Abstract

UMKM Rumah makan Has Seven merupakan sebuah UMKM yang bergerak dibidang kuliner yang terletak di Kota Batam. Usaha ini didirikan pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 oleh Bapak Hasbi. UMKM ini terletak di Komplek Ruko Sinar Penuin Blok D No. 4-6, Jalan Batu Selicin, Lubuk Baja, Batam. Saat ini, kendala yang dihadapi oleh UMKM ialah belum matang dalam melakukan strategi manajemen rantai pasok pada struktur organisasinya serta belum melakukan penerapan mengenai sistem teknologi yang berbasis ERP. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah: meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran sesuai dengan strategi manajemen rantai pasok, menerapkan sistem teknologi yang berbasis ERP, Memberikan rekomendasi dan saran kepada UMKM untuk peningkatan daya saing berdasarkan praktek dari manajemen rantai pasok. Pada laporan ini penulis melakukan analisa dan menyarankan kepada pemilik mitra untuk menggunakan fasilitas aplikasi software akutansi dan melakukan penerapan secara matang mengenai strategi manajemen rantai pasok pada struktur organisasinya.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between conflict management and organizational performance through negotiations in the manufacturing industry. The study reviews the relevant theoretical and empirical literature. Survey research techniques are adopted as research designs. The data used was sourced from primary sources as many as five manufacturing companies as samples in this study. The resulting data were analyzed using frequency tables and percentage analysis. The results showed that all conflict management strategies studied, namely negotiation, collective bargaining, joint consultation and alternative dispute resolution were found to have a significant positive relationship with organizational performance. The study concluded that conflict management has a significant positive relationship with organizational performance in selected brewery companies in Southeast Nigeria. The study recommends that managers should adopt conflict management strategies as they prove effective in managing conflicts within the organization.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the preparation of Succession Planning and Career Planning at the Construction Company PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia is looking for a new Purchasing Manager position. Succession planning is creating a new paradigm for information, fostering loyalty among employees, and increasing employee morale as part of an employee engagement strategy. The existence of succession planning and career planning for construction companies is very important, namely to prepare new talent, and can help an individual to find out strengths, weaknesses, skills and abilities. The results showed that the succession planning at PT. Angkasa Engineers Indonesia to occupy the position of Purchasing Manager must have criteria and conditions such as: Minimum education S1 Accounting / Economics, has worked in the company for more than 5 years, experienced in the field, in accordance with the terms and conditions that apply.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry is an industry that utilizes human resources on a large scale, so an HR system is needed that can properly manage its human resources. HR systems in manufacturing are usually used to manage shifts, overtime data, management of attendance. The purpose of this study is to determine the existing HR analytic implementation system in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia. The research method used is to use qualitative research which will provide output in the form of data that describes Tools for HR analytics as a topic or issue to be discussed. The source of data collection used is in the form of secondary data where this data is obtained through data that has been analyzed by previous studies with the intention of collecting various processed data. The results of this study indicate that large companies in Indonesia engaged in the manufacturing sector have implemented software from HR analytics that can be used by the HR division to facilitate the entire system related to HR in each company. It can be said that the HR analytics system is very useful and useful for companies in carrying out overall management related to human resources.
