Abstract

The study aims to determine pedagogic competence teachers’ implementation of curriculum 2013 on learning Physical Education in Public Elementary School Kartasura district, Sukoharjo regency. The research method used in the study is a qualitative descriptive method. The data collection technique of this study uses observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The subjects of this study were Public Elementary Schools INTI in Kartasura district, Sukoharjo regency competence of Physical Education teachers in Curriculum 2013 was already very good at 87.5%. Pedagogical competencies of Physical Education’s teachers in the implementation of learning Curriculum 2013 were 82.5%; the category is very good. The pedagogic competence Physical Education’s teachers in learning evaluation Curriculum 2013 is categorized very well 80.5%, barriers faced by teachers in the implementation of Curriculum 2013 in learning Physical Education, namely the lack of teacher understanding of changes in the structure of Curriculum 2013, assessment systems, curriculum documents not available yet and the ability of Information and Communication Technology to Physical Education teachers. The conclusion of this study is the pedagogical competence of teachers in the implementation of the revised curriculum 2013 on the learning of Physical Education at Public Elementary School, Kartasura district, Sukoharjo regency, has been going well.

Abstract

The study aims to examine the effect of the Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity toward decision of students to choose Islamic financial services. The method used in this research was quantitative associative. The analysis technique used in this research was logistic regression analysis with total sample of 150 students. Data collection in this research used the Guttman scale and analyzing it used the help of the SPSS Application. The results of this research indicated that Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding and religiosity increase students opportunities to choose Islamic financial services with a yield of 53,9%; 96,8% and 37,8%. However, the partial test showed that the Islamic financial literacy variable and the religiosity variable did not affect the decision of students, while Islamic branding variable significantly affected the decision of students. Based on simultaneous test showed that Islamic financial literacy, Islamic branding, and religiosity simultaneously influences the decision of students to choose Islamic financial services.

Abstract

Purpose: Describes the coaching of Latsar CPNS at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of Lampung Province. Research methodology: The research method used in this study is a descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection technique uses observation and interviews with the determination of snowball sampling data sources. Results: The current Coach Latsar CPNS appointment is an assignment; There is no special discussion room in the CPNS Latsar coaching process and there is an understanding of coaching aspects that are not optimal in terms of focus and use of diagnostic tools. Conclusion: The coaching process in the Basic Training for Civil Servant Candidates (Latsar CPNS) at the Regional Human Resource Development Agency of Lampung Province has not yet been fully optimized, as there is no clear guideline on coach qualifications and competencies, limited discussion spaces and supporting facilities, and a lack of formal coaching training for appointed coaches. Limitations: it is necessary to immediately set guidelines which regulate the terms and standards of competence and qualifications of the Latsar CPNS coach; need to be supported by special facilities and infrastructure related to coaching and it is necessary to immediately hold training, explanations and directions on coaching before being assigned as a coach at the CPNS Latsar. Contribution: This study is expected to be used as the recommendation material that can improve the implementation of the training and training for representatives of BPSDMD Lampung Province in the future.
