Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Supervision and Implementation of Operational Standards on the Quality of Work of Employees of PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. This research was conducted at PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, with a population and sample of 56 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test was conducted to test for normality. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there was a positive but not significant effect between supervision (X1) on work quality with t count = 1.376 < t table 2.004 and a significant value of 0.175>0.05. While the variable Implementation of Operational Standards (X2) on Work Quality with a value of t count = 3.093 > t table 2.004 with a significant level of 0.003> 0.05 based on the results of SPSS output it is known that the R square value of 0.216 or 21.6% means the Supervision factor and Operational Implementation can be explained by Quality of Work, while the rest can be explained by other factors such as performance, incentives, leadership style, training and organization of 78.4%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the use of advertising media and product prices on consumer loyalty at PT. Coca Cola Europasific Partnership Indonesia North Sumatra. This research was conducted at PT. Coca Cola Europasific Partnership Indonesia North Sumatra, with a population and sample of 45 shops (Supermarkets, Supermarkets, Minimarkets and Restaurants) taken by census. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test is done by classical assumption test. Data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at significance level = 0.05. The results of the first partial test have proven that there is an influence between advertising and loyalty seen in a significant value of 0.012 < 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the second partial test have proven that the effect between Product Price and Loyalty has a significant effect of 0.003 < 0.05. Thus Ha is accepted, H0 is rejected. The F test proves that advertising and product prices have a simultaneous effect with a significant value of F count 0.002 <0.05 which is declared to have a positive and significant effect. Based on the SPSS output, it is known that the value of R square has an influence with a proportion of 26.3% and the excess is influenced by other factors that are not included in the research variable of 73.7%.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of self-control and hedonic lifestyle on students’ financial decision-making, with financial literacy as a moderating variable. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 122 students and analyzed through moderation analysis using Andrew F. Hayes’s PROCESS Macro Model 1. The findings indicate that self-control does not have a significant direct effect on financial decision-making. However, when moderated by financial literacy, self-control shows a significant positive effect, suggesting that students with higher financial literacy are better able to translate self-control into sound financial decisions. In contrast, hedonic lifestyle has a significant negative effect on financial decision-making, while financial literacy does not significantly moderate this relationship. These results imply that financial literacy strengthens the positive role of self-control but may not be sufficient to reduce the adverse influence of a strong hedonic lifestyle. Practically, the study highlights the importance of integrating financial literacy education with behavioral strategies, such as budgeting practices, spending limits, and delayed purchasing decisions. Future studies are recommended to use longitudinal or experimental designs, involve larger and more diverse samples, and examine additional variables such as financial stress, impulsive buying, budgeting adherence, and exposure to buy-now-pay-later services.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan di PT. Bank Sumut KCP Sei Sikambing. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis regresi linear berganda. Populasi sekaligus sampel penelitian adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Sumut KCP Sei Sikambing yang berjumlah 33 orang menggunakan metode sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan skala Likert lima poin dan dianalisis menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung 2,624 > t tabel 2,039 dan signifikansi 0,014. Budaya organisasi juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung 4,489 > t tabel 2,039 dan signifikansi 0,000, bahkan menunjukkan pengaruh yang lebih dominan dibandingkan gaya kepemimpinan. Secara simultan, kedua variabel berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja karyawan dengan nilai F hitung 20,186 > F tabel 3,32 dan signifikansi 0,000. Nilai koefisien determinasi R² sebesar 0,574 menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi mampu menjelaskan 57,4% variasi efektivitas kerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi faktor lain di luar penelitian.
