Many learning videos have been created, both by educators and companies engaged in education, of the many learning videos spread through social media for learning videos to read the Qur'an, it can be said that the percentage is very small. For this reason, the author who is in an Islamic Education institution, has the desire to describe the design of an interesting learning video for reading the Qur'an so that later it can be disseminated through social media, later teachers at schools or in Al-Quran Education places can make your own learning videos using simple tools for effective learning achievement in learning in the current new normal era. Video learning to read the Qur'an is a media that presents audio and visuals that contain good learning messages that contain concepts, principles, procedures, knowledge application theories to help understanding a learning material to read the Qur'an. Video is a visible and heard learning material (audio visual) that can be used to convey messages / subject matter. Learning videos can be classified into audio visual aids (AVA) media types or media that can be seen and heard. Usually this media is stored in the form of data. For an educator can use learning media to read the Koran so that students are more enthusiastic in following the lessons delivered so that learning motivation will increase. This learning video can not only be produced for reading the Koran but for all materials it can be made according to the shape of the material.

Sebagaimana pada saat ini film berperan sebagai media dalam menyampiankan pesan, makna dan informasi kepada penontonnya Penelitian ini dilakukan pada objek film fiksi Dua Garis Biru produksi Starvision Plus dari perpektif pemangku adat Minangkabau di Nagari Talago Gunung Kecamatan Barangin Kota Sawahlunto menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode penelitian analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis data dengan pendekatan analisis metode desain deskriptif (descriptive design), langkah-langkah pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bagi masyarakat minangkabau Film Dua Garis Biru memberikan pesan dampak pergaulan bebas yang menghancurnya masa depan. Pergaulan bebas ini terjadi karena kurangnya peran orang tua dalam mendidik anak, namun film Dua Garis Biru tidak bisa di tonton oleh semua orang, sebab film ini berisikan adegan yang terlalu dewasa, dan film ini juga tidak sesuai dengan aturan adat Minangkabau dan ajaran agama Islam.

The development of information and communication technology is very fast in this era of globalization. This development is sure to touch, even give birth to a new orientation in all areas of human life including the art performance of saluang dendang. One of the Baguruau Saluang Dendang groups in Solok Regency is Cimpago Talang. The Cimpago Talang arts club, with the Covid 19 concession, the government has implemented social restrictions. For this reason, broadcasting media through social media applications is an option for performing saluang dendang shows. One of the media they use is Live Streaming via the Facebook and Youtube applications, so that the Baguruau Saluang Dendang performance continues with the concept of two-way communication with the audience.ABSTRAKPerkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi sangat cepat pada era globalisasi ini. Perkembangan ini dipastikan menyentuh, bahkan melahirkan orientasi baru pada semua bidang kehidupan manusia termasuk pertunjukan kesenian saluang dendang. Salah satu grub Baguruau Saluang Dendang yang ada di Kabupaten Solok adalah Cimpago Talang. Grub kesenian Cimpago Talang dengan konsidi Covid 19, pemerintah telah menerapkan pembatasan social. Untuk itu media penayangan melalui aplikasi-aplikasi media social menjadi pilihan melakukan pertunjukan saluang dendang. Salah satu media yang mereka pakai adalah live streaming melalui aplikasi Facebook dan Youtube, sehingga pagelaran baguruau saluang dendang tetap berjalan dengan konsep komunikasi dua arah dengan penonton.Kata Kunci: Penyiaran Online, Kesenian Saluang Dendang, Kelompok Seni Cimpago Talang

One of television shows is the program of documentary film. Documentary film with religious content involving religious thought, religious values, and public figures of a religion has educational values and wisdom made into a description of life. It has the essence of missionary endeavor that has social purpose and function namely producing peaceful, prosperous, happy and safe life. The making of documentary film of missionary endeavor or more often called the production of documentary film of missionary endeavor is the process of film making from the story idea until the production of documentary film of missionary endeavor. In planning a production, a professional producer will be faced on five things that need deep thought namely the material of production, the means of production (equipment), the cost of production (financial), the executive organization of production, and the implementation stage of producing the documentary film of missionary endeavor.

The spread of covid-19 is a global disaster and worldwide, including in the small area of Tanah Datar Regency. The spread of positive cases in Tanah Datar district is currently increasing rapidly. The government is trying to suppress the growth rate but it does not produce maximum results. This research uses descriptive method with analysis through literature study through various kinds of new theories and journals. This research proves that there must be community collaboration with the government in the sense that the community should take a role in eradicating the Covid-19 case with the aim that the programs that have been planned by the government can run optimally and produce good achievements and be able to reduce the growth rate of the spread of the Covid-19 outbreak.

Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah fungsi artistik film Ujang Palasu. Tujuan pembahasan ini untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana fungsi artistik film Ujang Palasu karya kareta production. Jenis penelitian yang penulis gunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah melalui observasi, dokumetasi dan wawancara. Pengelolaan data yang dilakukan secara deskriptif kualitatif. tugas dan fungsi artistik adalah Artistik film Ujang Palasu sudah mendekati dengan teori atau unsur-unsur artistik yang ada. Dimana artistik di film Ujang Palasu ini memeiliki setting, kostum, tata rias, pencahayaan yang masih standar atau apa adanya. Dan fungsi artistik di dalam film Ujang Palasu sudah mendekati dari fungsi artistik yang ada di teori-teori. Di film Ujang Palasu ini fungsi artistik nya sudah mendekati dengan fungsi artistik yang ada.

Minang or Minangkabau is an ethnic cultural group that adheres to a distinctive customary system, namely a family system according to female lineage which is called the matrilineal system. In Minangkabau culture, marriage is one of the important events in the life cycle and is a very significant transitional period in forming a small group of new families to continue the lineage. For the Minangkabau people who are Muslim, marriages are carried out in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage. There are 2 (two) types of marriages for the Minangkabau indigenous people, namely: 1) Ideal marriage, namely marriage between close families such as children from nephews; 2) Abstinence marriage, namely marriage that cannot be carried out like the child of a mother or father. There are 2 (two) marriage procedures for the Minangkabau indigenous people, namely: 1) Marriage according to female relatives, namely the woman who is the initiator in marriage and in household life, from starting to find a mate to carrying out the marriage; 2) Marriage according to male relatives, namely the man who is the initiator in marriage and households, from starting to find a mate to carrying out the marriage and daily living expenses. The form of marriage in Minangkabau has changed according to the times. Previously, a husband meant nothing in the wife's family, now it is the husband who is responsible for his family

The Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and the da'wah of IAIN Batusangkar tried to conserve theancient manuscripts by documenting them in a documentary film. Rescue and security are carried out invarious ways as an effort to prevent cultural heritage objects from being damaged, destroyed or destroyed,as well as efforts to keep them from being lost. The conservation effort of ancient manuscripts, the FUADTEAM tried to document it into a documentary film with the title "GUARANTEE".
