Abstract

About Change Management is one of the changes in regulating business organizations which originates only from Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling. If it is related to the sudden COVID-19 pandemic, change management becomes relevant because most business organizations inevitably have to be able to adapt to survive. This paper aims to describe management change and creativity in dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic. The facts reveal that there are social and economic inequalities in society, both individually and in groups. The author collects news, both from various journals and social media related to the relationship between leaders and subordinates. The results of this paper are expected to provide positive input about Change Management as a whole. This research was conducted to determine the business strategies applied by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. The object of research is the snack industry with the trademark Waroenk Ngemil which is located on Sadang street, Bandung Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Based on the research results, it was obtained data that the business strategy in marketing its products is through social media. From the results of the research above, it can be explained that this strategy can work as expected by paying attention to the purchasing power of consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, by using social media facilities, the funds needed by small business actors have an impact on reducing business capital. From the description above, it can be concluded that the role of the government and banking is very important, especially with regard to training in the use of information technology so that small business products can survive the COVID-19 pandemic

Abstract

Rantai Pasok adalah suatu item kegiatan atau jaringan kerjasama pengadaan barang atau jasa yang berkerja sama dan saling terkait satu sama lain untuk membuat dan menyalurkan barang atau jasa. Tujuan peneltian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen rantai pasok terhadap perkembangan perusahaan properti Rizki mandiri barokah , kemampuan manajemen pengetahuan dengan kinerja perusahaan, praktek manajemen rantai pasokan dengan kinerja perusahaan dalam mengembangkan perusahaan . Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Manajemen rantai pasok perusahaan Rizki mandiri barokah mengacu pada upaya penyedia untuk membangun dan menjalankan jaringan pasokan yang paling efisien dan efektif dalam perkembangan perusahaan .

Abstract

This study uses the method of literature study or literature review. Literature review is a comprehensive overview of the research that has been done on a specific topic to show the reader what is known about the topic and what is not known, to seek rationale for research that has been done or for ideas for further research. The type of writing used is a literature review study that focuses on writing results related to writing topics or variables. The author conducts this literature study after determining the topic of writing and establishing the formulation of the problem, before going into the field to collect the necessary data. Any systematic study of a new market geography requires a combination of sober minds and generosity. But marketers also have to feel secure in their own beliefs and traditions. Generosity is needed to maintain whole values ​​and other ways of life and other values ​​based on other people's perspectives. in other words, overcoming the negative prejudices that are a natural result of human tendencies toward ethnocentrism. Although "culture shock" is a normal human reaction to something new and unknown, successful global marketers strive to understand the human experience of life from a local point of view.

Abstract

In Medan, Generation Z TikTok users are the target audience for this study, which seeks to determine the relationship between Affiliate Marketing and Product Quality. Here, the entire population is represented using quota sampling. The distribution of the Google Form questionnaire was used in collecting data for this study. On a Likert scale from 1 to 5, users of the TikTok Shop app responded, and the results were used to make statements about Affiliate Marketing, Product Quality, and Purchase Interest of Generation Z. Study of 100 people in Medan who rated themselves to be part of the “generation” the TikTok Shop app is done. The results of this study indicate that the influence of Affiliate Marketing on the customer’s tendency to buy increases significantly. The product Quality Variable has no positive or statistically significant effect on consumer interest in making purchases among TikTok application users in Medan who are members of Generation Z.

Abstract

Pada Penelitian yang dirancang sebagai mengidentifikasi posisi nilai overvalued atau undervalued pada saham perusahaan melalui analisis dengan menggunakan teknik Price Book Value (PBV). Metode pada penelitian yang menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian tersebut adalah perusahaan farmasi pada tahun 2021. Studi tersebut menunjukkan bahwa 6 dari 9 sampel saham dalam penelitian dinilai terlalu tinggi dengan membuat keputusan yang tepat untuk menjual saham tersebut. Jika sudah memiliki dan masih menginginkannya. dividen karena fundamental perusahaan bagus, bisa mendapatkan keuntungan modal atau mempertahankan sahamnya. Terdapat 3 perusahaan yang menghadapi kondisi undervalued. Harga saham dan investor melihatnya sebagai harga yang murah.
