Abstract

Kabupaten Aceh Tengah memasuki masa fase Zona orange dalam penyebaran Pandemi Virus Covid-19. Hal ini dalam Peraturan Gubernur Aceh Nomor 51 Tahun 2020 Tentang Peningkatan Penangganan Corona Virus Disease 2019, Penerapan disiplin dan penegakan hokum protocol kesehatan di Aceh diteruskan Peraturan Bupati Aceh Tengah Nomor 25 Tahun 2020 tentang Penggunaan Masker Dalam Rangka Pencegahan COVID-19. Adapun yang diatur dalam regulasi tersebut yaitu menekankan bahwa masyarakat diwajibkan menerapkan protok kesehatan khususnya masker. Penelitian ini bersifat normative. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa Protokol kesehatan khususnya pemakaian masker menjadi penting dalam masa pandemic Covid-19 mengingat penyebarannya melalui udara.

Abstract

Through the Qanun of Central Aceh Regency Number 6 of 2013, the Ketapang Nusantara Integrated City Area (KTM) was established in Linge District, Central Aceh Regency. Beef cattle fattening farm program in 2013. This study aims to evaluate the cattle fattening program in Ketapang Nusantara. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants of this research include the Head of the Dians Animal Husbandry, Central Aceh Regency, Cattle Cattle Group in Linge District, Central Aceh Regency, the community and related stakeholders. The results showed that the cattle fattening program could be said to be ineffective as a whole because the fulfillment of meat needs was still in the district of Central Aceh, while the objective of the program was based on regulations, namely meeting the needs of beef in the Special Province of Aceh. Besides that, some of the obstacles faced are natural factors, not being able to provide pasture to meet the quantity of animal feed, because some areas have land contours that are dominant with rocks. Behavior factors of human resources, lack of innovation and creativity of breeders in managing their farms. As well as the Organizational Commitment Factor, the weak commitment of the Department of Agriculture in coordinating and collaborating with related parties. The recommendations formulated include the need for partnerships with academics, improved coordination with agencies related to the cattle fattening program, and there needs to be a search for more supportive livestock locations.

Abstract

The arrangement of the Paya Ilang Traditional Market in Central Aceh Regency aims to organize trading activities within the designated market building. However, this initiative faces challenges as vendors are reluctant to use the provided facilities, leaving the market building vacant and poorly maintained. This study seeks to evaluate the role of local government in the development and enhancement of traditional markets and to identify factors influencing the success of market regulation. A qualitative approach was employed, incorporating in-depth interviews, field observations, and analysis of relevant documents. The findings reveal several critical issues, including ineffective communication between the government and vendors, unsuitable market building conditions (such as inadequate lighting and ventilation), and a lack of strict enforcement of regulations. Additionally, limited access roads and insufficient parking space exacerbate the problems. The study concludes that renovating the market building with active involvement from vendors is crucial to achieving mutual understanding. The government must improve communication, provide clear guidance, and enforce regulations rigorously to raise vendor awareness of the importance of cleanliness, comfort, and public order. Market revitalization is anticipated to address these challenges while enhancing the market’s appeal as a modern and orderly trading hub.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak kendaraan bermotor di SAMSAT Aceh Pusat. Masalahnya difokuskan pada rendahnya minat wajib pajak kendaraan karena kualitas layanan yang diberikan. Kejelasan data yang dikumpulkan berupa kuesioner atau kuesioner dan dianalisis secara kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji nilai t menjelaskan perhitungan t ˃ tabel t yaitu 5.059 ˃ 1.677 dengan arti bahwa terdapat pengaruh dalam pembayaran pajak kendaraan bermotor yang dilakukan dengan afirmasi wajib bahwa Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Sedangkan uji F menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak, hal ini dapat dijelaskan bahwa uji F-count = 25.598, maka dapat ditegaskan bahwa f-count ˃ F-tabel atau 25.598 ˃ 4,05 dimana ditunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak kendaraan bermotor.

Abstract

Poverty is a condition of economic inability to meet the average living standards of people in an area. Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) is assistance in the form of cash to underprivileged (poor) families in the Village which is sourced from Village funds to minimize poverty rates for poor people in meeting their daily needs. This research aims to determine the implementation of the Direct Cash Assistance Program for village funds in Batin Weh Pongas village, Bukit District, Bener Meriah Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. Informants for this research include the Bener Meriah Regency Social Service, the Head of Batin Weh Pongas Village, families who receive direct cash assistance benefits, and related stakeholders. The research results show that the BLT program can be said to have not been effective as a whole. Thus, the BLT program has several problems, namely: 1. Accuracy in making choices, 2. Accuracy of targets, 3. Organizational Commitment. The recommendations formulated include the data collection process, consolidation and verification process, validation process and determination of periodic data collection results and involvement of stakeholders in preparing the BLT program so that it is maximally supervised.
