Abstract

The integration of learning activities in schools and environmental education is considered capable of increasing students’ knowledge, understanding, and positive behavior towards the environment. The aim of the environmental education program at Taman Kehati Subang was to investigate its role in supporting environmental education activities of the students of SMK Tri Surya Bangsa, Subang. It was conducted on August 21, 2020 and was attended by 10 representatives’ students of class X, XI, and XII and 2 accompanying teachers. Outdoor activities, games, and field practice were used to deliver the material. It includes organic cultivation, biodiversity conservation, nurseries and compost making, cipondoh water sources, and soil and water conservation. Our evaluation showed that students hold high agreement that Taman Kehati has various types of plants and suitable to support environmental education activities in schools. Students assessed that a visit to Taman Kehati provided new experiences that could increase their knowledge of environmentally natural resource management. Delivering material with a combination of outdoor activities, field practice, and games makes them easy to be understood and can be practiced daily. It can be concluded that students and teachers generally consider that Taman Kehati is suitable to support the integration of learning in schools and environmental education. Abstract

Pada saat ini pembuatan jadwal sidang skripsi di Jurusan Elektro Program Studi Teknik Informatika masih dibuat secara manual oleh koordinator skripsi. Pembuatan jadwal tersebut membutuhkan waktu yang banyak dalam pemilihan dosen penguji agar tidak bentrok. Dengan memiliki suatu aplikasi berupa optimasi penjadwalan sidang tentu saja sangat bermanfaat dan memberikan keuntungan-keuntungan pada koordinator sidang.. Maka dari itu perlu dibuat sebuah aplikasi untuk membantu koordinator skripsi dalam pembuatan jadwal tersebut. Pembuatan optimasi penjadwalan sidang skripsi ini mengadopsi aturan yang telah dibuat oleh koordinator sidang skripsi kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam dalam bahasa php. Pada proses penjadwalan tersebut pembagian ruang, waktu, mahasiswa dan dosen dilakukan secara otomatis oleh sistem. Jadi dosen pembimbing tidak boleh menguji mahsiswa yang dibimbingnya, salah satu dosen pembimbing harus hadir pada saat mahasiswa yang dibimbingnya tersebut melakukan sidang. Dosen penguji sidang tersebut tidak boleh menguji di ruang yang lain pada sesi yang sama. Pemilihan ruang, waktu, mahasiswa serta dosen penguji diacak oleh sistem denga. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini berhasil membuat penjadwalan sidang skripsi secara otomatis dan hasil penjadwalan sidang tersebut telah memenuhi peraturan yang telah dibuat oleh koordinator sidang skripsi. Sehingga optimasi penjadwalan sidang skripsi yang telah dibuat sudah optimal

Abstract

This research was conducted to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students majoring in Machanical Engineering at SMKN 3 Surabaya in Computer Numerical Control (CNC) subjects which still apply conventional learning, CNC learning basically requires a CNC machine as a supporting medium so that the material presented can increase students attention and interest in learning, therefore this research uses the CNC Simulator Android learning media available at Play Store so that all students can access and own the learning media they will use. The method used is Classroom Action Research, consists of the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The research was conducted at SMKN 3 Surabaya with the subjects in the research being 29 students. Data collection was carried out using test sheets, in Cycle I using Pre-test and in Cycle II using Posttest. Based on research results and data analysis, it shows that developments have occurred using the learning model project-based learning assisted by the CNC simulator application in CNC subjects. This learning model makes the learning process more varied and enjoyable for students.
