Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menganalisis, dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan aplikasi transpostasi online MyBlueBird. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuanitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan sampel menggunakan rumus Taro Yamane dengan presentasi kelonggaran 10% dan teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik non probabilty, populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 1.000.000 dan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitan dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa keputusan penggunaan aplikasi MyBlueBird di Kota Bekasi diketahui terdapat 20 indikator yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap keputusan penggunaan setelah dilakukan analisis faktor kemudian terbentuk 17 faktor yang memenuhi syarat dan terdapat 5 faktor yaitu faktor tingkat kesulitan 23.725%, faktor minat menggunakan 15.704%, faktor kontrol dan pengawasan 6.810%, faktor dampak bagi pengguna 5.635%, faktor efektivitas 5.336%. Faktor tingkat kesulitan memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan dengan faktor lainnya maka dapat dikatakan bahwa faktor yang paling dominan mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan aplikasi MyBlueBird yaitu faktor tingkat kesulitan sebesar 23.725%.Kata Kunci: Keputusan Penggunaan AbstractThis study aims to determine, analyze, and explain the factors that influence the decision to use the MyBlueBird online transportation application. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with a descriptive approach and the sample uses the Taro Yamane formula with a 10% allowance presentation and the sampling technique used is a non-probabilty technique, the population in this study is 1,000,000 and the sample is 100 respondents. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the decision to use the MyBlueBird application in the City of Bekasi is known to have 20 indicators that have an influence on the decision to use after a factor analysis is carried out, then 17 factors are formed that meet the requirements and there are 5 factors, namely the difficulty level factor of 23.725%, the interest factor in using 15.704%, control and supervision factor 6.810%, impact factor for users 5.635%, effectiveness factor 5.336%. The difficulty level factor has the highest value compared to other factors, so it can be said that the most dominant factor influencing the decision to use the MyBlueBird application is the difficulty level factor of 23.725%.Keywords: Usage Decision.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan latar belakang yang berbeda, sehingga berdampak pada motivasi dan pengalaman belajarnya. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pembelajaran mandiri. Metode pembelajaran mandiri dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut sehingga peserta didik memiliki motivasi yang lebih dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih banyak, pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan peserta didik akan lebih mandiri. Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out about Human Rights in Indonesia based on the 1945 Constitution. Human rights (HAM) are basic rights that are inherently inherent in humans, are universal and eternal which must be protected, respected, maintained, and must not be ignored, reduced, or taken away by anyone, including the government and state apparatus. The state, through the 1945 Constitution and a number of legal instruments, has guaranteed the protection of human rights contained in various articles of the 1945 Constitution. Indonesia as a state of law must have Human Rights based on the 1945 Constitution which reflects respect for Human Rights. The method used is collecting, analyzing, and using relevant literature studies from various sources, be it from books, journals, articles, and other trusted sources.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental right ensured by both the constitution and international agreements as part of efforts to enhance the nation’s well-being. Nonetheless, problems related to access and the quality of education continue to be significant concerns that need to be tackled. This study explores the government's role in improving both access to and the quality of education to uphold the rights of citizens. The government acts as a facilitator, regulator, and provider of educational services through mandatory education policies, support for school operations, and inclusive education initiatives. This study also examines the challenges encountered, such as inequalities in access in rural regions, limited budgets, and the qualifications of teachers. Taking a comprehensive approach, this study suggests increasing the education budget, enhancing teacher training, and leveraging technology to ensure educational fairness.

Abstract

Artikel ini mengulas mengenai regulasi cambuk sebagai jenis hukuman pidana serta mengkaji dampak dari regulasi tersebut. Secara umum, artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa pertama, penerapan cambuk sebagai hukuman pidana merupakan salah satu upaya reformasi dalam sistem hukum pidana yang Menerapkan prinsip-prinsip Syariat Penerapan prinsip-prinsip Islam dalam hukum nasional Indonesia. Dalam Lingkup Indonesia, regulasi tentang cambuk sebagai bagian dari 'Uqubat hudud dan ‘uqubat ta’zir diatur dalam Qanun Aceh Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Hukum Jinayat, dengan cara rinci mengatur ketentuan hukuman berdasarkan prinsip hukum Islam rinci menjelaskan siapa saja yang bisa dikenai hukuman cambuk serta prosedur pelaksanaan sanksi tersebut. Kedua, ketentuan terkait hukuman cambuk dalam Qanun Jinayat tidak hanya berkontribusi pada pembaruan bentuk hukuman, tetapi juga memengaruhi politik hukum pidana, hak-hak dasar manusia, serta peraturan daerah.
