Abstract

PT. Bukit Baja Anugrah is a company engaged in the manufacturing of pipes. Currently in production activities often experience delays in the fulfillment of customer demand for products pipeline. his is due to the absence of production schedules at every process of production, so that the buildup of production and lead to delayed product that will be in production. Based on the existing problems, then made a production scheduling information system by using EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). The scheduling information system are the order process, the process of calculation methods, the process of determining the best method, and the process of making the product schedule. This system can provide scheduling according to the calculation method using the criteria of the method of EDD (earlist Due Date) and methods of SPT (Shortest prosecing Time). he criteria used are: average completion time - price, utilization, job number average - average and delay - average. And the provision of appropriate weight value prosentanse PT.Bukit Baja Anugrah The information system generates the scheduling process and machinery products, and generate reports - reports related to reports presentanse most ordered products, product scheduling reports, report scheduling engine, report production plans, production schedules reports period and production scheduling reports day

Abstract

Estimated cost of the software project is very important for the government before the project tendered. The government must determine the HPS (Harga Perkiraan Sendiri) by surveying the price of the project in each region. Because there is no specific regulation related to the HPS itself in the presidential regulation. Perpres No. 70 of 2012 explains that HPS is only for the procurement of goods or services and there are no specific regulations related to HPS for software projects. Therefore, the government has difficulty determining the estimated total value of software development projects. based on these problems, the application of determining the cost of a software development project was built using the COCOMO II method. The application built can determine the estimated total value of a software development project using the COCOMO II method before the project is tendered. So the government is easy to determine the HPS in each software development project.

Abstract

PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is engaged in selling women's products such as clothes, pants, skirts, bags, watches, wallets, and mukenah does not yet have a Sales Evaluation Information System. From the results of the interview, it was found several problems such as the company so far only produced information limited to sales recapitulations obtained from copies of sales notes. The results of the recording have not been able to produce sufficient information for managers in evaluating sales in each branch. Because the information that can be obtained is limited to information on the number of items sold each period. Not being able to know which items are selling best, or information on turnover of items that have the highest sales speed. If the information generated is more detailed, it will help managers in making sales target decisions. And so far, the company also does not have a procedure to set and monitor the achievement of sales targets. This makes it difficult for PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia to be motivated to make sales achievements because the information generated is not satisfactory. The solution to solve this problem is to create a Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia, which is able to produce sales information, sales turnover information, inventory information, and sales target information. Second, being able to determine sales targets by using the sell-through method which is used to calculate the percentage of sales speed of each item and using the top down method as a parameter to determine the sales target of the manager. Based on the results of blackbox testing and evaluation of excel calculations with the calculation of the sales evaluation information system that has been carried out, it shows that the Website-Based Sales Evaluation Information System at PT Lasbon Technology Indonesia can carry out the sales process validly, can perform the sales turnover calculation process using the sell-through method with valid, and the calculation process of determining sales targets using the top down method with valid. So that it can make it easier for managers to monitor sales and monitor sales targets in each branch.

Abstract

UD Eka is a manufacturing company who produces shoes, rubber slippers, and raw materials to produce shoes such as soles and heels. Production activites are conducted based on “made to order” and “made to stock”. Currently, company determines the selling price based on the selling price from competitor’s company. After that, company compares with the result of estimates production costs and non-production costs. Therefore, company can’t determine the selling price independently and appropriately so the company can’t calculate profit expected (mark up). Based on this problem, have made application which can help to determine the selling price use full costing’s method. The method is selected because can help company to determine the selling price and mark up by paying attention non-production costs and return on investment. Based on test results, application which have been built can generate the selling price and mark up for each product by paying attention the calculation of non-production costs and return on investment appropriately. So, the selling price can be used a reference for company to determine the selling price.

Abstract

The problems currently faced by STIKOM Career Center (SCC) is not having a record of their competence by alumni and corporate data, the absence of a means for performing filtering based on competency of graduates to find appropriate jobs that SCC does not have information about the competencies alumni and the number of competencies required by the company. Based on these problems it is necessary an information system web based job which has a function as a means to accommodate the data of alumni and their competencies and corporate data and their jobs will be offered, as well as the competence graduates can do the filtering based on the calculation method Simple Additive weighting (SAW) where each competency will have weight and can generate reports on the number of competencies required by the company. Web-based information systems can be used to manage corporate data and competencies alumni, capable of displaying a list of alumni in accordance with its competence and result in a report on the number of competencies required by the company. With the web-based information system, the flow of information regarding the competence graduates can be channeled in the search for a suitable job. Abstract

