM Desa Binangun Raharja secara langsung.

Abstract

Ultra Milk is a milk brand using UHT (Ultra High Temperature) technology and one of the products that dominate the Indonesian market. The rising trend of South Korean culture has led Ultra Milk to collaborate with South Korean entertainment artists. Capitalizing on fanaticism, Ultra Milk chose Stray Kids as a brand ambassador by issuing a limited edition photocard. The study aims to determine the effect of brand image, Korean wave, fanaticism, and brand ambassador on purchasing decisions for Ultra Milk products in the Stray Kids collaboration edition. Using a quantitative approach. Research data sources come from primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Secondary data sources are obtained from journals and books. Data collection techniques using non-probability sampling (purposive sampling). The research sample was 168 respondents with the criteria of Stray Kids fans, aged 20-25 years, and had purchased Stray Kids Ultra Milk products. The data was processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results showed that brand image, Korean wave, fanaticism attitude, and brand ambassador have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
