Abstract

This paper aims to analyze and improve the profitability of UMKM in the South Sumatra region. This paper takes samples from travel service UMKM in South Sumatra, namely PO Batang Hari Wisata. PO BHW Travel is one of the travel offices in Palembang, South Sumatra. This company has been serving trips with various routes. This research intends to provide a useful information system for businesses like PO BHW Travel.The type of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used in the form of secondary data obtained from trusted journals and articles, as well as from books and other references. Primary data obtained are from the results of field studies through observations about PO BHW Travel. Data obtained from several sources, by conducting interviews with PO BHW Travel owners and direct observation to the business location in the form of ticket sales counters.It is expected that with the existence of an accounting information system, this travel business can overcome problems in its operations, particularly in terms of recording and providing financial information.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kecenderungan gaya belajar siswa kelas III di SDN 010096 Karang Anyer berdasarkan analisis secara individual siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 21 siswa kelas III dan 1 guru kelas III. Objek dari penelitian ini yaitu gaya belajar siswa kelas III. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, dari 21 siswa di kelas III terdapat 24% siswa dengan kecenderungan gaya belajar visual, 19% siswa dengan kecenderungan gaya belajar auditori, 57% siswa dengan kecenderungan gaya belajar kombinasi. Berdasarkan hasil temuan tersebut, disarankan kepada guru agar menggunakan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih variatif, aktif, kreatif, efektif, dan menyenangkan guna menambah semangat dan antusias para siswa sehingga guru tidak lagi kesulitan mengkondusifkan siswa di kelas dan siswa juga mampu memahami pembelajaran dengan baik sesuai manfaat yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini.Keywords: Gaya belajar, sekolah dasar

Abstract

Penggunaan monosodium glutamat (MSG) yang berlebihan dapat menyebabkan berbagai efek negatif pada kesehatan, termasuk penurunan kadar hemoglobin, gangguan fungsi ginjal, dan ketidakseimbangan hormon. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk mencari alternatif penyedap rasa yang lebih alami dan aman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memanfaatkan limbah kulit dan tulang ikan kambing-kambing (Abalistes stellaris) sebagai bahan baku penyedap rasa alami. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimental laboratorium dengan perbandingan bahan dan air perebusan yaitu 1:2 (b/v), 1:3 (b/v), dan 1:4 (b/v) pada sampel limbah kulit ikan kambing-kambing (KKK) dan tulang ikan kambing-kambing (TKK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kadar air tertinggi terdapat pada sampel F1 (7,25%), sementara kadar air terendah ditemukan pada sampel F6 (7,01%). Kadar abu tertinggi ditemukan pada sampel F6 (43,19%), dan kadar protein tertinggi terdapat pada sampel F6 (26,18%). Kadar lemak tertinggi ada pada sampel F1 (1,91%). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perlakuan F6 menghasilkan penyedap rasa dengan karakteristik lebih baik, karena menghasilkan kadar protein lebih tinggi, serta kadar aair dan kadar lemak lebih rendah. Dengan demikian limbah kulit dan tulang ikan kambing-kambing dapat dijadikan alternatif bahan baku penyedap rasa alami yang tidak hanya ramah lingkungan, tetapi juga memiliki potensi ekonomi yang besar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the history of Indonesian citizenship from a legal and social perspective, focusing on the evolution of citizenship law from the colonial period to the implementation of Law No. 12 Year 2006. The main problem raised is the inequality produced by the citizenship system in the colonial period, which creates a hierarchy between European citizens and indigenous people, as well as the challenges faced in the implementation of the latest laws. The research method used is a historical approach that includes the stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography, as well as qualitative analysis of secondary data from legal documents, related literature, and case studies. Research results show that although there is progress in the principles of citizenship that are more inclusive after independence, as reflected in Law No. 62 Year 1958 and changes in the 1945 Constitution, significant challenges remain in the implementation of Law No. 12 Year 2006. This research reveals that although there are efforts to eliminate discrimination, there are still social gaps that need to be overcome. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for policy reform to improve justice and social integration in the Indonesian citizenship system, as well as providing recommendations for further research in the field of citizenship history.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan adalah untuk mengungkap seberapa tinggi motivasi belajar yang dimiliki oleh siswa pada salah satu kelas XI.2 di SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan melibatkan 31 siswa kelas XI.2 di SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah berupa angket motivasi belajar yang terdiri dari 16 pertanyaan, disusun secara mandiri oleh peneliti dan menggunakan skala likert dengan 5 pilihan jawaban. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan bahwa 13 butir pernyataan dinyatakan valid, sementara 3 butir lainnya tidak valid sehingga tidak disertakan dalam analisis data. Uji Reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach's Alpha sebesar 0,78877006 yang mengindikasikan bahwa instrumen tergolong cukup reliabel. Hasil pengukuran motivasi belajar menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori rendah (0%), sebanyak 16 siswa atau 52% berada pada kategori sedang, dan 15 siswa atau 48% berada pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa motivasi belajar siswa kelas XI.2 di SMA Negeri 1 Talang Kelapa dominan berada pada kategori sedang sampai tinggi.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of learning interest on student learning outcomes at the elementary and high school levels through a systematic literature review. The research method uses a literature study by analyzing 20 journal articles published in the last 5 years. The results show that interest in learning has a significant effect on improving student learning outcomes in various subjects, with the level of influence varying from 11.6% to 85.74%. The determinants of interest in learning include internal (motivation, aspirations) and external aspects (teaching methods, parental support, school environment). The findings recommend an interest-based learning approach to improve education quality.

