Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) the relationship of self efficacy with student academic procrastination; (3) the relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination. The hypothesis proposed is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination, assuming the higher self regulated learning and self efficacy, the lower the student academic procrastination. Conversely, the lower the self regulated learning and self efficacy, the higher the student's academic procrastination. The number of samples is 61 people. The sampling technique uses saturated sample techniques. The data collection techniq uses questionnaire. The research method used is quantitative methods. The results of the study conclude that: (1) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and student academic procrastination; (2) there is a negative relationship between self efficacy and student academic procrastination; (3) there is a negative relationship between self regulated learning and self efficacy with student academic procrastination.

Abstract

The present study is a survey research with quantitative approach. Objects in this study are data on Return on Investment,Cash Flow Investments and Debt to Equity Ratio and the effect of stock prices obtained from financial statements OnManufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Year 2014-2016. The population included 120 companiesin manufacturing companies listed on the BEI in 2014-2016. Samples are 11 companies (11 x 3 years = 33) Manufacturingcompanies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Methods of data collection using secondary data obtained fromwww.idx.co.id. www.e-bursa.com, www.yahoo.finance.com. The collected data were then analyzed by a multiple linearregression analysis. The result of the study showed that Return on Investment, Cash Flow of investment and Debt to EquityRatio simultaneously have a significant effect on stock price. This is indicated by the F-count value (5.933)> F-table(2.93404) and sig-p (0.003) <0.05. Return on investment (ROI) partially significant effect on stock prices. This is indicated bythe value of t-count value X1 (11.573)> t-table (2.04523) and p-value (0.000) <0.05. The investment cash flow is partiallysignificant effect on stock price. This is indicated by the value of t-arithmetic X2 (2.110)> t-table (2.04523) and p-value(0.043) <0.05. Debt to Equity Ratio partially have a significant and positive effect on stock price. This is indicated by thevalue that t-hit X3 (10.055)> t-table (2.04523) and p-value (0.000) <0.05. The magnitude of the influence of Return onInvestment, Cash Flow investment, Debt to Equity Ratio and Return on Investment to the Share Price is equal to 38%. It issuggested that manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange can provide convenience in the form offinancial statement information so that research activities undertaken by the students can be further simplified. It is suggesedthat the next researcher do a similar research by adding another variable so that the results obtained research that serve asa reference comparison against previous research.

Abstract

Maraknya penggunaan tenaga outsourcing pada era globalisasi saat ini memiliki banyak implikasi terhadap kegiatan operasional perusahaan. Salah satunya perusahaan dihadapkan pada kenyataan bahwa karyawan outsourcing cenderung memiliki kinerja dan loyalitas yang lebih rendah dibanding karyawan tetap. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan loyalitas karyawan adalah budaya perusahaan yang mereka terapkan dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Penyuluhan ini dimaksudkan untuk untuk memberikan edukasi kepada karyawan outsourcing tentang implementasi budaya perusahaan dan lingkungan kerja dalam perspektif hukum ketenagakerjaan. Penyuluhan ini dilakukan pada PT Indra Angkola yang terdiri dari 25 peserta menggunakan media Zoom. Hasil dari penyuluhan diperoleh adanya tambahan pengetahuan baru bagi para peserta tentang memahami budaya perusahaan dari perspektif hukum ketenagakerjaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the competence of human resources namely knowledge, skills, self-concept, traits, and motives affecting the performance of employees at PT Janeeta DKI Jaya Medan. Based on the results of the study, partially shows that: 1) Knowledge competency has a significant influence on employee performance; 2) Skills competencies have a significant influence on employee performance; 3) Self-concept competence has a significant influence on employee performance; 4) Competency traits have a significant influence on employee performance; 5) Competence motives have a significant influence on employee performance. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 41 karyawan Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Berdasarkan hasil Uji Analisis Regresi Sederhana, terdapat konstanta besaran a = 32,318 dan b = 0,162. Artinya konstanta sebesar 32,318 dengan asumsi nilai koefisien pada variabel komitmen karyawan bernilai 0 (nol). Berdasarkan hasil uji t, variabel komitmen karyawan (X) thitung 3,534 > ttabel 2,022 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Universitas Tjut Nyak Dhien. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui nilai R square yang diperoleh sebesar 0,243. Untuk melihat pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat dengan menghitung koefisien determinasi (KD) = R2 x 100%, sehingga diperoleh KD = 24,30%. Angka ini menunjukkan bahwa 24,30% kinerja karyawan (variabel terikat) dapat dijelaskan oleh komitmen karyawan. Sisanya 75,70% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak dijelaskan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Komitmen, Kinerja Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of employee commitment to employee performance at Tjut Nyak Dhien University. The sample in this study were 41 employees of Tjut Nyak Dhien University. The data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Based on the results of the Simple Regression Analysis Test, there is a constant magnitude of a = 32.318 and b = 0.162. This means that the constant is 32.318 with the assumption that the coefficient value on the employee commitment variable has a value of 0 (zero). Based on the results of the t test, the employee commitment variable (X) tcount 3.534> ttable 2.022 with a significance value of 0.001 <0.05. It can be concluded that variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Tjut Nyak Dhien University employees. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it can be seen that the R square value obtained is 0.243. To see the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable by calculating the coefficient of determination (KD) = R2 x 100%, so that KD = 24.30% is obtained. This figure shows that 24.30% of employee performance (dependent variable) can be explained by employee commitment. The remaining 75.70% is influenced by other factors that are not explained in this study. Keywords: Commitment, Performance