PT Elang Jagad is a metal manufacturing company which produce furnace stoves. During this time the orders company an average of 10,000 units. Company have capacity which can only supply 7,500 units and no unfulfilled residual orders so that orders delayed continuously every month. The company currently can not make an engine  investment decision. This is because the company is not able to analyze the feasibility of the investment calculation. From these problems PT Elang Jagad requires a differential accounting information system for count buy or not to buy the machine, it created an application feasibility calculation of investment assets. This system can count the difference between the value of investments to revenues net cash / net present value, rate of average profit investments / average rate of return, how fast the investment return / payback period, the ratio of investment value with receipts of cash / profitability index and the interest rate of investment / internal rate of return as the basis for measuring the feasibility of the investment.This application is able to generate a report calculating the net present value, payback period, average rate of return, internal rate of return, profitability index and to produce the feasibility of the investment information that can be used to give alternative investment decision-making machinery in PT Elang Jagad.

Abstract

CV. Surya Jaya Motor is a service company that was founded in 1987. CV. Surya Jaya Motor is located on Jl. Raya Berbek 19 Waru sub-district, Sidoarjo regency. In carrying out the payroll process for employees at this company it is not integrated with the system, data and salary components are processed manually in a short time, in searching for information there is a risk of loss or damage to data, the process of raising salaries requires data on the initial work period of employees that must be searched regularly. one by one to determine the length of work. Based on the problems that occur, the solution provided is in the form of a payroll application that can calculate attendance, calculate employee salaries according to the provisions of the company, record employee overtime, manage employee salary increases to facilitate related parties regarding salary payments to each employee. The system is made according to the demands and needs of the company. The method used is SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) as a stage in making employee payroll applications.The system created can produce employee salary information based on the existing salary components in the company, attendance, employee overtime and employee salary increases that can help companies pay employee salaries.

Abstract

Today, the development of investment on financial assets have been so rapidly in Indonesia, marked by the number of transactions, companies that go-public, investors and other capital market participants continue to grow. Growth prospects in the Indonesian capital market so rapidly that it was encouraged by the interest of foreign investors coming into the Indonesian capital market. With the stock market, investors can invest in many investment choices, in accordance with the courage to take risks where the investors will always maximize the return that is combined with certain risk in any investment decision. In this undergraduate thesis,we built an application that is expected to investors and prospective investors to make decisions to sell or buy stocks. The purpose of this application is to make the determination of decision support systems to sell or buy portfolios using technical and fundamental analysis. Based on Blackbox testing and evaluation of the application user respondents, it was found that the application or system that has been made to and able to give the final result of the decision to find out which portfolio to be bought or sold. Abstract

Perhutani Divisi Regional Jawa Timur merupakan lembaga pemerintahan yang bergerak di bidang pengelolaan hutan di seluruh Jawa Timur. Dalam mengelola hutan, perusahaan ini menggunakan sejumlah aset untuk melancarkan kegiatannya. Namun karena jumlah aset yang dimiliki sangat banyak, sehingga terdapat sejumlah aset yang menganggur. Untuk itu perusahaan melakukan pengoptimalan manfaat aset.Dalam proses pengoptimalan ditemukan tiga permasalahan, yaitu pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak di waktu yang belum tepat. Hal ini mengakibatkan perusahaan kehilangan kesempatan menerima kontrak baru. Selanjutnya informasi letak aset belum secara geografis. Sehingga perusahaan mengalami ketertundaan penerimaan kontrak selama satu minggu. Permasalahan terakhir, promosi aset yang dinilai kurang maksimal. Akibat yang ditimbulkan adalah aset yang laku hanya satu dari sepuluh aset dalam satu bulan.Berdasarkan dampak dari permasalahan yang ada, perusahaan menerapkan perhitungan lower and upper spesification limit, perhitungan lama dan masa kontrak, perhitungan total nilai kontrak, perhitungan occupancy rate, serta membuat penjadwalan pengecekkan jatuh tempo kontrak dan pengecekkan kondisi aset. Dengan menggunakan metode ini perusahaan dapat memberikan informasi letak aset secara geografis dengan hasil yang variatif, sedia setiap hari dalam memproses kontrak jatuh tempo dan pengecekkan kondisi aset, dan mempromosikan aset berdasarkan perhitungan manfaat aset yang rendah. Melalui hasil pengujian yang dilakukan pada sistem informasi yang dibangun, menyatakan bahwa sistem ini telah mampu menghasilkan laporan kontrak jatuh tempo, laporan perpanjangan masa kontrak, laporan pengecekkan kondisi aset, laporan occupancy rate, dan laporan promosi aset.Kata Kunci : Manajemen Aset, Perhutani, Google Maps API, Occupancy Rate
