Abstract

The use of technology has a positive and negative impact in the world of education. The positive impact, among others, is to make it easier for teachers to deliver material in a way that is no longer manual. By using technology, we can also provide a more concrete picture when conveying material about something. And another impact is that it can make it easier for us to process information, for example by using the internet. The negative impacts of using technology in education include, among others, the existence of technical disturbances that make the learning process disrupted. In this case, it turns out that the technology we use is no longer helpful. For example, if in the learning process that utilizes the LCD suddenly the power goes out, it will be difficult for us to convey the material that has been prepared (Susilana & Riyana, 2008). Another negative impact is, due to technological advances, individuals tend to be individualistic and less social in life. And sometimes some individuals often misuse technology, thus wasting their time with activities that are less useful.

Abstract

Human resource management plays a central role in general education, being a key factor in achieving organizational goals. Success in the field of education largely depends on the effective management of human resources, which are considered a key component of the entire organization's resources. This study aims to explore five key indicators used to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of human resource management in general education: recruitment, leadership, human resource development, remuneration, and evaluation. The research method involves the analysis of key aspects of human resource management in general educational institutions, with data obtained through literature observation as well as possible interviews or questionnaires. The results showed that these five indicators had a significant effect, with leadership being a key factor in shaping work culture. The conclusion of the study is that human resource management in general education plays an important role in achieving organizational goals, and leadership has a major impact in creating a work culture that supports optimal human resource development. Therefore, the role of the principal is very important in shaping and maintaining a work culture that encourages employee performance and development

Abstract

Desain pembelajaran adalah proses untuk menentukan metode pembelajaran yang paling baik untuk dilaksanakan agar timbul perubahan pengetahuan dan keterampilan pada diri mahasiswa kearah yang lebih baik sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Peran Pendidikan Agama islam (PAI ) di Perguruan Tinggi Umum (PTU) bisa dijadikan rujukan pandangan hidup untuk mempelajari, mendalami, mengamalkan isi kandungan ajaran Islam sebagai landasan pembentukan kepribadian mahasiswa di PTU. Oleh karena itu pengembangan materi PAI di PTU sangat di perlukan bukan hanya ajaran yang bersifat dogmatis tetapi harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan program studi. Tujuan penelitian tentang desain kurikulum Outcome Based Education (OBE) terhadap pengembangan media PAI di PTU yaitu menerapkan kurikulum OBE untuk mengembangkan media pembelajarn PAI di PTU. Pengembangan media PAI di PTU melalui Kurikulum OBE Pertimbangan peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif karena peneliti ingin memahami (how to understand) secara mendalam yang diteliti bukan menjelaskan (how to explain) sebab akibat sebagaimana yang dilakukan peneliti kuantitatif.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to describe how curriculum planning, organization, implementation, and supervision strengthen the quality of graduates from pesantren-based Islamic senior high schools. The conceptual framework of this study posits that if educational institutions, including pesantren-based madrasahs, can continuously apply planning, organization, implementation, and supervision according to customer needs, then pesantren-based Islamic senior high schools can produce quality graduates. The research method used in this study is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques include documentary study, interviews, and observations.The research findings indicate that: 1) Curriculum planning in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School includes goal setting, method determination, content determination, and evaluation determination. 2) Curriculum organization in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School involves the preparation of academic calendars, scheduling of lessons, arrangement of duties and obligations of educational personnel, and school activity programs. 3) Curriculum implementation in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School includes learning materials, learning strategies and methods, learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning assessment systems. 4) Curriculum supervision in enhancing the quality of graduates from pesantren-based madrasahs at Ummul Quro Al-Islami Leuwiliang Bogor Islamic Senior High School and Sahid Pamijahan Bogor Islamic Senior High School comprises evaluation of educational goals, evaluation of content or materials, evaluation of teaching strategies, and evaluation of assessment programs. 5) The quality of graduates resulting from curriculum management at Ummul Quro Al-Islami and Sahid Islamic Senior High Schools is good; both schools have graduates who are accepted by educational customers, especially universities, both public and private.

Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui untuk mengetahui Evaluasi Manajemen Dalam Meningkatkan Kinerja Guru, Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Adapun pendekatan yang dipilih oleh penulis adalah fenomenologi. Penentuan sumber data dalam penelitian ini sesuai informasi yang didapat berupa kata-kata dan dokumen yang disajikan dan digambarkan apa adanya ditelaah guna menemukan makna. Peneliti bertindak langsung sebagai instrumen dan sebagai pengumpul data dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Evaluasi yang dilakukan di MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor dilaksanakan setiap satu bulan sekali, satu semester dan rapat akhir tahun dengan agenda untuk melaporkan kegiatan yang sudah atau akan dilaksanakan agar menjadi bahan pertimbangan untuk pengambilan keputusan dalam pelaksanaan evaluasi tersebut banyak kekurangan dan kelebihan yang harus diperbaiki atau ditingkatkan untuk tercapainya suatu tujuan organisasi. Kinerja guru yang ada di MTs Ummul Quro Al Islami Bogor sangat beragam setiap bagian memiliki kinerja yang berbeda-beda dengan tugas dan fungsinya masing-masing. Dalam suatu organisasi atau lembaga kinerja yang baik sangat diperlukan karena itu akan  menciptakan hasil yang maksimal. Dengan demikan kinerja sangat penting untuk diperhatikan dan ditingkatkan dengan cara adanya kerjasama yang baik, komunikasi yang baik, saling bersinergi antar bagian, saling menjaga kekompakan dan saling mendukung satu sama lain

Abstract

Pramuka merupakan kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang ditunjukan untuk melatih dan mendidik peserta didik sebagai bentuk latihan yang berorientasi pada ketahanan hidup, pembentukan kepribadian yang luhur, jiwa sosial dan solidaritas kemanusiaan. Oleh karena itu, pendidikan kepramukaan dianggap sangat penting untuk peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen yang ada pada pengelolaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka putri Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami. Penelitian yang menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data-data yang digunakan merupakan hasil dari wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: manajemen ekstrakurikuler pramuka di Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami dimulai dari tahap wawancara, observasi lapangan dan dokumentasi yang ada menunjukan 1) dari segi perencanaan,  ekstrakurikuler pramuka Pesantren Modern putri Ummul Quro Al-Islami telah menyusun visi, misi, tujuan program, rencana kerja dan pembinaan untuk pemberi materi pada kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka; 2) dalam pengorganisasian gugus depan Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami telah menyusun struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas dan wewenangnya; 3) Pelaksanaan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami sesuai dengan rencana program kerja dan kurikulum yang ada; 4) Evaluasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka Pesantren Modern Ummul Quro Al-Islami dapat dikategorikan baik dibuktikan dengan evaluasi yang terjadwal

Abstract

The Scout Movement is an organization that pays great attention to moral issues or the character of students. This study specifically examines the character building carried out by Scoutmasters at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. This study aims to determine how the strategy of character building for students through scout extracurricular activities at Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Bogor. The data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the data was obtained from the triangulation technique which was achieved by comparing the observed data with the interview data. The data analysis technique in this study has 3 stages, namely data collection, data presentation, and with conclusion. The results of the study indicate that habituation, example, assignments, lectures, and punishments or sanctions are methods used in fostering the character of students through scouting activities. Habituation by telling students to come on time, greet each other, perform congregational prayers and others. Exemplary is to provide examples of direct actions to students. Assignment is when the inauguration activity takes place, new students are given individual and group assignments. Lecture by providing an explanation of the importance of good morals as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. Penalties or sanctions for students who violate the rules in the form of a direct warning by the coach, asked to read the Dasa Dharma in front of other students, run in the field. And what causes students to experience boredom, boredom, truant during scouting practice is due to the density of activities on Thursday. The types of scouting activities are routine training, skills, General Skill Requirements (SKU), Marching Skill Practice (PBB), Special Skill Mark (TKK), Resume and Evaluation. The values ​​that are instilled include religious, discipline, independence, responsibility, environmental care, leadership and tolerance
