Abstract

The prevention of youth anemia is one of the efforts to lower the maternal mortality rate, Understanding the prevention of adolescent anemia is very important because the teenager is a budding mother. Policy of prevention anemia in young women are regulated in UU No. 36 of 2009 on Health Article 142 victims of violence committed in all life cycles with priority in nutrition prone groups, namely infants, young women, pregnant and lactating wome. This study aims to find out alternative operational policy of prevention anemia in young women in Garut regency Year 2017; To analyze the problem of the operational policy of the prevention program of anemia in the adolescent girl in Garut regency in 2017; Analysis of criteria for anemia prevention Program for adolescent girls in the regency Garut in 2017; To provide an alternative recommendation for anemia prevention Program for adolescent girls in the regency Garut in 2017.This research method is qualitative with case study, Technique of taking observation data, detailed interview with 19 persons and literature study. The results of the study found three policy alternatives that can be applied to the prevention of adolescent anemia in Regency Garut, the third policy is: (i) Create standard operational procedures; (ii) Develop promotional media; (iii) Proposed of training for health center to SDK, subsequently conducting alternative assessments selected and based on CSF which is an alternative priority is to make and socialize SOP for Prevention of Anemia of Puteri Girls in Garut Regency, SOP is made and reviewed by some competent experts who are in Health Office and Puskesmas, then revised and legalized by the Puskesmas and socialized to program implementers at the Puskesmas. District Health Office Garut is expected to provide training anemia prevention for adolescent girls to program implementers and develop promotional media about anemia prevention for adolescent girls.

Abstract

It is necessary to change teaching strategies and media because of the persistently poor pass rate of students' laboratory abilities in intranatal procedures. One such strategy is the use of engaging, interactive, and entertaining learning materials, such as Android applications. The goal of developing the app Intranatal Edu was to help students become more proficient. This study aims to evaluate the impact of the Intranatal Edu Application on the birth control knowledge of nursing students. Quantitative experimental research with a single group pre- and post-testing is the kind of research being done here. With a sample size of 60 respondents, the population of this study consisted of enrolled students in the third semester of the undergraduate nursing study program. Because the p-value of 0.005 is less than the significance threshold of 0.05, the Wilcoxon H0 test findings can be disregarded. It can be inferred that there is a difference in the birth support skills scores in Stage II pre- and post-test. According to this study, using the Edu Intranatal Application can effectively improve students' skills

Abstract

Champion telah lama diakui sebagai faktor kunci dalam keberhasilan inisiatif perubahan dalam sektor kesehatan, baik untuk layanan rawat inap maupun rawat jalan. Mereka memainkan peran penting dalam mengatasi hambatan organisasi dan memfasilitasi adopsi inovasi yang meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus komparatif untuk menganalisis implementasi layanan kontrasepsi pascapersalinan di 11 puskesmas di Kota Bengkulu pada tahun 2022-2023. Kerangka Kerja Konsolidasi untuk Penelitian Implementasi (CFIR) digunakan untuk memandu pengumpulan data, analisis, dan pelaporan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara semi-terstruktur, observasi lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Hasil: Dari 11 puskesmas yang berpartisipasi, sembilan berhasil merutinkan layanan kontrasepsi pascapersalinan, sementara dua lainnya menghadapi hambatan signifikan yang menghalangi keberhasilan implementasi. Enam atribut utama dari champion yang mempengaruhi hasil implementasi diidentifikasi: pengaruh, kepemilikan, kehadiran fisik, ketabahan, kemampuan persuasif, dan gaya kepemimpinan partisipatif. Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya peran champion dalam implementasi layanan kesehatan yang sukses dan menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan mereka bergantung pada interaksi antara atribut individu dan konteks organisasi. Studi ini memberikan panduan praktis bagi organisasi untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan champion yang efektif dalam upaya perubahan layanan kesehatan.
