Abstract

PT. Beton Elemenindo Perkasa is a company engaged in the construction industry as a provider of precast concrete for infrastructure projects both government and private projects. The company was founded on February 5, 1990. PT. Beton Elemenindo Perkasa markets its products in a conventional way, which comes directly to the customer, but inadequate product and service promo information makes it difficult for the company to retain customers. In addition, the lack of communication media from the company causes a lack of assessment and evaluation of the company's performance in an effort increasing demand will have an impact on decreasing loyalty and if it happens continuously the company will lose customers or switch customers to other companies. Possibility of developing a Customer Relationship Management system at PT. Beton Elemenindo Perkasa will use the waterfall method. Keyword - Electronic Customer Relationship Management; PT. Abstract

Libraries as the providers of services to users or visitors required methods of service that is fast, easy and efficient. The manual Library services will causing various problems in the provision of services such as service is slow, the difficulty of searching book collection and less accurate searching archived data. The Information and computer technology advances offering great opportunities to support the smooth task in many areas of life including the library field. Library as an institution is one of the information management field of application of information technology is growing rapidly. One feature that can be developed in the library field is the development of web-based digital library. Use of this web site provides easy access to information faster from both inside and outside the library. Therefore will be created web-based digital library is the alternative provision of services to overcome obstacles to access information in the library and the library service. The system is constructed with a model website using PHP script and My SQL database. With the development of digital library information system makes the members and officers it easier in the lending and the processing of data in the library at SMA ABC.Keywords: libraries, digital libraries, web.

Abstract

PT. Sapta Satria Jaya merupakan perusahaan di bidang jasa keamanan outsourcing dengan sistem kontrak. Pengolahan keluhan terhadap client yang akan dijadikan laporan masih tidak efektif karena laporan dari setiap Danru masih ditulis di kertas sehingga kantor pusat harus membuat format laporan ulang untuk diberikan kepada client setiap 1 bulan sekali. Electronic-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) merupakan sebuah strategi yang digunakan oleh suatu organisasi atau perusahaan untuk dapat menciptakan dan mempertahankan suatu hubungan yang baik dan berkelanjutan dengan client dan mengurangi kemungkinan para client pindah ke perusahaan lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sebuah Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) yang berbasis website dan mobile web pada PT. Sapta Satria Jaya agar dapat menjalin hubungan dan meningkatkan pelayanannya kepada client. Pengembangan sistem penelitian ini menggunakan model waterfall. Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan sebuah Sistem Electronic Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) berbasis website dan mobile web yang kemudian akan diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black-Box ,yaitu menguji perangkat lunak dari segi spesifikasi fungsional tanpa menguji desain dan kode program, dengan pembangunan Electronic-Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) ini diharapakan PT. Sapta Satria Jaya dan menjalin hubungan yang berkelanjutan dan dapat meningkatkan layanannya kepada client apabila selesai diimplementasikan diharapkan menurunkan presentasi keterlambatan Danru menjadi 10%.

Abstract

Executive Information System (EIS) adalah sebuah konsep untuk menyajikan informasi yang berasal dari data dalam jumlah besar pada sebuah organisasi agar menjadi informasi yang berguna dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) dapat melakukan penyaringan data dengan memberikan perintah query dan mengubahnya menjadi informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. EIS dapat memudahkan manajemen eksekutif perguruan tinggi untuk mendapatkan informasi akademik mahasiswa yang dibutuhkan secara efektif dan efisien tanpa harus melakukan analisis data agar menjadi sebuah informasi.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a corn production prediction system using Decision Tree C4.5 algorithm. The system is designed to help farmers and stakeholders make better decisions regarding corn production. The data used was obtained from Kaggle, consisting of 4,121 data from various countries. The system development process involved several stages, including data preprocessing, normalization, and division of the dataset into training data (80%) and test data (20%). The C4.5 Decision Tree algorithm was chosen due to its ability to handle both continuous and categorical attributes, as well as produce an easy-to-understand decision tree. The results showed that the developed system was able to predict corn production with an accuracy rate of 92.82%. With this system, it is expected that farmers can conduct more effective and efficient production planning, and reduce the risk of losses due to inaccurate predictions.

Abstract

Department of cooperatives and small micro enterprises Cimahi is one of the technical services that manage and exploit all the economic potential in the city of Cimahi either in the form of potential human resources and other resources through the empowerment of cooperatives Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Related to the process, there are some constraints in terms of data collection UMKM as a whole, one of them in terms of administrative data collection strategic planning. The process of making strategic planning carried out by UMKM. The process of making such a factor of success in the running of UMKM for a period of 5 to 10 years based on the reference contained in the strategic planning documents, the data renstra an UMKM that are not integrated with each other because dozens of UMKM in services with likely make difficulties in its management services. This study aims to establish an executive information system visualization for the preparation of strategic planning to facilitate the process of making strategic planning for UMKM Cimahi which can be integrated with the service cooperative UMKM, microfinance institutions and other related institutions

Abstract

Indonesia sebagai negara kepulauan memiliki potensi besar dalam sektor agromaritim, khususnya perikanan, namun pemanfaatan informasi geografis dari artikel berita masih menghadapi kendala akibat struktur teks yang tidak terstruktur dan variasi bahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem ekstraksi informasi geografis dari berita agromaritim menggunakan teknik Named Entity Recognition (NER) berbasis model Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT). Model BERT digunakan karena kemampuannya dalam memahami konteks kata secara mendalam, sehingga mampu mengenali entitas geografis seperti nama wilayah perairan meskipun terdapat variasi struktur kalimat. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan dataset beranotasi khusus agromaritim yang digunakan dalam proses pelatihan model. Proses evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan metrik precision, recall, dan F1-score untuk mengukur performa sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model memperoleh precision 0.9768, recall 0.9762, dan F1-score 0.9712, yang mengindikasikan bahwa model tersebut berperforma sangat baik. Sistem yang dikembangkan ini diharapkan dapat mendukung pemanfaatan informasi geografis dari berita secara lebih efektif, serta menjadi fondasi bagi pengembangan teknologi berbasis data dalam pengelolaan sumber daya agromaritim di Indonesia.
