Abstract

Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh implementasi manajemen kurikulum dan kinerja guru terhadap mutu lulusan di SMK Swasta siti Banun Rantauprapat. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode explanatory survey. Objek pnelitian ini adalah SMK Swasta Siti Banun Rantuprapat. Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh Guru dan pegawai tata usaha SMK siti Banun Rantauprapat yang berjumlah 80 orang. Hasil pnelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) ditemukan pengaruh signifikan dari implementasi manajemen kurikulum terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMK siti Banun Rantuprapat dengan fhitung  0.059 > Pvalue 0,021. 2) ditemukan pengaruh  signifikan dari kinerja Guru terhadap peningkatan mutu lulusan di SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat di buktikan dengan nilai fhitung  0.989 > Pvalue 0,021.dan 3) terlihat pengaruh signifikan dari implementasi manajemen kurikulum dan kinerja guru secara bersamaan terhadap penigkatan mutu lulusan di SMK Siti Banun Rantauprapat Hal ini berdasarkan hasil analisis data yang menunjukkan nilai fhitung  0.989 > Pvalue 0,021. Kata Kunci: Implamentasi Manajemen Kurikulum, Kinerja Guru, Mutu Lulusan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Independence on Learning Outcomes in online learning during the Covid 19 pandemic. This research applies explanatory survey method. The object of this research is the State Islamic Institute (IAIN Kerinci). The sample in this study was all 6th semester Islamic Education Management Students, totaling 65 people. The results of the study showed that there was a correlation between independent learning and learning outcomes during the COVID-19 pandemic with a moderate correlation. As for the level analysis for the variable of learning independence during the Covid 19 pandemic with the dimension of self-confidence being at a moderate level, the dimension of self-learning being at a moderate level, the dimension of mastering expertise in the field is at a moderate level, the dimension of respecting time is at a high level, and the dimension of respecting time is at a high level. responsibility is at the moderate level. Meanwhile, the level analysis for the learning outcome variables on the affective dimension is at a high level, the psychomotor dimension is at a moderate level and cognitive is also at a moderate level.

Abstract

So far, there is an impression that finance is everything in advancing an educational institution. Without sufficient financial support, it is as if he cannot do much in advancing the educational institutions he leads. This is because they think that all efforts to advance education must be funded by money. Efforts to advance educational components without financial support seem to have stagnated halfway. At least, there are two things that cause great attention to finances; First , finance is a key determinant of the continuity and progress of educational institutions. This has the consequence that education reform or development programs can fail and fall apart if they are not supported by adequate finances. Second , it is usually very difficult to obtain large amounts of money, especially for newly established private educational institutions. Funds are closely related to trust ( accountability ). If you want to get funds from BP3/Community, Madrasah/School or Higher Education must have a good program, so that the community believes that these programs can run well and be useful. In another sense, educational institutions must convince the owner of the funds in the use of these funds. Islamic educational institutions really need to regulate ( manage ) the finances of their institutions. How can this Islamic educational institution move the finance so that it can be easily spent for effective and efficient financing? namely, with budgeting (budgeting), implementation involves accounting (implementation of the budget), and evaluation involves (the process of evaluating the achievement of targets).

Abstract

This study attempts to provide light on the administration of a pesantren curriculum based on religious moderation at Mahad Al Jamiah, Kerinci State Islamic Institute, Jambi Province. This study is categorised as qualitative research using a case study methodology. Eight participants made up the informant group for this study, including Mudir Mahad, the teaching staff, and six Mahad students. Purposive sampling was used to choose the informants. The researcher himself serves as the study's instrument. This study used observation, interviews, and documentation studies as data collection methods. Observation of the development, carrying out, and evaluation of a curriculum in the form of a checklist sheet. Semi-structured interviews were the appropriate category for the user interviews. Data and papers that are linked to the research issue serve as documentation. Nvivo Plus version 11 software was utilised for all data entry, coding, exploration, visualisation, and presentation procedures in this investigation. Tests for credibility, dependability, and confirmability can be used to determine the authenticity of the data. The findings demonstrated that curriculum development was carefully planned, that curriculum implementation proceeded smoothly, and that curriculum evaluation was done in collaboration with the Quality Assurance Agency.
