Abstract

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Kelurahan Tanah Kongkong semakin meningkat sehingga kebutuhan akan penyediaan prasarana jalan dan drainase permukiman meningkat pula. Isu tentang prasarana jalan adalah masih ada wilayah yang belum ada jalan, jalan pemukiman sempit dan jalan setapak yang kurang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dan mengevaluasi pemenuhan prasarana jalan dan drainase permukiman di kelurahan Tanah Kongkong Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian evaluatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif-dekriptif. Pengambilan data primer melalui survey, observasi dan kuesioner pada pengguna jalan dan drainase. Data survey diolah dengan menampilkan existing prasarana jalan dan drainase. Data kuesioner diolah dengan metode Importance Performance Indikator (IPA) untuk menampilkan informasi berkaitan dengan faktor–faktor pelayanan yang menurut responden sangat mempengaruhi kepuasan mereka serta faktor-faktor pelayanan yang saat ini belum memuaskan responden sehingga harus ditingkatkan. Sedangkan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna jalan dan drainase secara menyeluruh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan masyarakat menggunakan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh nilai CSI sebesar 69% artinya masyarakat Puas dengan kinerja prasarana jalan. Terhadap evaluasi prasarana drainase persentase jumlah masyarakat yang terlayani drainase adalah sebesar 79,69% telah melebihi standar minimal, Analisa tingkat kepuasan dengan menggunakan metode Costumer Satisfaction Index (CSI) diperoleh nilai sebesar 61,60% yang berarti masyarakat Cukup Puas dengan kinerja prasarana drainase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pelayanan prasarana jalan dan drainase yang ada masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi.

Abstract

The road is a means of circulation space which is made to facilitate transportation by land. Roads have existed since ancient human times and were used to move places and be passed to transport life's equipment, in human development only know roads made of soil that can only be passed on foot or using livestock such as horses, cows or cattle. buffalo. The impact of the spread of Covid-19 has resulted in certain conditions so that efforts to overcome them need to be carried out, one of which is through large-scale social restrictions (PSBB). Based on these considerations, President Joko Widodo has issued Government Regulation (PP) Number 21 of 2020 concerning Large-Scale Social Restrictions in the Context of Accelerating the handling of Covid-19 which was signed on March 31, 2020. Covid-19 pandemic, the performance was measured from the time during the COVID-19 pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic with worker productivity and the distance between workers in the field, the level of productivity in projects during the Covid-19 pandemic was 1,284 m3, the distance between workers was 0.894 m, project performance as measured by cost performance during the covid-19 pandemic and after the Covid-19 pandemic - 19 with the BCWSN method until week 11 the realization of the work was 45.72% the cost was Rp. 34,606,561.52. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalis faktor – faktor apa saja yang perlu dipertimbangkan dalam menentukan peningkatan status jalan menjadi status jalan Provinsi Papua Barat dan menentukan urutan prioritas peningkatan status jalan provinsi di ruas jalan Kabupaten Manokwari. Faktor-faktor yang menjadi kriteria peningkatan status jalan adalah analisis Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) bidang jalan, analisis potensi wilayah dan analisis administratif. Penentuan prioritas peningkatan status jalan provinsi di ruas jalan Kabupaten Manokwari adalah dengan metode AHP dengan menggunakan alat bantu software Expert Choise. Responden berjumlah 20 orang yang terdiri dari instansi pemerintah yaitu, Bappeda, Dinas PUPR Provinsi Papua Barat, Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Manokwari, Akademisi, Anggota Legislatif, Tokoh Masyarakat/Adat, Konsultan. Penelitian ini menghasilkan prioritas secara berurutan yaitu ruas jalan Sowi IV (Marampa) – Perkantoran Gubernur (26,6 %), ruas jalan Pertanian Wosi Dalam – Lembah Hijau – Ingramui – Pami (22,7 %), ruas jalan Poros SP9 – SP11 (20,7%), ruas jalan Waramui – Wasirawi – Batas Kabupaten Pegunungan Arfak (15,1%) Ruas Jalan Persawahan VII Aimasi - Jalur V SP3 - Jalan Kg. Karenu II - Jln. Kompleks Inyomusi Kg. Karenu I (15,0%).

Abstract

The National Community Empowerment Program's village and sub-district officials who oversee development financing must execute Technical Guidance in the context of creating a Draft Cost Budget for the construction of Highways, Civil Works, and Water Resources. To help the Construction Development Institute teach and provide technical advised to all village fund managers so they can stay on task and prevent the misuse of state financial management, academics are needed. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to village and sub-district officials so that they prioritize planning activities, budget calculations, material needs to implementation in accordance with quality standards and good accountability. All officials throughout Maros Regency are invited to attend or send their envoys as Technical Guidance participants. Subsequently, a coaching clinic method was implemented, wherein the Construction Cost Estimate (RAB) was prepared in an intense manner to maximize training outcomes right away. This method allows us to directly examine participants' comprehension of AHSP and RAB compilation, as well as directly rectify the way participants begin calculating. From the post-test results, data on the understanding of village staff on AHSP has reached 73% and understanding in preparing the RAB has exceeded 60%. Abstract

