Abstract

Every teenager must experience changes, namely physical, emotional, social and moral changes. The changes that occur during adolescence, need synergy both physically, mentally socially and morally. Changes that occur may or may not be felt by every teenager. These changes are unique to be studied so that teenagers are aware of the changes in themselves so that they will be able to choose the right way of life. When they are physically aware that they are now able to reproduce, they will really take care of their healthy reproduction. When adolescents become aware of emosional, social and moral changes, adolescents will be able to refrain from deviant behavior. The purpose of this study was to determine the description of physical, emotional, social, and moral changes in young women. This research is a descriptive study using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Determine the sample in this study by random sampling and selected 120 respondents conducted in January 2020. The variables of this study are physical change, emotional change, social change and moral change in adolescents. The results of physical changes felt by adolescent girls: 88.33%. Changes in emotions felt by teenagers 50.5%. Social change in adolescents: 66.67%. Moral Change 90.83%. The biggest moral change they realize. Advice to adolescents after knowing the changes that occur, adolescents need to know the consequences when choosing bad behavior, so that teens will be careful in looking for identity and determine life planning in the future.

Abstract

Kasus Unwanted Pregnancy di Indonesia (2010-2014) merupakan kasus tertinggi di ASEAN, yakni sekitar 32 ribu kasus atau 48 kasus/1000 kehamilan atau 17,5%. Pada tahun 2010 di Jawa Barat terdapat 12.300 kasus kehamilan yang tidak diinginkan akibat 29% hubungan seks pranikah (sekitar 3 juta remaja). Kekerasan di Garut, dalam 7 bulan pertama tahun 2019, telah terjadi 34 kasus kekerasan seksual (70% korbannya adalah anak-anak). Kasus kekerasan seksual di ranah privat menempati urutan tertinggi dalam 5 tahun terakhir (71%). Berdasarkan kategori pelaku kekerasan, 56% (1.670) dilakukan oleh pacar.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya free sex, identifikasi free sex, dan identifikasi unwanted pregnancy. Desain penelitian fenomenologi melalui wawancara mendalam dan pertanyaan terbuka.Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive dan snowball, jumlah responden sebanyak 14 orang (3 responden wawancara mendalam, 11 orang menjawab pertanyaan terbuka). Teknik analisis data menggunakan Model Miles dan Huberman. Uji Kredibilitas dengan perpanjangan pengamatan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab remaja melakukan seks pranikah adalah faktor internal (perasaan cinta, ingin mencoba, kontrol diri, sikap permisif dan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi) dan eksternal (sikap orang tua, sumber informasi, lingkungan, teman dan tempat yang aman serta berpacaran), perilaku dan gambaran keadaan kehamilan tidak diinginkan (fatner seksual multiple, frekuensi free sex 1->5 kali, kecanduan seksual, pengetahuan mengenai kehamilan responden, sikap dan perilaku responden, orang tua dan pacar menerima kehamilan dan tetap merawat kehamilan).

Abstract

One indicator of the Human Development Index (HDI) is Life Expectancy (AHH). Garut has AHH 70.84 years, this figure is lower than other regions. Long life reflects health status. A woman if she is long-lived will definitely experience menopause. Healthy menopause is an indicator of happiness. The menopause will be accompanied by problems. How to repeat the problem by realizing happiness, and slowing down the age of menopause. This study aims to determine what factors influence menopause. The factors that will be examined are the factors that play a direct role in the reproductive organs, namely the age of menarche, parity and contraception. This study is an analytical study with a crossectional approach, spearman test and linear regression test. Respondents in this study were 95 people. Determination of samples with purposive sampling in menopausal women in Garut. Independent variable age of menarche, parity and contraceptive use, dependent variable age of menopause. The results of the bivariable analysis, the p value of menarche age 0.163 (no correlation), parity 0.140 (no correlation) and contraceptive use 0.044 (had a significant correlation). The results of the linear regression test obtained data on the effect of non hormone contraception or not using contraception to slow menopause by 0.02%. Conclusion, only the contraceptive use factor has an influence on the age of menopause.

Abstract

Teenagers are susceptible to falling into promiscuity. The impact of promiscuity is contracting Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs). Greater impact can be experienced by adolescents who have experienced menarche, other than contracting STDs can also unwanted pregnancy, abortion and young pregnancy. Adolescents need guidance in dealing with life, based on data from the Ministry of Health in 2015, amounting to 14% or about 6 million adolescents to have free sex. Adolescent reproductive health problems can continue to reproductive health problems in adulthood. The purpose of this study was to determine the perceptions of young women regarding reproductive advice when she experienced menarche in Garut. This research is useful as a reference for parents to pay more attention to adolescents and as input to the government in developing new strategies in increasing knowledge, forming adolescent attitudes and behavior in reproductive health. The research method used is the mix method by means of a later interview survey to get a generalization of the phenomenon from the perception of the respondent (grounded theory).The results of the study obtained answers that the majority of respondents did not get optimal reproductive advice, mothers as the main people who provide reproductive advice and advice that adolescents get when experiencing menarche are general interaction, attention to worship, cleanliness, types of food and drinks and advice in the form of myths or cultures that develop in the community
