Abstract

Indomaret outlets in Indonesia has reached 5425 outlets spread out in the city of Jabodetabek area, West Java, East Java, Central Java, Yogyakarta, Bali and Lampung and some other areas. The assessment of investments using Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that the investment can be forwarded. The purpose of this research is to find out the feasibility of investing in a franchise Indomaret. The research methods used are case studies. Data obtained from the interviews and the examination of documents. The processing and data analysis done with the method of valuation of the investment. The results of the study are: (1) after an assessment of the investment by the method of Net Present Value (NPV) of financial data for the last 5 (five) years obtained the calculation result is positive. This means that investments can be forwarded, (2) with assessment methods according to the investment Payback Period Method, investment funds have been implanted can return in less than the time of the contract that is 5 (five) years, the investment can be returned within 3 years and 5 months.

Abstract

Publishers book Gramedia Pustaka Utama is the largest book publisher in Indonesia are located in Jakarta, With the current information technology and supported by the rapid flow of information to force people to have the ability and knowledge to compensate. The purpose of this study was to determine 1). Whether there are significant positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotions directly on purchasing decisions, 2) whether there are significant positioning, differentiation and brand image on purchasing decisions with a promotion to intervening. Test this hypothesis using path analysis (path analysis) with a significant level of 5%. The population is customers who visited the Gramedia Bookstore Regional 1, using accidental sampling technique and approach the proportions in withdrawing a sample of 100 respondents and data collection was done by questionnaire. The results showed that: 1) Directly positioning, differentiation, brand image and promotion of significant positive effect on purchasing decisions 2). Through the promotion seen that positioning, differentiation and brand image did not significantly influence the purchasing decision. Means of quality books, inspirational, reasonable price and reputation of the issuer greatly influence consumers to buy the Million Dollar Dream book in Gramedia bookstore Region 1 while the promotion is done is not very effective.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of products, price and promotion partially to the decision to buy AMDK Brand Sms and the influence of product quality, price and promotion simultaneously to the decision to buy AMDK Brand Sms. This type of research is associative research. This research method is quantitative method. The population in this study is all consumers or customers who buy and consume AMDK Brand SMS Kec. VII Koto Sungai Sarik., Where the sample is 100 respondents. Data collection techniques were conducted with interviews and questionnaires. The data was processed using SPSS version 17. The result showed that the quality of product, price and promotion had a positive effect partially to the decision to buy AMDK Brand Sms and product quality, price and promotion have positive effect simultaneously to the buying decision of AMDK Brand Sms. With multiple linear regression is Y = 0,264 + 0,120 + 0,187 + 0,575 and coefficient of determination give contribution equal to 57,9%. With the positive relationship between product quality, price and promotion have a positive effect on buying decision of AMDK Brand Sms, hence expected to company can improve product quality, affordable price and also aggressive promotion so that it can generate buying interest of consumer or customer.Keywords: Product Quality, Price, Promotion, Buying Decision.

Abstract

Pariaman noted to have an area of 2.502 ha of wetland covering an area of 1.845 ha of which or 73,74% of the total rice area has been put on the irrigation system for irrigation, while the rest is still a non irrigated paddy (rainfed). With the vast rice fields,pariaman can produce as many as 31.047 tonnes of rice down than the previous year which amounted to 32.093 tonnes of production.thisdecrese is caused by reduction of rice area that has been put on irrigation system. From the multiple regression analysis, we can know that if the land area, selling price, production cost and production amount are zero or constant, the farmer's income will increase by 148.215. If there is an increase in land area of one unit, it will reduce farmer's income by 19.213.If there is an increase in Selling Price of one unit, it will increase farmer's income by 116.502. If there is an increase in Production Cost in one unit it will reduce farmer's income by 37.619. If there is an increase in Production of one unit, it will reeduce farmer's income by 76.305.

Abstract

Kinerja merupakan hal yang paling penting dijadikan landasan untuk mengetahui tentang kinerja karyawan. Dari data penilaian kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT. A.W. Faber-Castell di atas terdapat fenomena yaitu kinerja karyawan yang biasa-biasa saja, sehingga perlu di teliti. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan serta pengaruh motivasi selaku variabel yang memoderasi pengaruh kepemimpinan dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT A.W. Faber-Castell. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan metode survai. Jumlah sampel dihitung dengan perumusan Slovin sebanyak 100 responden dari populasi 500 karyawan dengan metode Accidental Sampling. Desain penelitian menggunakan asosiatif kausal dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dan uji regresi moderasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian produksi PT A.W. Faber-Castell. Abstract

Pelatihan Decoupage bagi masyarakat Kampung Sawah Kota Bekasi bertujuan untuk (1) menumbuhkan spirit, motivasi dan kreativitas berwirausaha bagi masyarakat , (2) Memberikan pengetahuan yang memadai untuk menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dapat membuat masyarakat bersemangat berwirausaha. Peserta  pelatihan diikuti oleh 22 orang remaja putri putus sekolah dan ibu-ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja. Peserta mengikuti pelatihan dengan semangat dan antusias sekali, dengan banyak bertanya dan keingintahuannya. Evaluasi hasil pelatihan memperlihat hasil yang bagus, rapi dan cukup kreatif dalam memilih dan memadupadankan objek dengan gambar kertas tissu yang disediakan. Diharapkan dimasa mendatang kreatifitas masyarakat ini dikembangkan menjadi usaha yang produktif untuk menunjang keuangan keluarga.

Abstract

The use of the internet now seems to have become a primary need. The growth of e-commerce in Indonesia is driving the popularity of non-cash transactions. The purpose of this study, first to give an overview and the implications of the influence of shopping orientation and trust in online consumer purchase intentions. Second, see gender differences as moderating variables because in the virtual group by gender plays a role in communication and e-commerce transactions. Purposive random sampling and Proportional Random Sampling used in sampling techniques. Regression Modeling of Moderating Variable with a Method of Sub Group used in this study with the analysis tool is SPSS 25. Suggestions that can be recommended for online shopping providers the expected to need a strategy in increasing trends in shopping at home by providing complete information. Also, consumer confidence in the services is crucial with the suitability of goods sold with completed information.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and product quality on customer satisfaction in UPT.Pengelola Clean Water Management. The type of research is quantitative. The data is processed by computerized using SPSS 18.0 program. Number of UPT subscribers. Clean Water Management of Pariaman City continues to increase, but the increasing number of customers was also directly proportional to the increase in the number of customers who complain. The independent variables are service quality (x1) and product quality (x2). Dependent variable is consumer satisfaction (Y). Population and sample used in this research is consumer of UPT. Clean Water Management Pariaman City as many as 79 people and was in place at the time of the research conducted. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis, t test, F test and determination. The results show partially Quality of service (0,000) and product quality (0.035) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction and simultaneously also affect with the significance of 0.000. The effect is 44.4%
