Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of privacy and security on the intention to transact online at shopee.co.id The population in this study were shopee.co.id application users at STIE Sumbar Pariaman. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling method with the criteria of shopee.co.i users at STIE Sumbar Pariaman who had purchased online at shopee.co.id. Samples were 100 respondents with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques in this study used descriptive analysis techniques and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Privacy does not significantly influence the intention to transact online at shopee.co.id, as evidenced by the value of tcount of 1.319 with a significance value of 0.190, greater than 0.05 (2) security has a significant effect on the intention to transact online at shopee.co.id, evidenced from the value of tcount of 5.893 with a significance value of 0.000, smaller than 0.05 (3) Privacy and security simultaneously have a significant effect on the intention to transact online at shopee.coid, as evidenced by the results of Fcount of 34,834 with a significance of 0,000.

Abstract

The rapid development of the business world has affected the growing number of new business units released by both small and medium-sized and large-scale communities. The phenomenon, is acknowledged by the rapid development of laundry service provision kilogram laundry. The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service and location to customer satisfaction Citra Laundry Pariaman City. Population used in customer research Citra Laundry. The sample in this research is 30 respondents. Based on testing The test results show that the quality of service and location affect simultaneously or collectively to Customer Satisfaction. based on Determination Coefficient testing that Service Quality and Location have Adjusted R Square value of 30.7%. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression. The result of research can be concluded that multiple linear regression is Y = 1,613 + 0,628X1 + (- 0,032) X2. Partial test results show the variables used in the study of service quality is significant and location does not affect significantly and on customer satisfaction in Citra Laundry Pariaman City. Suggestion of research: 1. So that researcher suggest at Citra laundry that Citra Laundry employee always willing to help customer if happened complaint consumer, by responding and receiving quickly, so Citra Laundry have good service ability. 2) On the image of Laundry store position must be fore or parallel to the store. And the Citra Laundry store needs to do aggressive promotion through social media and other media in order to increase the sales revenue level of those services. 3) Parties Citra Laundry and employees should provide good service in the form of polite, friendly to consumers and a clean place and provide insurance for consumers or customers in case of errors from the store Citra Laundry in the form of replacing goods or unag cash. 4) For further research is expected to dapet more develop research conducted is doing research on other variables that affect customer satisfaction. Keywords: Service Quality, Location and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of Education Level, Accounting Knowledge, Business Scale and Business Experience on Accounting Information in the Village of Kampung Baru City Central Pariaman as many as 24 perpetrators of UMKM consist of one person owner and two employees . Methods of taking samples pe nelitian using Total Sampling. The data collection technique used a questionnaire . Validity and reliability test . The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression , t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination.The results of the research have demonstrated that : (1) not found the influence persespi perpetrators of UMKM to use information accounting . It is proved the value of t count < t table ( 0.449 < 1.6675 ) and the value of sig. 0.619 ( 0.619 > 0.05), (2) there is no effect of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information . This is evidenced by the value of t count < t table ( 0.486 < 1 , 6675 ) and the value of sig. 0.629 ( 0.629 > 0.05), (3) there is an effect of business scale on the use of accounting information . Ha l is evidenced nila i t count > from t table ( 6.745 > 1.667 ) and the value of sig. 0, 000 (0, 000 < 0 , 05 ), (4) there is an influence on the perception of UMKM actors about accounting , accounting knowledge , and business scale on the use of accounting information . This is evidenced by fish with a calculated F value > F table ( 15.245 > 2 , 74 ) with a sig. 0.000 is less than 0.05 (0.000 <0.05).

