Abstract

City of Malang have the number of Green Open Space (RTH) less adequate (0,2 %). From result of total comparison between RTH 171.571 m2 and total wide city region 147.138 km2. As for standard of RTH 5-10% wide of city region. The existing city forest include: (1) Jakarta Street for the area of 2.221 m2 in the area of Penanggungan village, sub -District of Klojen, (2) Forest of Malabar for the area of 16.718 m2 in Sub-District of Oro-Oro Dowo District of Klojen, (3) Garden of Velodrom for the areas of 12.500 m2 in Madyopuro village in Sub District of Kedungkandang. This research activity take about six month. Location of research is in forest town of Malabar Sub-District of Oro-Oro Dowo Sub District of Klojen with areas of 16.718 m2. Research result concluded that structure of city forest of Malabar have strata two because there were only consisting of grass and grove or other ground cover. City forest of Malabar have an good effect function of ecological aspect (76,5 %) with score average 4,52 and have an effect on good enough for the aspect of landscap 81,5% with score average 3,45

Abstract

Circle of Waru represent green open space area with storey level of polutan dirt (PM 10) and Nitrogen oxide ( NOX) exceed standard due to high vehicle activity and quality trigger the existence of storey with level of polutan able to endanger health of human being. This research was conducted during 6 month. Location of the research is in Circle of Waru Surabaya, which located in Countryside Hamlet Mussel Singularity, District of Gayungan, Town of Surabaya and cowered area 35.000 m2, mean air temperature 28-34ºC and Laboratory/Studio Architecture Map University of Tribhuwana Tunggadewi. The result of this research, can be concluded that Town of Surabaya with storey level of actifity high vehicle that is: 4.164/hour, caused the condition of air of NOx and dirt have exceeded standard boundary lower quality, it is mean that area condition is impure to overcome problems of environment planning of settlement area is needed for Require To Be Green Open Space by selected of functional crop type and settlement of crop with high rise system, that is using birch crop, ground cover and clump

Abstract

The Fulan Fehan area located in Dirun Village, Lamaknen District, Belu Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. The Fulan Feran area has beautiful natural potential expanses of meadows, cactus plants, and livestock grazing areas. While cultural values such as several makes forts inherited from the Portuguese and menhirs or offering tables, stone graves. The existence of Fulan Fehan area has the potential as a tourist attraction. Fulan Fehan area is one of the historical tourist destinations however, it develops without considering land suitability. The aimed of this study was to analyze the land suitability of the Fulan Fehan landscape as a sustainable historical tourism object. The method used is field observation and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) with the Dirun Village community. Data analysis was carried out spatially through a Geographic Information System (GIS), namely physical, history, objects and attractions, and visual landscapes. The results showed that the suitability of the landscape of the historical tourist area of Fulan Fehan is very suitable (SS) has an area of 149.62 ha (78.78%), quite suitables (CS) has an area of 25.99 ha (13.69%), and less suitable (KS) which has an area of 14.31 ha (7.53%). Suitability analysis of tourism and FGDs showed that Fulan Fehan has potential to develop sustainable historical tourism.

Abstract

This study aimed to produce a recommendation to the public and the government related to efforts to deal with the problem of the visual aesthetic quality of the landscape, especially in the garden landscape. The garden landscape is necessary to evaluate visual quality using assessment methods, namely Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE). The methods produce low, medium, and high visual aesthetic quality categories where the relationship between them supports or does not support each other. The result showed dominant results are mutually supportive or appropriate on high-value playground areas and low-value soccer fields. The Welcome Area, Rest Area, and Infiltration Area have result that does not support each other with different quality values for each photo. Recommendations in this area are adjusted to the results of the assessment based on each method in the form of design concept recommendations that lead to the SBE method.

Abstract

Malang Regency is an area that has many historical relics. One of the relics whose existence is preserved and can be visited is the temple landscape of the heritage of the Singosari kingdom which has the character and identity of the characteristics of the heritage of the Singosari kingdom. The Singosari Kingdom has several temples including Singosari Temple, Kidal Temple, Jago Temple, and Sumberawan Temple which are Hindu Buddhist temples based on the function, shape, and reliefs that exist in these temples. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential of the temple landscape from the Singosari kingdom in the hope that it can be developed as a historical tourist attraction in Malang Regency, there are actions to preserve the temple landscape, and improve the economy of the local community around the temple. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. Based on the results of the analysis of existing path aspects, historical aspects, objects and attractions aspects, and visual aspects of the landscape in the landscape of the Singosari Temple, Kidal Temple, Jago Temple, and Sumberawan Temple, it shows that the four temples have the potential to be developed as historical tourism relics of the Singosari Kingdom in Malang Regency.

Abstract

Neighborhood Park is one of the many forms of Green Open Space in Malang City spread across five sub-districts which are generally managed by Department of Malang City Environment. Neighborhood Park is a park intended to serve residents within the scope of Neighborhood or Hamlet or urban village or sub-district which aims to serve community social activities. Neighborhood Parks in Malang City have the potential to contribute to the required Green Open Space area and provide city aesthetic. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the aesthetic value of Neighborhood Parks in Malang City. The research locations are Merjosari Park, Slamet Park, Merbabu Family Park, and Trunojoyo Park. The method used is Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE). The results showed that Merjosari Neighborhood Park, Slamet Park, Merbabu Family Park, and Trunojoyo Park showed that the Neighborhood Park was in the category of high aesthetic, medium aesthetic, and low aesthetic. The Neighborhood Park that has high aesthetic is Merjosari Park, medium aesthetic are Slamet Park and Trunojoyo Park. Whereas low aesthetic is Merbabu Family Park
