Abstract

Abstract: This study conducted a study of the Ethics of Local Government Apparatuses in Population Administration Services at the Mempawah Regency Population and Civil Registration Office during the Covid 19 Period. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the ethics of local government officials in the service of making Electronic ID cards at the Population and Registration Office Civil Society of Mempawah Regency during the Covid 19 period. The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interview documentation. The theory used to analyze in this research is the Indicators of State Administration Ethics according to Surjadi, which consists of Honesty, Fairness, Obedience to Rules, Responsibility, and Fairness. The results showed that the Honesty aspect was good; this was seen from the absence of illegal levies and did not cover up the complaints obtained from the community related to being unsatisfactory in providing services. The justice aspect is not good because there is still discrimination in providing services to the community. Aspects of Obeying the Rules are still not good; this can be seen from the apparatus that does not obey the regulations, namely the discipline of working hours. Aspects of Fairness and Property are still not good, and this can be seen from the lack of friendliness of the apparatus in serving the public who ask questions related to information on making and taking Electronic ID cards. The advice given by the researcher is that the Disdukcapil of Mempawah Regency is expected to increase awareness to be ethical in providing services by making SOPs related to being ethical in providing services during the covid 19 periods.

Abstract

This service activity is entitled Socialization of Stunting Prevention Through Family Education in Sungai Kakap Village, Sungai Kakap District, Kubu Raya Regency. This activity aims to educate the public regarding the Government's Program on Stunting Prevention through education in the family environment by educating the public about the importance of providing balanced nutrition to 100 HPK. This socialisation activity uses lecture, question and answer, and discussion methods. The socialisation participants were the Head of Sungai Kakap Village, the Sungai Kakap Village PKK group and the Sungai Kakap Village Office Staff of approximately 30 people. The socialisation results show that the Village Government and the Sungai Kakap Village Community welcomed the implementation of the PKM activity to build public awareness of the importance of 100 HPK in preventing stunting. Raising public awareness of the 100 HPKs and educating the public about stunting prevention must start with family education.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the Development Strategy for Village-Owned Enterprises (B.U.M.D.E.S.) in Jeruju Berkah, especially in the Tourism Business Sector in the Equator Park Area in Jeruju Besar Village, Kubu Raya Regency, Post-Covid 19. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The research results show that the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (B.U.M.D.E.S.) can be used as a strategy that should be considered in village development efforts and to improve community welfare. Meanwhile, the obstacles are the abandonment of Village-Owned Enterprises in the Equator Park Area Tourism Business Sector during COVID-19, the lack of number of visitors after the Village-Owned Enterprises in the Equator Park Area Tourism Business Sector reopened after COVID-19, and the lack of innovation carried out by the management in promoting Equator Tourism. Park. The efforts of the Jeruju Besar Village Government in overcoming obstacles to Village-Owned Enterprises to improve community welfare include formulating appropriate strategies, building cooperation with local governments, and recruiting competent human resources in the tourism sector.
