Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur pengembangan media dan kelayakan media permainan tradisional kartu umbul terhadap perkalian peserta didik. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Wawancara, Angket, Observasi, dan Tes. Dalam penelitian ini jenis penelitian yang diaplikasikan yaitu Research and Development (R&D) dengan mengikuti langkah penelitian serta pengembangan dari Sugiyono. Serta menerapkan 7 dari 10 langkah penelitian dan pengembangan. Sementara subyek yang digunakan adalah peserta didik kelas III Sekolah Dasar Kamasan yang dibagi menjadi kelompok besar dan kelompok kecil dengan jumlah 6 dan 13 peserta didik. Media divalidasi oleh ahli media dan ahli materi. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari penerapan media permainan tradisional kartu umbul ini yaitu sebagai berikut: berdasarkan uji validitas dari media diperoleh hasil sebesar 75% dengan kategori valid/layak dan hasil validasi materi sebesar 84.28% dengan kategori sangat valid/sangat layak. Sedangkan hasil tes pada kelompok kecil diperoleh n-gain score sebesar 0.71 dengan kategori tinggi. Dan pada tes pada kelompok besar diperoleh n-gain score sebesar 0.54 dengan kategori sedang. Sementara hasil persentase angket responden pada kelompok kecil diperoleh nilai sebesar 88.6% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik dan persentase angket responden kelompok besar diperoleh nilai sebesar 89.4% termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa permainan kartu umbul layak digunakan untuk peserta didik dalam mempelajari perkalian.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low basic multiplication ability at MI Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin. This is due to the lack of learning media and learning is also dominated by the teacher. So student activities are limited which results in low ability in basic multiplication. Therefore, this research was conducted to improve the ability in multiplication at the basic level using the Congklak-matika game media with a sample of 8 students. This research method uses Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle has four phases consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques in the form of tests and observations and interviews. The results showed that the students' multiplication ability increased in each cycle. The increase was based on the acquisition of students' numeracy test results. this is evidenced in the first cycle the students' multiplication ability, which is 37.5%, is categorized as lacking and in the second cycle, the students' multiplication ability, which is 87.5%, is categorized as good and it is stated that the basic level multiplication learning through the congklak-matika game has reached the minimum completeness criteria or is declared successful. Therefore, the results of this study prove that the application of the Congklak-matika game media is able to improve students' abilities in mathematics subjects in the basic multiplication material for class 3 MI Tarbiyatul Mubtadiin so that the Congklak-matika game can be used as a learning medium

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosedur pengembangan dan keefektifan media audio visual Powtoon dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi skala kelas V SD. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE, adapun langkah-langkah tersebut yaitu sebagai berikut: Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation. Berdasarakan langkah-langkah di atas, kesimpulan yang didapat pada penelitian ini yaitu dari hasil uji validasi media audio visual Powtoon dapat dikatahui bahwa penilaian dosen ahli media yang pertama dan kedua memperoleh presentase 95% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”, penilaian dosen ahli materi yang pertama dan kedua memperoleh presentase 85,5%, dengan kategori “Sangat Layak” dan penilaian dari guru kelas memperoleh nilai presentase 94,4% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa media audio visual Powtoon pada pembelajaran matematika materi skala layak untuk dijadikan media pembelajaran. Berdasarkan hasil uji coba produk dengan siswa pada hasil belajar dibuktikan adanya peningkatan sebesar 67%. Sebelum uji coba produk, nilai presentase pretest yaitu 27%, sedangkan sesudah melakukan uji coba produk dengan siswa memperoleh nilai presentase posttest yaitu 94%. Sementara itu, hasil respon siswa menggunakan media audio visual Powtoon memperoleh presentase sebesar 95,3% dengan kategori “Sangat Layak”. Adapun penggunaan media audio visual Powtoon efektif terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi skala kelas V SD dengan nilai rata-rata N-Gain sebesar 0,76 masuk dalam kategori tinggi dan memperoleh presentase N-Gain sebesar 76,00%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media video animasi untuk mata pelajaran IPAS guna meningkatkan hasil belajar serta mengevaluasi kelayakannya melalui validasi oleh ahli, guru, dan siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kelas IV MI Al-Falah Andamui dengan melibatkan 27 siswa dan satu pendidik. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE, yang terdiri atas lima tahap: Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, dan Evaluasi. Pada tahap Analisis, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan wawancara. Tahap Desain menghasilkan rancangan video animasi yang divalidasi oleh tiga ahli. Pada tahap Pengembangan, media divalidasi dan disempurnakan. Tahap Implementasi dilakukan dengan menguji media pada pendidik dan siswa, sedangkan tahap Evaluasi mencakup perencanaan perbaikan berdasarkan hasil uji coba. Hasil validasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 82%, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Selain itu, uji efektivitas dengan siswa menghasilkan skor N-gain sebesar 88,20%, yang tergolong sangat efektif. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa media video animasi yang dikembangkan dalam penelitian ini layak dan efektif untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mata pelajaran IPAS

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership style and work environment on job satisfaction, with work motivation as an intervening variable, among educational staff at Sunan Ampel State Islamic University, Surabaya. The method used is quantitative with a path analysis approach to understand the causal relationships between independent, intervening, and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of educational staff selected through proportional stratified random sampling. The results indicate that leadership style significantly influences work motivation and job satisfaction. Furthermore, the work environment also has a significant impact on work motivation and job satisfaction. Work motivation is proven to mediate the relationship between leadership style and the work environment with job satisfaction. Further analysis reveals that a combination of transformational leadership style and a conducive work environment can enhance the work motivation of educational staff, which in turn strengthens their job satisfaction. This research contributes by providing a more comprehensive understanding of the interaction of these variables in the context of Islamic higher education institutions. This study offers practical implications for institutional managers in designing strategies for improving job satisfaction through optimizing leadership style, improving the work environment, and enhancing work motivation. Additionally, this research enriches the literature on human resource management, particularly concerning the role of intervening variables in job satisfaction models.

Abstract

The Malioboro area is a strategic public space in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, serving as a center for trade, tourism, and representation of local cultural identity. Shop signs in this area serve not only as business markers but also as a medium for the use of Indonesian in public spaces. However, many shop names are still written using non-standard words, outdated spellings, and variations of language that do not comply with the rules of the Big Indonesian Dictionary (KBBI) and the Enhanced Spelling System (EYD). This study aims to identify and describe the use of standard and non-standard words in shop names in the Malioboro area. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques in the form of documentation of shop signs. The data obtained were analyzed by referring to the KBBI as a linguistic guideline and Correct Spelling System (EYD). The results of the study indicate that the use of non-standard words is still quite dominant, especially in the form of outdated spellings, the use of non-standard vocabulary, and the writing of regional names that do not comply with the rules. These deviations are generally influenced by aesthetic factors and business naming strategies. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the use of Indonesian in public spaces, particularly on shop signs in the Malioboro area, still requires attention and guidance to comply with standard language rules and reflect the function of Indonesian as a national identity.
