Abstract

Aturan dan ketentuan protokol kesehatan, terkait persiapan Pembelajaran Tatap Muka (PTM) terbatas, berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Bersama (SKB) 4 Menteri, sekolah wajib memenuhi daftar periksa dan warga sekolah menerapkan protokol kesehatan yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah, agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran berjalan aman dan selamat selama pandemi COVID-19. Berdasarkan tinjauan tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisa mengenai penerapan protokol kesehatan sekolah dalam menghadapi pembelajaran tatap muka di sekolah dasar di masa pandemi COVID-19. Desain penelitian menggunakan survey deskriptif. Sampel penelitian yaitu 3 kepala sekolah, 9 guru, 3 tenaga kependidikan, 120 siswa dan 122 orang tua/wali. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner melalui link google form. Analisis data univariat untuk menggambarkan kegiatan responden dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan. Data dianalisis dengan pedoman skoring kategorisasi menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil penelitian, seluruh sekolah memiliki ketersediaan dan pengaturan sarana dan prasarana sekolah, ketersediaan data warga sekolah, data tugas satuan tugas COVID-19 sekolah berada dalam kategori sangat baik. Kategori penerapan protokol kesehatan warga sekolah, 100% kepala sekolah sangat baik, 100% guru sangat baik, 66,67% tenaga kependidikan sangat baik, 97,5% siswa sangat baik dan 97,5% orang tua/wali siswa sangat baik. Diperlukan upaya pemberian vaksinasi COVID-19 dalam upaya peningkatan penerapan protokol sekolah kepada warga sekolah, agar pembelajaran berjalan dengan aman dan selamat.

Abstract

High levels of anxiety and low resilience remain common psychological challenges faced by individuals in coping with life stressors. Technology-based approaches, such as mental health applications, offer innovative and easily accessible solutions, yet remain under-researched in Indonesia.  This study aims to analyze the Qolbu Care application’s effectiveness on respondents' anxiety and resilience levels. The research employed a quasi-experimental design with a one-group pretest–posttest approach involving 90 respondents. The intervention was administered over eight weeks using the Qolbu Care application. Standardized anxiety and resilience questionnaires were used as research instruments. Data were analyzed using a paired t-test. The analysis revealed a statistically significant reduction in anxiety levels (mean = –16.45; SD = 8.12; SE = 1.05; p = 0.0001), as well as a statistically significant increase in resilience (mean = 11.40; SD = 6.85; SE = 0.98; p = 0.0001). The Qolbu Care application has proven effective in reducing anxiety and enhancing resilience among respondents. These findings affirm that digital-based interventions can be an innovative alternative for psychosocial support within nursing practice.
