Abstract

Ngepanrejo Village is one of the villages in the Bandongan District which has 1,931 Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and 800 of them are registered in Ngepanrejo Village. However, MSMEs in Ngepanrejo Village which are home industries, especially traditional food such as criping lenteng and peanut crackers do not yet have branding and sales are still conventionally sold in traditional markets, so coaching is needed especially for branding and marketing. The focus of this activity is data collection on MSMEs and digital marketing to improve the marketing of their products. The activity model used in this service is Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) which demands an active role from the community. The result is an increase in marketing methods and added value in the field of science and technology, namely digital marketing by utilizing the Mitramu application belonging to Lazismu Bandongan.

Abstract

A home industry in the form of bakpia, cukil bread, rengginang, chiffon cake, and celery sticks exists in Kojor Hamlet, Bojong Village, Mungkid District, Magelang Regency. During the pandemic, many MSMEs experienced a loss in profits or had to close their doors. One of them is Mbak Pur's Bakpia MSME, which has seen a 66 percent decrease in turnover. The addition of a new product in the form of chiffon cake is one of the efforts to fight the drop in turnover. However, because it has not been properly packaged and does not have an SPP-IRT permit, this new product is not widely known by the general public. This program employs a participatory community empowerment model, also known as Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA), which necessitates active participation from partners. Partners play an active role by providing space, consumables, and equipment. Alternative marketing models, such as digital marketing using social media, new product packaging, and NIB and SPP-IRT licensing, were achieved as a result of the program.

Some teachers already have digital materials in the form of learning media that use power points and videos. The problem that occurs, the materials owned by the teachers are not structured and there is no standard, even though they refer to the lesson plans. In addition, only a few teachers have used online evaluation. The purpose of this program is to help teachers prepare learning materials digitally in the form of PDF, PowerPoint and standardized videos. Programs carried out in the form of training to improve teacher skills. The results obtained were an increase in the number of digital learning materials in the form of PPT by 23%, online exam questions by 40%, and learning videos by 18%, all of which were used as digital learning media in E-learning Muhammadiyah (El-Mu).
