Abstract

Abstract: The problem at the M. Natsir Solok Hospital is that the officers cannot see many drugs used by the patient, but can only see what drugs the patient has received, so researchers will research so that officers can see what drugs are used by many of them. these 3 diseases. The purpose of this study was to determine the application of drug data clustering based on the 3 most common diseases using the k-means algorithm. This type of research uses descriptive quantitative data. The population of medical record data taken is 1 month, namely in January 2020 as many as 366 medical record data, and the sample is total sampling where all the population is sampled as much as 366 medical record data. The type of data used is secondary data, data collection by observation, and Data analysis using yahoo k-means. The results of the study obtained were the determined clusters of 3 clusters. Among them are Clusters of Low Drug Use, Medium Drug Use, and High Drug Use. Low drug use in cluster A with low drug data use there are 5 types of drugs with a percentage (6%), cluster B high drug data use, there are 74 types of drugs with a percentage (86%), and cluster C moderate drug use data, there are 7 types of drugs with a presentation (8%). It is hoped that the M.Natsir Solok Hospital can apply classification in processing data based on the most diseases so that the hospital can classify types of drugs based on the lowest level of use to the highest level of officers so that they can provide drugs before the drug stock is used up, and can assist officers in reporting SP2TP in M. Abstract

This community service activity aims to train community health center staff to create blogs as a medium of communication and information for the community. The benefits include increasing staff knowledge about blogging, facilitating access to health information and public health center services via the internet, as well as strengthening the relationship between the Community Health Centers in Padang City and STIKES Dharma Landbouw Padang. Activities are carried out online using Zoom with explanations, blog practice, and discussions. The results include permit preparation, equipment preparation, and presentation via Zoom. The majority of public health centers in Padang City do not yet have effective communication media, but with blogs, they can convey health program information, schedule services, and interact directly with the community. This activity succeeded in increasing the technical skills of community health center staff in creating and managing blogs, as well as increasing public awareness about health. The use of blogs also supports the adoption of digital technology in the health sector and improves service quality.

Abstract

Pendaftaran merupakan tahapan awal bagi pasien untuk mendapatkan layanan kesehatan. Pendaftaran pasien di Puskesmas Alai Padang yang dilakukan secara manual dan kurangnya sumber daya manusia pada bagian pendaftaran membuat peneliti berupaya mengatasi kekurangan tersebut dengan merancang sistem informasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi. Metode yang digunakan, yaitu Research and development dengan pengembangan prototyping. Sehingga penelitian ini menghasilkan suatu aplikasi sistem informasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan dengan di dukung oleh Unified Modeling Language (UML), yaitu dengan use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram dan sequence diagram. Hasil uji coba simulasi penggunaan yang dilakukan dapat di nilai bahwa aplikasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan ini sudah dapat digunakan serta elemen data yang ada sudah sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Sehingga kesimpulan pada penlitian ini adalah didapatkannya rancangan aplikasi pendaftaran online pasien rawat jalan yang berbasis web dengan tujuan pendaftaran online ini dapat memudahkan pasien dalam melakukan pendaftaran berobat
