Abstract

Pandemi Corona di tahun 2019 (Covid-19) yang mulai terdeteksi di Indonesia pada awal Maret 2020 merebak di seluruh wilayah,tak terkecuali di kota semarang tercnta ini , pandemic Covid-19 di Indonesia  merupakan kasus kesehatan. Namun dampaknya bukan hanya pada aspek kesehatan, tetapi juga berdampak sangat kuat  pada aspek ekonomi yang justru mempunyai pengaruh yang lebih luas terhadap kehidupan sosial kemasyarakatan. Dikalangna lapisan masyarakta. Sasaran dari kegiatan PKM ini adalah bapak ibu dilingkungan RT 02 RW03 Kalilangse gajah mungkur Semarang. Tujuan dari kegiatan PKM ini, diharapkan peserta penyuluhan dapat terbuka wawasan kewirausahaan dan mendapat gambaran usaha usaha yang dapat meningkatkan perekonomian  di situasi pandemic covid19. Metode dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan PKM ini berupa penyuluhan tentang pentingnya Menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan  dan Adapatasi Kehidupan Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 membuka wawasan  usaha usaha yang dapat di minati utuk memperbaiki perekonomian bagi warag RT02 RW03 Kalilangse Gajah mungkur Semarang. Luaran yang dihasilkan adalah jurnal pengabdian masyarakat yang terakreditasi, serta HKI.

Abstract

The interest in employee job satisfaction continues as it affects many outcomes. The general purpose of this study is to examine the mediating model of job involvement variables, and burnout on the effect of job characteristics having an influence on job satisfaction on employees. The population of this study were employees of a timber company in the city of Semarang, with a sample of 140 respondents. This study uses PLS to test the hypothesis. The results showed that the combination of job characteristics and work involvement and burnout as a mediator can affect job satisfaction, and it was concluded that it was concluded that job characteristics had a significant negative effect on burnout, job characteristics had a significant positive effect on job involvement, job characteristics had no effect on job satisfaction, job involvement work has a significant negative effect on burnout, burnout has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction, job involvement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, there is an influence of job characteristics on burnout through job involvement, there is an influence of job characteristics on job satisfaction through burnout, job characteristics on job satisfaction through work engagement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of competency development on affective commitment mediated by career development. The population in this study were all teachers at a junior high school in Banyumanik, Semarang, totaling 52 people, with a sample of all members of the population. The analysis tool uses regression and sobel analysis. The results of the study found that competency development has a positive effect on career development, career development has a positive effect on affective commitment. competency development has a positive effect on affective commitment. career development is able to mediate the effect of competency development on affective commitment
