The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of cultural factors, social factors, personal factors, and psychological factors on consumer behavior in the purchase of liquid soap at Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang. The population in this research was all consumers who bought soap liquid in Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang by the number of samples used 100 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was convenience sampling and the analysis tool used wasmultiple linear regression. The results showed that based on a partial test of the hypothesis with the t test results obtained for X1 = 13.525; X2 = 4.394 and X3 = 2.397 and t table 1.985, so it lied in refused Ho, it means that there was a significant effect between cultural factors, social factors, factors personal, and psychological factors on consumer behavior in the purchase of liquid soap at Toko Sami Untung Pasar Mrican Semarang. The coefficient of determination of the four independent variables of 79.6% means that the variation of the four independent variables in explaining consumer behavior and 20.4% is explained by other variables that are not mentioned in this study, such as pricing, quality service and product quality.

The objective of this research was to find out the influence of individual factor, social factor and primary factor in work toward work satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The population in this research was entire employees counted as 1750 employees at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus/Kerjoarum Karanganyar. The samples were 95 respondents. The technique sampling that was used in this research was purposive sampling. The analysis instrument used in this research was multiple linear regression. The research result showed that there was significant influence of individual factor, social and primary factor in work toward job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. The partial research result showed that individual factors influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar. Social factors also influence the job satisfaction of employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar and primary factor in work towards job satisfaction at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IX Batujamus Karanganyar.

The purpose of this study was to find out the influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The population in this study was 358 employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the samples were 80 respondents. The sampling technique used was non probability sampling with Judgment. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regression, which was firstly examined by validity and reliability test. The results partially showed that there was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of theemployees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. While the hypothesis test simultaneously with the test results obtained was significant influence of knowledge, skills, abilities, attitudes and behaviors on productivity of the employees of the production department of PT Lukie Works Indonesia. The coefficient of determination of the five independent variables = 66.3% meaning that the variation of the five independent variables in explaining productivity = 66.3% while the remaining 33.7% was explained by other variables that were not mentioned in this study.

This study aimed to analyze the influence of Variabels of individual, psychological, and organization on the behavior of individuals in Mataram Sakti of Branch Mijen. The population in this study was 40 people that is the whole staff and all population was sampled. The analytical tool used in this study was multiple linearregression. Reliable human resources owned by the company provides a distinct advantage. The aim of this research was to determine the influence of individual factor, social factor and main factor in work at outsourcing employee of Collection Division of PT. Intrias mandiri Sejati ( IMS ) which is placed at PT. Bank Internasional Indonesia branch Majamas Semarang. The population used as well the samples in this research were 50 employees with purposive sampling. The analysis tool used in this research was multiple linear regresssion, which was previously tested by validity and reliability to see the data quality. The results showed that the individual factor, the social factor and the main factor in work influenced the employee’s job satisfaction at outsourcing employee of Collection Division of PT. Intrias mandiri Sejati ( IMS ) which is placed at PT. The purpose of this research was to know the influence of motivation and ability on employee performance at AJB BUMIPUTERA Kudus branch. The populations in the research were 70 respondents. The analylsis instrument used in this research was multiple linear regression. The result showed that there was significant influence of motivation and ability on employee performance in AJB BUMIPUTERA Kudus branch. Coefficient of determinacy of the two independent variables of 0,669 means that the variation of the two independent variables in explaining the performance of 66,90 %, while the rest (100 %- 66,90 % = 33,1 %) is explained by other variables which are not mentioned in this research.

This study aims to analyze: (1) the effect of production factors on competitiveness; (2) the effect of demand conditions on daylight power (3) the effect of related and supporting industries on competitiveness (4) the effect of production factors, demand conditions and related and supporting industries on competitiveness. Respondents in this study were 90 micro and small businesses that became partners of Pusat Layanan Usaha Terpadu (PLUT) in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The variables used in this research are related and supporting industrial cooperation as independent variables, production factors, demand conditions, competitiveness as the dependent variable. Data collection using questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the research are showed that, production factors have an effect on MSE competitiveness of 6.05%, demand conditions of 11.28% and related and supporting industries of 8.58%.

This community service activity aims to improve the financial literacy of Persit mothers through frugal living education, a frugal lifestyle that emphasizes wise financial management without sacrificing quality of life. This program teaches the principles of smart spending, effective budgeting, and a positive financial mindset using the approach of behavioral economics and Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory. Through counseling and interactive workshops, participants are equipped with skills to distinguish between needs and wants, manage expenses efficiently, and apply financial planning methods such as the 50/30/20 rule. Evaluations show that 90% of participants experienced an increase in their understanding of household financial management and have begun implementing budgeting strategies and financial record-keeping. Discussion sessions revealed that participants feel more confident in making more rational and sustainable financial decisions. The results of this activity indicate that frugal living education has a positive impact on shaping a smarter and more disciplined financial mindset. Service one door or one stop service (OSS) is a step that can be applied in variousareas in order to increase investment and the one-stop service is expected in reducing thebureaucrat, therefore the process of licensing become shorter. In general, this study aims toimprove the satisfaction of investors who are conducting the licensing process in Semarang.There are 50 employees who are likely to occupy the part of the ministry, therefore thenumber of employees who take the test reach 50 employees who have been appointed by thehead of the Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT). The data analysis uses IPA (Importanceand Performance Analysis). The results showed that (1) employees'IQ in terms of hardskills at Badan Pelayanan Perijinan Terpadu (BPPT) Semarang are in the level of average.The test that has taken showed less score in terms of the pace of work, precise work, jobstability and work endurance. As for soft skills, which are still getting less score is communication,self-confidence, self-control and emotional stability, showing that only 14 employeeswho meet the qualifications for employment services (front desk) that directly deal with therespondent (front desk). (2) Analysis of the level of satisfaction of respondents indicated thatthe services provided to the respondents do not meet the wishes of the respondents as theaverage value of the performance was lower than expectations of respondents. (3) Takinginto account the hard skills and soft skills of employees in the public service model thatsatisfy investors, the satisfaction of investors who are conducting the licensing process canbe increased.
