Abstract

This systematic literature review is used to analyze the variables that affect employee performance and to find out what analytical methods and objects along with the number of research samples used by previous researchers are gaps for future research. The research method uses a systematic literature review. The research data was obtained through a search for publications in the range of 2018 to 2021 with the keywords of employee performance being captured based on a quantitative approach. The number of publications analyzed were 20 journals/articles/proceedings. Data were analyzed qualitatively. From this literature review, it can be seen that various predictor variables have been shown to affect employee performance with various analytical methods, objects and the number of samples. For future research development, apart from testing the direct effect, it is also possible to test the indirect effect, either testing a single mediator model or multiple mediator models using path analysis or factor analysis (structural equation modeling).

Abstract

Abstract The objective of implementing the outreach program in the context of community service activities with the theme "Increasing Marketing Knowledge for Small and Medium Enterprises" (UKM) is to overcome the challenges often faced by SMEs in developing their businesses in an era of increasingly tight market competition. The activity method is carried out using two methods: (a) Presentation (the material presented in community service activities is about knowledge of marketing concepts as well as marketing knowledge in business management, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance in the form of power point) (b) Questions and answers and discussion of the results of the implementation of the extension program from Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) actors in Joho Village, Mojolaban District, Sukoharjo Regency. The results of outreach activities are expected to provide a strong understanding of marketing concept knowledge and marketing knowledge in managing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) businesses, creating value for customers, and achieving superior performance. Abstract

Choosen Cake and Bakery in Masaran is one of the bakery shops in Sragen Regency. The aim of this research is to analyze leadership, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. This research is a survey of Choosen Cake and Bakery employees in Masaran. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary data. The number of employees at Choosen Cake and Bakery in Masaran in this study was 36 people. This research uses a saturated sampling technique where the entire population can be used as a sample, because the population is relatively small, less than 100 people. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, observation and literature study. Data analysis using multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficient of determination tests were used to analyze the data. The results of the t test show that leadership and work environment have a significant effect on the performance of Choosen Cake and Bakery employees in Masaran, whereas work discipline does not have a significant effect on the performance of Choosen Cake and Bakery employees in Masaran. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Bank Daerah Karanganyar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan melalui survei sensus terhadap seluruh karyawan. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang dirancang untuk mengukur ketiga variabel tersebut. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi secara signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Beban kerja yang dikelola dengan baik, motivasi kerja yang tinggi, dan kompensasi yang memadai terbukti dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap literatur Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) dengan memperkuat temuan penelitian sebelumnya dan memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di sektor perbankan. Kesimpulannya, ketiga variabel yang diteliti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga manajemen perlu mempertimbangkan ketiga faktor ini dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja organisasi.
