Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human relations, Islamic work ethic and employee performance at LAZISMU Purworejo Region .The population of this research is LAZISMU Purworejo Region employees from various ranks/classes. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Data related to research variables were collected using questionnaires distributed to all respondents and filled out by respondents themselves based on respondents' perceptions. Based on the instrument test conducted, it is proven that all statement items in the questionnaire are proven to be valid and reliable. The analytical technique used to prove the hypothesis is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Human Relations did not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Islamic work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of LAZISMU Purworejo Region employees. Suggestions that can be given to LAZISMU Purworejo Region is to keep paying attention to Human relations (relationships between humans) where the relationship or cooperation between two or more individuals, especially in relationship status or social interaction and good social communication can certainly affect an individual's performance in complete tasks assigned by superiors. The better the level of human relations between employees, superiors, and customers, the better the performance of employees. Furthermore, the management of LAZISMU Purworejo Region also needs to improve the existence of a high work ethic in employees where the work ethic will make the employee effective at work. Abstract

Perubahan yang terjadi dalam kehidupan manusia tidak dapat dihindari. Hal ini jugaberlaku pada individu didalam sebuah organisasi, baik karena kebutuhan atau adanya rencana dalam organisasi tersebut. Munculnya PERBUP Kabupaten Purworejo Nomor 88 tahun 2021 tentang adanya Jabatan Fungsional (JK) sebagai divisi baru pada Dinas Ketahanan Pangan dan Pertanian menjadikan tantangan tersendiri bagi sumber daya manusia untuk siap melakukan perubahan. Adanya divisi baru merubah beberapa fungsi kerja didalmnya dan juga transformasi digital sebagai salah satu perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi. Kesiapan individu untuk berubah biasanya dipengaruhi oleh kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spritual, danpsychology capital Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan psychology capital terhadap kesiapan individuuntu berubah. Hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai signifikansi uji F sebesar 0,043, dimana hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual, dan psychology capital terhadap kesiapan individuuntuk berubah pada pegawai ASN di Dinas Ketahan Pangan dan Pertanian Kabupaten Purworejo. Sedangkan hasil uji R2 sebesar 0,032 atau 32% artinya besarnya pengaruh variabel kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spritual, dan psychology capital terhadap kesiapan individu untuk berubah, dan 0,068 atau 68%kesiapan individu untuk berubah dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang ada diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

High workload that contributes to increased employee work stress is a problem that can have an impact on employee turnover intention. This study aims to determine the effect of workload on turnover intention through work stress as a mediating variable in employees. This study uses a quantitative approach using a questionnaire. The research sample consisted of 108 employees selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using IBM SPSS. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention with work stress as a mediating variable. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.836 indicates that the workload (X) and work stress (M) variables contributed 83.6% to turnover intention. The implication of this study can be used to manage the distribution of workload more efficiently so that employee work stress can be controlled so that it can reduce the level of turnover intention. Tingginya beban kerja yang berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan stres kerja karyawan menjadi permasalahan yang dapat berdampak pada intensi turnover karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap intensi turnover melalui stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi pada karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 108 karyawan yang dipilih menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan regresi linear berganda menggunakan IBM SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi turnover dengan stres kerja sebagai variabel mediasi. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,836 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel beban kerja (X) dan stres kerja (M) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 83,6% terhadap intensi turnover. Implikasi dari penelitian ini, dapat digunakan untuk mengelola distribusi beban kerja secara lebih efisien agar stres kerja karyawan dapat dikontrol sehingga dapat menekan tingkat intensi turnover.