The upcoming Railway of Makassar-Parepare needs to determine the appropriate tariff. The tariff should be affordable and attractive people to using the public transport. In addition to considering the train fare that has been determined by considering the operational costs of the operator, it is also necessary to consider the Ability to Pay (ATP) and Willingness to Pay (WTP) values ​​for prospective train users, especially non-commuters. The purpose of this study was to analyze the value of ATP and WTP for prospective users of the Makassar - Parepare train service, especially for non-commuting trips. The data collection method in this study was conducted through a primary data survey using questionnaires or direct interviews with respondents who have the potential to use the Makassar - Parepare Railway. The respondent sampling process is based on each sub-district along the Makassar-Parepare railway line. The research data obtained were then analyzed further to see the characteristics of the respondents, ATP values, and WTP values. The results of the analysis on fares for trains with ATP and WTP values ​​at a maximum value of Rp. 468,-/ km with 58% of respondents. The fare value for the total length of the Makassar-Parepare route is 141 km, which is Rp. 65,988,-. The results of this study also show that the ATP value is lower than the fare for public transportation using a mini bus with the same distance on the Makassar-Parepare route with a value of Rp. 120.000,- so that the potential tariff in its determination must still consider the service received.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan kerangka integratif Green Lean Construction (GLC) yang dapat diterapkan dalam proyek konstruksi di Indonesia serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap efisiensi proses dan keberlanjutan lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan mencakup studi kasus, observasi lapangan, serta analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif dari proyek-proyek konstruksi yang menerapkan prinsip GLC. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan GLC mampu mengurangi limbah material hingga 15%, konsumsi energi sebesar 18%, dan penggunaan air hingga 25%. Selain itu, efisiensi waktu dan biaya juga meningkat tanpa mengorbankan kualitas hasil konstruksi. Meskipun terdapat tantangan dalam biaya awal dan keterbatasan pemahaman pelaku industri terhadap konsep ini, GLC terbukti memberikan manfaat jangka panjang. Penelitian ini menyarankan pengembangan kebijakan yang mendukung implementasi GLC serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia di sektor konstruksi. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam mendorong transformasi konstruksi Indonesia menuju arah yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The Act Number 2 of 2017 on Construction Services requires construction workers to have competency certification. This provision aims to protect public interests, improve the quality and competitiveness of the national workforce, and ensure that every construction project is carried out by competent professionals. The construction workforce certification process in Indonesia still faces several obstacles, such as limited access to quality training, high certification costs, and minimal socialization and awareness of the importance of certification. Therefore, Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, UNHAS has an important role in supporting the implementation of construction workforce certification by developing a competency-based curriculum, providing practical training, and conducting research related to innovation in the construction sector. Technical training of construction workers in the field of building and road work was carried out for 16 hours of training at the Maros Regent's Office. Participants in this activity were 50 construction workers who met the requirements for level 5 (five) certification. The results of technical briefing for workers who will take part in the work competency certification assessment are indicated to be effective in increasing the readiness and ability of participants to face the certification assessment. Through this training, workers gain a deeper understanding in accordance with competency standards in the field of building and road work, so that they become more confident and competent during the assessment process.

Abstract

Pemilihan proyek konstruksi pada tahap pra-tender merupakan keputusan strategis yang berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja, profitabilitas, dan keberlanjutan perusahaan kontraktor. Namun, dalam praktiknya, proses pengambilan keputusan masih sering didominasi oleh intuisi dan subjektivitas, sehingga berpotensi meningkatkan risiko kerugian serta ketidaksesuaian proyek dengan kapasitas perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pendukung keputusan pemilihan proyek konstruksi pada tahap pra-tender berbasis multi-kriteria yang sistematis, terukur, dan objektif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 88 responden praktisi konstruksi yang memiliki pengalaman dalam proses tender, serta dilengkapi dengan tahapan validasi dan penilaian konsistensi oleh pakar di bidang manajemen konstruksi. Lima kriteria utama yang dianalisis dalam penelitian ini meliputi aspek keuangan, teknik, komersial, hukum, dan pemasaran, yang masing-masing diuraikan ke dalam beberapa sub-kriteria penilaian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria keuangan memiliki bobot kepentingan tertinggi sebesar 0,239, dengan sub-kriteria sistem pembayaran sebagai faktor paling dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan pada tahap pra-tender. Model pendukung keputusan yang dikembangkan mampu memberikan panduan kuantitatif yang terstruktur, transparan, dan konsisten dalam mengevaluasi kelayakan proyek konstruksi, sehingga dapat membantu perusahaan kontraktor dalam meningkatkan kualitas keputusan, meminimalkan risiko proyek, serta menyelaraskan pemilihan proyek dengan strategi bisnis dan kapasitas internal perusahaan.
