Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengacu pada permasalahan yang dihadapi dengan latar belakang yang berbeda, sehingga berdampak pada motivasi dan pengalaman belajarnya. Metode yang diterapkan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode pembelajaran mandiri. Metode pembelajaran mandiri dilaksanakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut sehingga peserta didik memiliki motivasi yang lebih dan pengalaman belajar yang lebih banyak, pembelajaran dapat dilakukan dengan baik dan peserta didik akan lebih mandiri. Kata kunci: Metode Pembelajaran Mandiri, Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Kesetaraan

Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out about Human Rights in Indonesia based on the 1945 Constitution. Human rights (HAM) are basic rights that are inherently inherent in humans, are universal and eternal which must be protected, respected, maintained, and must not be ignored, reduced, or taken away by anyone, including the government and state apparatus. The state, through the 1945 Constitution and a number of legal instruments, has guaranteed the protection of human rights contained in various articles of the 1945 Constitution. Indonesia as a state of law must have Human Rights based on the 1945 Constitution which reflects respect for Human Rights. The method used is collecting, analyzing, and using relevant literature studies from various sources, be it from books, journals, articles, and other trusted sources.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental right ensured by both the constitution and international agreements as part of efforts to enhance the nation’s well-being. Nonetheless, problems related to access and the quality of education continue to be significant concerns that need to be tackled. This study explores the government's role in improving both access to and the quality of education to uphold the rights of citizens. The government acts as a facilitator, regulator, and provider of educational services through mandatory education policies, support for school operations, and inclusive education initiatives. This study also examines the challenges encountered, such as inequalities in access in rural regions, limited budgets, and the qualifications of teachers. Taking a comprehensive approach, this study suggests increasing the education budget, enhancing teacher training, and leveraging technology to ensure educational fairness.
