Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan data empiris, fakta, informasi yang valid dan dapat dipercaya (reliable ) mengenai analisis faktor kualitas produk, citra merek dan pengaruhnya terhadap minat beli konsumen melalui aplikasi tiket online. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Terdapat dua variabel bebas yaitu kualitas produk (X1), Citra merek (X2) dan satu variabel terikat yaitu Minat beli Konsumen (Y). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara survei. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang pernah membeli tiket menggunakan aplikasi tiket on line, dimana terdapat sebanyak 108 Responden yang memberikan jawaban melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, Terbukti bahwa Kualitas Produk secara parsial berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Beli masyarakat,Terbukti bahwa Citra Merk secara parsial berpengaruh tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap Minat Beli masyarakat serta terbukti bahwa Kualitas Produk dan Citra Merk secara bersama-sama berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Minat Beli masyarakat,. Data was collected by means of a survey. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were consumers who had bought tickets using the online ticket application, where there were 108 respondents who gave answers via google form. The results showed, it was proven that product quality partially had a significant effect on people's buying interest, it was proven that brand image had a partial but not significant effect on people's buying interest and it was proven that product quality and brand image together had a significant effect on buying interest. public, Keywords: Product Quality, Brand Image, Buying Interest, On-line Ticket Application

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to obtain valid and reliable empirical data, facts, and information regarding the analysis of product quality factors and customer loyalty service quality of fast food restaurant consumers. This research is a quantitative research. There are two independent variables, namely product quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and one dependent variable, namely Consumer Loyalty (Y). Data was collected by means of a survey. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. The population in this study were all consumers who had bought fast food using an online application, where there were 142 respondents who gave answers to questionnaires via google forms which were distributed online. The results showed that there was an effect of service quality on customer loyalty, amounting to 51.9.%, there was an effect of product quality on customer loyalty of 59.8% and there was an effect of service quality and product quality together in influencing consumer loyalty by 61, 5%.

Abstract

Didalam suatu organisasi, karyawan merupakan aset yang sangat bernilai untuk mencapai tujuan. Karyawan adalah ujung tombak organisasi, jadi kunci utama sukses organisasi sebenarnya diawali dengan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang baik. Sebelum masuk dunia kerja, maka calon karyawan perlu memahami softskill apa saja yang dibutuhkan organisasi pencari kerja. Pencarian sumber daya manusia yang unggul dilakukan melalui sejumlah proses, salah satunya adalah seleksi administratif melalui Curiculum Vitae (CV). Pada kegiatan seleksi CV, sebelum menjalani tes seleksi berikutnya, organisasi dapat mengetahui kualitas dan kemampuan calon karyawan. Pada siswa di SMKN 48 Jakarta pada bulan September 2024 ada permasalahan yang disebabkan kurangnya pemahaman siswa terkait persiapan memasuki dunia kerja dan teknik menyusun CV yang menarik. Oleh karena itu tim dosen LP3I membantu memberikan pencerahan tentang bagaimana membuat CV yang baik dan menarik.