Abstract

This study aimed to develop and evaluate TPACK-based interactive differentiated multimedia for Pancasila Education in Grade V elementary schools. The goal was to enhance students' understanding of the application of Pancasila values within family and school environments. Employing a Research and Development (RD) approach, the study followed the ADDIE model—Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. Participants included content, language, and media experts; teachers of classes V-A and V-C; and 33 fifth-grade students at Alwashliyah Private Elementary School Rentang 80. The result of the development process was an interactive learning application based on TPACK principles and differentiated instruction. This multimedia resource could be accessed via laptops or smartphones, both online and offline. Expert validation confirmed its feasibility, with material experts rating it at 90.6%, language experts at 85%, and media experts at 95%, all categorized as "Very Appropriate." Practicality assessments by classroom teachers yielded an average score of 94.95%, while student responses averaged 96.88%, both rated as "Very Practical." These findings indicate that the multimedia is both effective and practical for classroom use. It not only facilitates the teaching of Pancasila values but also serves as a valuable reference for the integration of TPACK and differentiated instruction in the development of future educational media.

Abstract

Purpose: Describes the coaching of Latsar CPNS at the Regional Human Resources Development Agency of Lampung Province. Research methodology: The research method used in this study is a descriptive with a qualitative approach, where the data collection technique uses observation and interviews with the determination of snowball sampling data sources. Results: The current Coach Latsar CPNS appointment is an assignment; There is no special discussion room in the CPNS Latsar coaching process and there is an understanding of coaching aspects that are not optimal in terms of focus and use of diagnostic tools. Conclusion: The coaching process in the Basic Training for Civil Servant Candidates (Latsar CPNS) at the Regional Human Resource Development Agency of Lampung Province has not yet been fully optimized, as there is no clear guideline on coach qualifications and competencies, limited discussion spaces and supporting facilities, and a lack of formal coaching training for appointed coaches. Limitations: it is necessary to immediately set guidelines which regulate the terms and standards of competence and qualifications of the Latsar CPNS coach; need to be supported by special facilities and infrastructure related to coaching and it is necessary to immediately hold training, explanations and directions on coaching before being assigned as a coach at the CPNS Latsar. Contribution: This study is expected to be used as the recommendation material that can improve the implementation of the training and training for representatives of BPSDMD Lampung Province in the future.
