Abstract

This research was motivated by learning affected by the Covid-19 pandemic at the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program (PBSI), Faculty of Teacher Training and Education (FKIP), Pasundan University (Unpas) Bandung using the Moodle application (e-learning FKIP Unpas). This study aims to determine the mechanism for implementing the online learning process carried out at PBSI FKIP Unpas, to determine student satisfaction in carrying out online learning using the Moodle application, and to identify the effectiveness of online learning implemented at PBSI FKIP Unpas. The research method used is descriptive research with a qualitative approach that focuses on ongoing events and the results will be analyzed. The results of this study, namely the online learning mechanism applied at PBSI FKIP Unpas, were compiled and implemented systematically, starting from student registration as course participants to the actual learning process. After analyzing the survey results, most of the students were satisfied with the online learning mechanism of PBSI FKIP Unpas. Respondents assessed that online learning using the Moodle application (e-learning FKIP Unpas) was very effective at 23%, effective at 54%, and less effective at (16%). However, there were a small number of students who rated it as ineffective, namely 7%, while those who rated it very ineffective were 0%. Based on this, online learning using the Moodle application (E-Learning FKIP Unpas), is effectively applied in the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program FKIP Unpas.

Abstract

Kemampuan berbahasa dikalangan mahasiswa penting adanya. Bercerita dengan alat peraga dapat digolongkon sebagai kegiatan berbicara yang kreatif. Kemampuan berbahasa seseorang dalam pelaksanaannya dabat dilihat dari kemampuannya menyandikan lambang-lambang tulis menjadi lambang lisan. Sekaitan dengan hal tersebut kemampuan kreatif dalam bidang bahasa lisan adalah dengan bercerita. penggunaan alat peraga dapat meningkatkan keparcayaan diri dan kesukaan terhadap kegiatan ini. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian sederhana didapatkan rata nilai hasil siswa adalah 4,03 berdasarkan sekala penilaian 5 = baik sekali, 4= baik, 3 = cukup, 2 = Kurang, 1 = Kurang sekali. maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa rata-rata penilaian dapat dikategorikan pada kategori baik. Paparan dan hasil pengolahan data penelitian maka, alat peraga merupakan media efektif yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bercerita. Tanpa disadari seorang pendongeng akan merasa percaya diri dan yakin membawakan cerita saat kepercayaan diri tumbuh dalam dirinya. Penggunaan alat peraga pada hakikatnya mampu menimbulkan minat untuk bercerita.

Abstract

Dalam fabel mengkaji ortografi atau ejaan yang masih minim dikuasai oleh pengguna bahasa khususnya peserta didik kelas VII. Adapun penelitian ini memiliki judul “Analisis Kesalahan Ortografi dalam Kumpulan Fabel Redaksi Kumparan Sebagai Alternatif Bahan Ajar Kelas VII SMP” yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan ortografi pada kumpulan fabel Redaksi Kumparan dan alternatif bahan ajar dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia kelas VII. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan sumber data dalam penelitian ini kumpulan fabel yang tersedia pada Redaksi Kumparan beserta sumber data sekunder berupa jurnal, buku, artikel, beserta informasi yang tercantum pada internet yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian ini. Adapun teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik telaah pustaka dan dokumentasi. Hasil analisis kesalahan ortografi pada 10 fabel yang tersedia dalam redaksi kumparan, ditemukan kesalahan pemakaian huruf kapital sebesar 79% dari jumlah kesalahan sebanyak 74, kesalahan penulisan tanda baca sebesar 18%, dari jumlah kesalahan sebanyak 17, kesalahan tanda baca meliputi tanda titik (.) sebanyak 6 kesalahan, tanda koma (,) sebanyak 10 kesalahan, tanda seru (!) sebanyak 1 kesalahan, dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan pada tanda tanya (?) selain itu, kesalahan pada penggunaan kata sebesar 3% meliputi kata depan sebanyak 3 kesalahan, dan tidak ditemukan kesalahan pada penggunaan kata sandang. Hasil analisis yang telah disusun selanjutnya dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif bahan ajar kelas VII pembelajaran bahasa indonesia yaitu teks fabel sesuai dengan KD. 3.16 Menelaah Kebahasaan Fabel. Bahan ajar yang disusun telah divalidasi oleh validator ahli dan disesuaikan dengan tuntutan kurikulum 2013, kompetensi inti dan kompetensi dasar, baik dari aspek perkembangan psikologis, dan juga kebahasaan.

