Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence brand awareness, perceived, and brand association has on Samsung Smartphone repurchase decisions in the city of Padang. The population in this study is unknown in number, with a sample of people who have had a Samsung Smartphone, the sample was taken using, accidental sampling. Instrument testing is done by validity test and reliability test. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that Brand awareness has a significant influence on the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in Padang city with sig = 0.032, Perceived quality has a significant influence on the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in Padang with sig = 0.001, Brand association has an significant to the decision to repurchase Samsung Smartphone in the city of Padang with sig = 0,000.

Abstract

Abstract

MSMEs are individual businesses or individual business entities that have met the criteria for micro-enterprises. Pariaman has 7,839 MSMEs located in Pariaman, a total of 7,839 for all types of MSMEs, ranging from micro, small to medium. The purpose of this study was to find out how the strategies and inhibiting factors of the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises in the development of micro, small and medium enterprises based on the creative economy in Pariaman City. This study uses descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques according to the data obtained by researchers in the field. Data obtained in the form of words, pictures, notes, documents and interviews. The analytical method used in this research is SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) by monitoring internal and external factors. The results of the study using SWOT analysis and strategies that can be used by the Pariaman City Micro Business Cooperative Office are as follows: a.) The strategy formed from the internal strengths and weaknesses (Strength-weakness) is to increase the integrated business service center in developing micro-enterprises for consulting business actors in Kota Pariaman, increasing additional budget and human resources for training business actors in Kota Pariaman. b) The strategy formed from the external factors of opportunities and threats (Opportunity-Threat) is to increase the implementation of supervision on business actors and increase understanding of patents and laws for the products of business actors in Kota Pariaman.Keywords: Strategy, Development, SWOT.

Abstract

This research was conducted through hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis. The population in this study were all beautiful embroidery and embroidery craftsmen in the tourist city of Pariaman (case study of creative products), with a population of 1,117 business units. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, where the researcher uses considerations by including certain elements that are considered to be able to obtain correct information or the individuals in the sample that reflect the population. Based on the theory above, in taking the sample, the researcher used a sample of 20% of the population, namely 20% x 1117 = 223.4 :2 = 111.7 so that it was rounded up to 112 entrepreneurs as respondents. Multiple regression results Y = 0.00 + 0.044 X1 + 0.00 X2 + 0.00X3 In the multiple linear regression equation, it is known that the constant is -7.073. Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to obtain capital and expand market share is a variable that has a significant role in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises, meaning that Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to obtain capital and expand market share has a significant role in business development Small and Medium has a beautiful and border crossing in Pariaman city tourism. While the Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to master technology is statistically significant, it means that the role of Business Development Service in facilitating Small and Medium Enterprises to master technology in developing Small and Medium Enterprises with beautiful embroidery and embroidery needs to be done significantly. This shows that the first and second hypotheses are proven and can be accepted as true as well as the third hypothesis is proven to be true. Simultaneously Business Development Service has a role. significant in the development of Small and Medium Enterprises Beautiful embroidery and embroidery in Pariaman city.Keywords: Small and Medium Enterprise(UKM), Business Development Service (BDS).

Abstract

Based on the results of the research on the influence of motivation on the level of satisfaction of inpatients at the bhayangkara hospital in Padang city with paramedic competencies as a moderating variable, it can be concluded that paramedic motivation has a positive and significant effect on inpatient satisfaction at the Bhayangkara Hospital in Padang City with Sig = 0,000). Competence directly without effect on patient satisfaction can be proven by the influence value of 0.010 (Sig = 0.106). Motivation has a significant Sig = 0,000 value, so it is stated that, competency variables can function as moderating variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether MSMEs in Pariaman City have implemented digital technology-based financial management and whether MSMEs in Pariaman City have utilized financial technology (fintech) as well as how financial management is and to what extent is the use of financial technology (fintech) in MSMEs in Pariaman City. The data in this study were taken through direct observation of MSME actors, interviews and distributing questionnaires to 99 respondents who are MSME actors or owners. The 99 respondents who were sampled from this study were calculated using the Slovin formula from a total of 8,840 SMEs as of January 2022 in Pariaman City. The questionnaires were distributed using the Guttman scale with two intervals, namely Yes and No. The results of this study indicate that the majority of MSMEs have not implemented good financial management digitally as seen from the indicators of budget planning, recording and reporting. As for the use of fintech, the majority of MSMEs have used fintech personally but have not used fintech in running their business.

Abstract

This service aims to provide knowledge and understanding to housewives in managing family finances. This needs to be done because of the development of very easy transaction methods so that family members can easily spend their money. This condition will affect the finances of families who have limited income. If this is allowed to continue, it can result in family conflict, the emergence of debt, lack of peace and family welfare. Service is carried out in the form of socialization, delivery of material, discussions and consultations. The targets for this socialization are housewives in Rawang Village, Central Pariaman District, Pariaman City. The socialization was carried out for 1 day and was expected to provide participants with an overview of the ways and importance of managing family finances.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds with the performance of conventional stock mutual funds. This type of research is a descriptive statistical analysis with a sample population of Islamic stock mutual funds and conventional stock mutual funds that are actively listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period. The sample selection used the purpose sumpling technique. Purpose sampling method is a sampling method based on certain criteria. The method used is the Independent Sample T Test different test. The mutual funds tested were the performance of sayriah stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds based on the value of return and risk of mutual funds using the Sharpe, Treynor, Jensen and MM methods. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant difference between the performance of Islamic stock mutual funds and the performance of conventional stock mutual funds.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty on the use of accounting information in Sulaman Naras MSMEs. This research uses descriptive analytical research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used in the research was purposive sampling, so that a sample of 61 respondents was obtained. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression using the SPSS version 26 program. From the results of the regression test, it was found that there was an influence of accounting knowledge on the use of accounting information, business scale had an influence on the use of accounting information, environmental uncertainty had an influence on the use of accounting information. Accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty influence the use of accounting information, based on the Adjust R Square value of 0.614, indicating that the contribution of the variables accounting knowledge, business scale and environmental uncertainty to the use of accounting information is 0.714 or 71.4% while the remaining is 28.6 % is determined by other variables not analyzed in the model in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, leverage and company size on the disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The independent variables in this study are profitability, leverage and firm size, while the dependent variable is corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 2021. The data used in this study are annual report data and a quantitative approach. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. The analytical method used in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solutions) version 25. The number of samples in this study were 36 observations in 9 companies observed for 4 years. The results of this study indicate that profitability, leverage and company size have no effect on corporate social responsibility. Taken together, the same profitability, leverage and company size do not affect the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