Abstract

The aim of this article is to investigate the influence of work stress on employee motivation at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city, to examine the impact of motivation on employee performance at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city, and to explore the combined influence of work stress and motivation on employee performance at CV. Aneka Teknik in Binjai city. This research adopts a quantitative approach. The population consists of 25 (twenty-five) permanent employees at CV. ANEKA TEKNIK Binjai, and the researcher distributed questionnaires to all of them to gather data for analysis. The data obtained are numerical and are used to analyze the relationships between variables. Based on the partial analysis, the independent variable of Work Stress (X2) has a significant negative influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik Binjai. However, based on the simultaneous analysis, the independent variable of Motivation (X1) does not have a significant influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik. Nonetheless, the simultaneous analysis reveals that the independent variable of Work Stress (X2) has a significant influence on the dependent variable of Employee Performance (Y) at CV. Aneka Teknik Binjai.

Abstract

Tujuan sosialisasi ini untuk meningkatkan pemhaman Mahasiswa terhadap kesehatan mental, dan juga membantu mahasiswa untuk mengatasi rasa cemas yang berlebihan, rasa takut, rasa bosan, dan rasa tidak percaya diri yang berlebihan di dalam diri sendiri. Adapun lokasi pengabdian dilakukan di APP APIPSU Medan, dengan metode pelaksanaan dengan menyampaikan isi materi sosialisasi seperti materi definisi kesehatan mental, gangguan-gangguan terhadap mental, dampak negatif terganggunya mental dan juga cara mangatasi gangguan mental. Hasil pembahasan ialah mahasiswa diajarkan megolah rasa takut, rasa sedih dan rasa cemas serta bosan menjadi hal yang positif, kenapa begitu karena rasa cemas, khawatir dan sedih hakikatnya memang dimiliki oleh setiap manusia, maka dari itu apabila rasa tersebut menjadi berlebihan maka manusia akan menjadi stres, putus asa dan sebagainya. Sosialisasi ini dilakukan untuk mengajarkan kepada mereka cara memanajemen rasa tersebut menjadi sebuah hal yang psoitif, kesimpulannya ialah Mahasiswa diaharapkan mampu belajar menjadi pribadi yang kuat dan berkerakter.

Abstract

In 2015 to 2016 when the Rohingya were stranded in Kuala Langsa Harbor, Aceh. The research was conducted when the Rohingya survivors had been living in Aceh for six months. For most people, entering puberty is not easy. Adolescence is a stormy and stressful time because it is a time of emotional turmoil and imbalance. For Rohingya adolescents who experienced this runaway tragedy, of course, the adolescent phase they went through adds color, uniqueness, difficulties, and pressures that are different from ordinary adolescents who did not go through a tragedy in their lives. These conditions make Rohingya adolescents have to survive and find their ways to get through this tragedy. This research aims to discover the sources of resilience owned by adolescent girls who are Rohingya survivors. It is known from previous research that adolescent girls are not as resilient as adolescent boys and tend to be more sensitive and stressed when facing complex and stressful situations. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The subject was taken by purposive sampling and amounted to only one person who was 16 years old. Resilient sources obtained by Rohingya adolescent survivors stranded in Aceh are obtained from internal sources, namely, I Am and I Can. External sources, namely, I have external support and sources in increasing resilience that are received from social support and trades.

Abstract

Ayah memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pengasuhan. Sejumlah hasil penelitian menunjukkan peran Ayah dalam pengasuhan berpengaruh terhadap aspek sosial, emosi, kecerdasan, dan perilaku anak. Namun penelitian keterlibatan Ayah dalam pengasuhan terhadap internal locus of control masih sangat minim. Internal locus of control diketahui berpengaruh terhadap perilaku kenakalan remaja. Remaja sebagai individu memiliki pusat kendalinya sendiri (internal locus of control) terhadap peristiwa dan hal-hal yang dialami serta terjadi di dalam individu tersebut. Remaja yang memiliki internal locus of control biasanya terhindar dari perilaku kenakalan remaja. Salah satu suku di Indonesia dimana pengasuhan ibu lebih dominan adalah suku Batak Toba. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh keterlibatan Ayah dalam pengasuhan terhadap internal locus of control pada remaja suku Batak Toba. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik availability sampling dan total subjek yang terlibat sebanyak 161 remaja suku Batak Toba berusia 15 – 18 tahun.  Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan Ayah dalam pengasuhan memiliki pengaruh terhadap internal locus of control remaja suku Batak Toba, sebesar 24%. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa keterlibatan Ayah dalam pengasuhan sangat diperlukan karena berpengaruh dalam mencegah perilaku kenakalan di usia remaja.