Abstract

Morphology is one of the linguistic sciences that discusses the ins and outs of word formation such as compositum. Compositum is a combination of two words but the elements of compositum can be two or more words. Compositum has a word component as its forming element which has a special pattern so that it is different from other word combinations, such as idioms and phrases. The difference can be seen in terms of the level of meaning. Compositum can be classified into several types, namely based on the cohesiveness of meaning, the type of words of the elements, the distribution system, the complexity, and the language origin of the elements. Based on the cohesiveness of meaning, compositum consists of semicompound and non-compound compositum. Semicompound compositum is a compound word whose meaning is still related to the meaning of one of its elements. Meanwhile, a non-compound (tenuous) compositum is a compound word whose meaning is still related to the meaning of all its elements. Thus, many readers still do not know how semicompound and uncompound composites can be formed in Kahlil Gibran's poetry collection. In learning, there are still many educators who have not conveyed about compositum so that students do not know and have difficulty in determining compositum. Descriptive qualitative is the method used in this research. The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe semi-compound and non-compound compositum in a collection of poems by Kahlil Gibran. Based on the results of the analysis, there are 33 data including compositum based on the unity of meaning, namely 11 data showing semicompound compositum and 22 data including non-compound compositum.

Abstract

Directive speech acts are one of the crucial aspects in the study of linguistic pragmatics that reflect how speakers use language to influence the actions or responses of their interlocutors. Utterances such as commands, requests, orders, and suggestions are concrete examples of this speech act. A profound understanding of directive speech acts helps us comprehend the complexity of human communication and social interactions in various contexts. Directive speech acts not only dominate everyday conversations but also constitute a significant element in literature, especially in novels. This research aims to analyze the directive speech acts contained in the novel "Keluarga Cemara 2". This qualitative study primarily utilizes data from the novel "Keluarga Cemara 2" by Arswendo Atmowiloto, along with several supporting research books. The results of the analysis of directive speech acts in this novel reveal six main categories, including 27 requests, 304 questions, 25 expressions of needs, 17 prohibitions, 20 permissions, and 16 items of advice. These findings are subsequently used to develop alternative teaching materials tailored to Competency Standard 3.9, "Analyzing the Content and Language of Novels." In this context, directive speech acts constitute the linguistic analysis of the novel, focusing on those analyzed from the dialogues and monologues of the novel's characters.

Abstract

Two causes of difficulties in writing anecdotal texts for students are that they often have difficulty writing innuendo terms that contain humor for the story to be created. Another factor is that educators do not use innovative and creative learning models, and learners do not have enough practice or practice during learning. The purpose of this study is to determine the ability of learners in writing anecdote text, especially determining the structure of anecdote text, namely crisis, by using problem-based learning model as an alternative. The author makes the results of this study after conducting research on students of class X MIPA 6 at SMA PGII 1 Bandung as an experimental class and a control class. The results showed that students in the control class did not have the ability to write a crisis on an anecdote text. This is due to the incompatibility with the characteristics of the crisis of anecdote text, which is satire or criticism on real figures or events that contain humor, silliness, and cuteness that tickle readers. Compared to students in the experimental class who used the problem-based learning model, the results showed that students in the experimental class were able to write a crisis in the anecdote text created because it was in accordance with the characteristics of the crisis, namely satire or criticism of real characters or events that contain humor, silliness, and cuteness that tickle the reader.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan karena adanya masalah yang dihadapi oleh peserta didik dalam kemampuan menyimak unsur pembangun teks cerita pendek. Penyebabnya adalah kurangnya penerapan metode dan media pembelajaran yang inovatif dan kreatif oleh pendidik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dampak penggunaan metode ViKA dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak unsur pembangun cerpen terhadap peserta didik kelas XI. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen kuasi. Data yang dikumpulkan mencakup hasil pretest dan postes dari peserta didik kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, yang merupakan peserta didik kelas XI SMK Pasundan 2 Bandung. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penggunaan metode ViKA efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan menyimak unsur pembangun cerpen pada peserta didik. Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan dalam pencapaian pembelajaran antara peserta didik di kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.
