Abstract

This research was conducted through hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all beautiful embroidery and embroidery craftsmen in the tourist city of Pariaman (case study of creative products), with a population of 1,117 business units. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where the researcher uses considerations by including certain elements that are considered to be able to obtain correct information or the individuals in the sample that reflect the population. Based on the theory above, in taking the sample, the researcher used a sample of 20% of the population, namely 20% x 1117 = 223.4 :2 = 111.7 so that it was rounded up to 112 entrepreneurs as respondents. Multiple regression results Y = 0.00 + 0.044 X1 + 0.00 X2 + 0.00X3 In the multiple linear regression equation, it is known that the constant is -7.073. Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to obtain capital and expand market share is a variable that has a significant role in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, meaning that Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to obtain capital and expand market share has a significant role in business development Small and Medium has a beautiful and border crossing in Pariaman city tourism. While the Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to master technology is statistically significant, it means that the role of Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to master technology in developing Small and Medium Enterprises with beautiful embroidery and embroidery needs to be done significantly. This shows that the first and second hypotheses are proven and can be accepted as true as well as the third hypothesis is proven to be true. Simultaneously Business Development Service has a role. significant in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises Beautiful embroidery and embroidery in Pariaman city.Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprise(UKM), Business Development Service (BDS).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds with the performance of conventional stock mutual funds. This type of research is a descriptive statistical analysis with a sample population of Islamic stock mutual funds and conventional stock mutual funds that are actively listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The sample selection used the purpose sumpling technique. Purpose sampling method is a sampling method based on certain criteria. The method used is the Independent Sample T Test different test. The mutual funds tested were the performance of sayriah stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds based on the value of return and risk of mutual funds using the Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen and MM methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty on the use of accounting information in Sulaman Naras MSMEs. This research uses descriptive analytical research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in the research was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 61 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the regression test, it was found that there was an influence of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information, business scale had an influence on the use of accounting information, environmental uncertainty had an influence on the use of accounting information. Accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty influence the use of accounting information, based on the Adjust R Square value of 0.614, indicating that the contribution of the variables accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty to the use of accounting information is 0.714 or 71.4% while the remaining is 28.6 % is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The independent variables in this study are profitability, leverage and firm size, while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 2021. The data used in this study are annual report data and a quantitative approach. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) version 25. The number of samples in this study were 36 observations in 9 companies observed for 4 years. The results of this study indicate that profitability, leverage and company size have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Taken together, the same profitability, leverage and company size do not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourism in West Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data from the official website https://dispar.sumbarprov.go.id for 2019–2020. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). The results showed that the hotel variable had a significant and significant effect on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.004 which was smaller than the 0.05 significance level, while the tcount value was 3.080>ttable 2.032, the communication variable had no effect and was not significant on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.157 more than a significance level of 0.05, while a tcount value of 1.446<ttable 2.032, the variable of tourist visits has an influence and is significant on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.042 less than a significance level of 0.05 , while the tcount value is 2.111>ttable 2.032 and the variables of hotel, communication, tourist visits simultaneously affect culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significant value of 0.018 which is smaller than α = 0.05 while the Fcount value is 3.819>Ftable 4.53. The Adjusted R Square test results in this study obtained a value of 18.60. This shows that the contribution of the hotel, communication, and tourist visits variables is 18.60% to culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province. While the remaining 72.40% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
