Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine whether service and product quality affect the satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Taspen Sungai Penuh both simultaneously and partially and how much influence. The type of research used is field research with the quantitative approach. The selection of samples using purposive sampling technique so that the number of samples is 30 customers. Hypothesis testing in this study carried out by multiple linear regression. The results of the study using the F test indicate that service and product quality simultaneously have a significant effect on the satisfaction with a significant value of 0,000 < α (0.05). Based on the t test or partial effect, service have a significant effect on satisfaction with a significant value of 0,001 < α (0.05) and product quality have a significant effect on satisfaction with a significant value of 0.000> α (0.05).

Abstract

This research is entitled The Effect of Net Profit and Cash Flow on Stock Prices Empirical Study on Banking Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 Period. The purpose of this study is to find out how the effect of net income and cash flow partially, simultaneously and how big the influence variable is on stock prices in banks listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. This study uses descriptive statistical methods and multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS Version 25 analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that net income has an effect on stock prices in the banking sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period. And cash flow has a negative effect on stock prices in banking sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2018-2022 period.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Working Capital Turnover and Current Ratio on Return on Assets at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk Period 2014-2023 either partially or simultaneously. The independent variables in this study are Working Capital Turnover and Current Ratio. The dependent variable is Return on Assets. The type of research is descriptive quantitative using secondary data from the 2014-2023 of the balance sheet and income statement of PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistics, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination analysis, using the program of SPSS version 26. The results of the hypothesis test show that Working Capital Turnover has a significant effect on Return on Assets, Current Ratio has no significant effect on Return on Assets. Simultaneously, Working Capital Turnover and Current Ratio have a significant effect on Return on Assets at PT. Kalbe Farma Tbk for the period 2014-2023. Analysis of the coefficient of determination (adjusted R2) that Working Capital Turnover and Current Ratio contributed 69,4% to Return on Assets, and the remaining 30.6% was explained by other variables which were not examined in this research.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan potensi dan kesejahteraan UKM Batik Plak Barau di Desa Tebat Ijuk Kabupaten Kerinci. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha UKM Batik Plak Barau di antaranya di bidang manajemen keuangan, dalam hal ini adalah karena keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang pembuatan dan penyusunan laporan keuangan secara benar. Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam pembuatan pembukuan sederhana untuk UKM dan penyusunan laporan keuangan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan program ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan khususnya penyusunan laporan keuangan serta bagaimana mengelola keuangan UKM secara baik dan benar. Dengan demikian, program PKM ini berhasil memberikan dampak yang baik dalam peningkatan potensi UKM Batik Plak Barau untuk kedepannya.