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implementasi penggunaan aplikasi Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES) dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Sandi Ulakan, Kecamatan Ulakan Tapakih. Dimana pengambilan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah mengimplementasikan Sistem Keuangan Desa (SISKEUDES). Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan sudah sesuai dengan Standar Operasional Prosedur, yaitu Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 20 Tahun 2018 Tentang Pengelolaan Keuangan Desa. Pengelolaan keuangan desa pada Desa Sandi Ulakan, meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, dan pelaporan. Melalui penelitian yang dilakukan bahwa pengelolaan keuangan desa menggunakan sistem keuangan desa di Sandi Ulakan meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa tersebut.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on tourism in West Sumatra. This type of research is quantitative research. This study uses secondary data from the official website https://dispar.sumbarprov.go.id for 2019–2020. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive statistics, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression analysis and statistical tests (t test, F test and coefficient of determination). The results showed that the hotel variable had a significant and significant effect on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.004 which was smaller than the 0.05 significance level, while the tcount value was 3.080>ttable 2.032, the communication variable had no effect and was not significant on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.157 more than a significance level of 0.05, while a tcount value of 1.446<ttable 2.032, the variable of tourist visits has an influence and is significant on culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significance value of 0.042 less than a significance level of 0.05 , while the tcount value is 2.111>ttable 2.032 and the variables of hotel, communication, tourist visits simultaneously affect culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province, with a significant value of 0.018 which is smaller than α = 0.05 while the Fcount value is 3.819>Ftable 4.53. The Adjusted R Square test results in this study obtained a value of 18.60. This shows that the contribution of the hotel, communication, and tourist visits variables is 18.60% to culinary tourism in West Sumatra Province. While the remaining 72.40% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to realize Quality and Accountability of Government Services in the District. The data source used in this research is primary data. This research was conducted at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City, located on Jl. Zaini No.1, Balai Kurai Taji, Pariaman Sel., Pariaman City, West Sumatra 25536, Indonesia. The research will be carried out in June 2022 until completion. Based on the research results, it was concluded that communication had a significant effect on employee work effectiveness at the South Pariaman District Head Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.001 < 0.05; and Communication and Human Resource Capabilities have a significant effect on Employee Work Effectiveness at the South Pariaman Subdistrict Office, Pariaman City with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05;. The R Square value was obtained at 0.984, this means 98.4%, which means that the ability of the Communication (X1) and Human Resources Ability (X2) variables in explaining the Work Effectiveness variable (Y) is 98.4%. Meanwhile, the remainder (100% - 98.4%= 1.6%) is explained by other variables outside of this research variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the store atmosphere and taste of consumer repurchase interest in bofet mas nur solo lohong pariaman city, so that this study can run the author distributed questionnaires to 60 consumers who bought and became customers at Mas Nur Solo Lohong. This study used 2 methods, namely descriptive analysis method and st atistic analysis method with the help of SPSS version 23. The descriptive analysis method in this study is a description of the data results that have been obtained by the author, while the statistical analysis method, which is used to conduct multiple linear analysis and test research hypotheses.The results of this study store atmosphere and taste on consumer repurchase interest have a significant effect. Store atmosphere has a regression coefficient value of 0.442 with a count t value of 3.480 > t table of 1.672 and a significant value of 0.0 01 smaller than the level of significant of 0.05, then taste has a regression coefficient value of 0.518 with a value of t count 3.348 > ttable 1.672 and a significant value of 0.0 01 smaller than the level of significant, and simultaneously a calculated F value = 32.255 with sig = 0.000 < 0.05.Store atmosphere and taste have a significant influence on consumer repurchase interest in bofet mas nur solo lohong pariaman city, the result of the coefficient of determination is known that the coefficient of determination is R = 0.729 with an R2 = 0.531, this means 53.1,% repurchase interest Consumers can be explained by variables of store atmosphere and taste while the remaining 46.9% is influenced by other variables that are not included in this study.

Abstract

Komitmen organisasional merupakan elemen penting dalam mendukung kinerja karyawan, khususnya di sektor jasa seperti PT J&T Express yang berfokus pada layanan pengiriman ekspres. Keberhasilan perusahaan jasa ini sangat bergantung pada kualitas karyawan dalam memberikan pelayanan yang andal. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh faktor personal, organisasional, dan non-organisasional terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan di PT J&T Express Kota Pariaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing faktor, baik secara individu maupun simultan, terhadap komitmen organisasional karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel independen (personal, organisasional, non-organisasional) dengan variabel dependen (komitmen organisasional). Data dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor personal (signifikansi 0,004) dan organisasional (signifikansi 0,003) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional, sementara faktor non-organisasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan (signifikansi 0,389). Secara simultan, faktor personal, organisasional, dan non-organisasional berpengaruh signifikan (signifikansi 0,001) terhadap komitmen organisasional, dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 45,3%.
