Today technology is growing rapidly. This makes us (humans) become digital natives so not only adults but teenagers have now spread to consume technology, especially social media. The world of video editing is no longer a stranger to teenagers, especially the students of Al-Rifa'ie Gondanglegi Modern Junior High School Malang. So in this case the researcher implements a learning strategy that combines maharah al-kalam learning with today's technological advances, namely digital storytelling (DST). This strategy makes students want to practice maharah al-kalam but in a more contemporary way, which is packaged via video. The purpose of this research is to find out the application of digital storytelling strategy (DST) in learning maharah al-kalam and also to know some problems in its application. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research are that this method is a method that combines many student skills ranging from speaking skills, writing skills, presentation skills (performing) and skills in using technology. And the problem that occurs when learning is the lack of students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary so that in the preparation of the script it is a bit hampered and the limited use of laptop / cellphone media because the majority of students are students who live in Islamic boarding schools so that the time in the video editing process is a bit long. The advantages of this strategy are that it is interesting to use in a variety of student learning styles, arouses student interest, attention and motivation in the classroom, makes digital storytelling (DST) based on students' own creative talents, digital storytelling (DST) as a tool to create a creative learning and can increase students' self-confidence.

As the of Arabic language is important, it requires to be learned. To see the absorption of learners in Arabic language materials, researchers examined the role of Arabic teachers in e-learning in terms of material preparation, technology monitoring and motivation for improving their competencies And the purpose of this research: (1) knowing the school E-Learning learning preparation. (2) Knowing the role of Arabic teachers in E-Learning learning for grade 8 students in MTsN 6. And this research includes descriptive qualitative research.From the analyzed data, the results of the research can be known are: (1) The application of E-learning learning in MTsN 6 (a) This learning has been implemented starting from the new periode of 2020-2021, (b) Madrasah is using E-learning from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, (c) Madrasah has prepared tools for E-learning, (d) Learning in madrasah is intended in web based learning model, (e) learning in madrsah is an asynchronous learning , (f) the advantages of this learning are practical, and facilitated students, (g) the disadvantage of learning: expensive costs, large storage (2) The role of Arabic teachers in E-learning learning for grade 8 A in MTsN 6 (a) The role of Arabic teachers as constituents of materials by teaching the government material then it adjusted to the students' abilities and adding appropriate learning media. then for evaluation, more in a negative direction. (b) The role of Arabic teachers as technology builders by using madrasahs E-learning , which this application can be referred as madrasah online. The printed E-learning books, it is divided into 3 : MGBK, Module, and LKS. (c) The role of Arabic teachers as the motivator runs smoothly between the interaction of learners with the teachers, the students with E-learning, as well as learners with themselves, but there has not been any interaction among students itself. (d) The role of Arabic teachers in improving learners by conducting briefings and preactteks on the use of this learning, so there is a development of the students abilities for using this learning. Which is very appropriate to be used in the pandemic period.

Leadership in an institution becomes a necessity so that the wheels of the institution system can be controlled properly. Especially boarding or dormitory-based institutions such as SMA Islam Al Azhar 24 Boarding School. Human resources who apply good leadership patterns also give birth to good systems. This research will discuss the leadership pattern applied at SMA Islam Al Azhar 24 Boarding School from several activities ranging from establishing the Al Azhar Santri Boarding Organization, Vocabulary Delivery, and Amaliyah Worship Activities. Researchers describe and analyze each activity at SMA Islam Al Azhar 24 Boarding School. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Researchers describe and analyze each existing activity. The results show that the leadership pattern at SMA Islam Al Azhar 24 Boarding School is perfect so boarding activities can run smoothly. The leadership pattern formed by the principal and teachers to Al Azhar students with a control system (guided, escorted, assigned with a spiritual approach to leadership, an idealistic approach, a humane approach, and a task approach and students can control boarding under the organization formed. Therefore, this leadership pattern can be applied to all institutions in overcoming the moral crisis in leadership.

The purpose of learning Arabic in general is so that students can master Arabic properly and correctly. Learning maharah qiro'ah in Arabic at MA Madinatunnajah Sukabumi is part of the existing learning in Arabic which aims to make students able to read texts correctly according to the rules of Nahwu Sharaf, makhraj and their tajwid, able to translate and answer questions according to the text. This research uses qualitative research methods, data collection methods use interviews, observation, questionnaires, tests and documentation, to analyze the data that has been collected the author uses descriptive analysis methods. The results of this study are the implementation of Al-Qiro'ah learning activities at MA Madinatunnajah Sukabumi including objectives, curriculum, teachers, students, and methods. There are problems in learning including linguistic and non-linguistic problems, the solution to existing problems is that the teacher must have the ability to master the qiro'ah learning method and make preparations before teaching begins so that students are motivated in learning al-qiro'ah so that learning is effective and running well.

As the Corona virus developedÂ the Minister of EducationÂ issued information to stop learning in the classroom and directed to use online learning. Therefore, the school is responsible for preparing everything needed for this learning. Seeing the importance of Arabic in this school, the school requires to learn it. This study examines the concept of mahabah in the context of Indonesian cultural and religious diversity and its potential for promoting religious tolerance. The Indonesian nation is diverse, with multiple cultures and religions, which can be a great strength or source of conflict. The worst impact of conflicts between cultures and religions is the loss of tolerance between them. To promote interfaith tolerance in Indonesia, it is important to imply the concept of mahabah in socializing, which is interpreted as love/affection in every religion. Kiai Haji Hasyim Asy'ari is an Indonesian Muslim figure who has influenced the unity of the Indonesian nation, and this study explores his concept of mahabah and its actualization on religious tolerance. The library research method collects data by studying various literature, such as books, archives, and written works related to KH Hasyim Asy'ari. According to KH Hasyim Asy'ari, mahabah, in the context of Sufism, is the faith of a servant in his god by following the Quran and Sunnah. In the social context, the servant of God will give rise to tolerance, even between religious people. By exploring the concept of mahabah in the context of Indonesian cultural and religious diversity, this study seeks to promote religious tolerance and social harmony in Indonesia.
