Abstract

The aims of this research are: (i). to identify and analyze the direct influence of situational leadership on work performance; (ii). to determine and analyze the direct influence of work culture on work performance; (iii) to determine and analyze the simultaneous influence of situational leadership and work culture on work performance.This research is located at the Department of Housing and Settlement Areas of West Sulawesi Province, using a survey method with a sample of 44 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t test and determination test.The results showed that: (i). Situational leadership directly affects work performance; (ii). Work culture directly affects work performance; (iii). Directly and simultaneously situational leadership and work culture affect work performance. Keywords: Situational Leadership; Work Culture; Work performance

Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh langsung dan pengaruh simultan komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai kantor Dinas Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman Provinsi Sulawesi Barat, dengan menggunakan metode survey dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 44 dengan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh . Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi berganda, uji t, uji determinasi dan uji korelasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (i). Secara langsung komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (ii). Secara langsung motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; (iii). Secara langsung kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; dan (iv). Secara langsung dan simultan komitmen organisasi, motivasi kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: komitmen organisasi; motivasi kerja; kepuasan kerja; kinerja pegawai Abstract The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the direct and simultaneous effect of organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance. This research was conducted on employees of the Office of Housing and Settlement Areas of West Sulawesi Province, using a survey method with a total of 44 respondents with a saturated sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple regression, t test, determination test and correlation test. The results showed that: (i). Directly organizational commitment affects employee performance; (ii). Work motivation directly affects employee performance; (iii). Job satisfaction directly affects employee performance; and (iv). Directly and simultaneously organizational commitment, work motivation and job satisfaction affect employee performance.
