Abstract

Negara Indonesia adalah Negara Kepulauan yang sebagai besar wilayahnya ialah perairan, maka dari itu Indonesia disebut juga sebagai Negara Maritim yang memiliki Sebagian besar wilayahnya ialah lautan yang luas, oleh karena itu bagian aktivitas masyarakat Indonesia banyak dilakukan di laut atau didaerah pantai. Kabupaten Nias sangat potensial terhadap perikanan, terkhususnya Kota Gunungsitoli. Hasil laut menjadikan bagian penting dari sector pendapatan masyarakat, Industri perikanan berpotensi menghasilkan perkembangan ekonomi cukup signifikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aliran Rantai Pasok Manajemen pada distribusi hasil tangkapan ikan, dikarenakan potensi kelautan dan perikanan yang masih belum optimal pengelolaannya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengolahan data melalui observasi, wawancara, beserta dokumentasi dengan tujuan merumuskan masalah yang ada di Lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya perbedaan antara rantai pasokan hasil tangkapan para Nelayan, yakni pada partai besar dan partai kecil.

Abstract

This study uses the method of literature study or literature review. Literature review is a comprehensive overview of the research that has been done on a specific topic to show the reader what is known about the topic and what is not known, to seek rationale for research that has been done or for ideas for further research. The type of writing used is a literature review study that focuses on writing results related to writing topics or variables. The author conducts this literature study after determining the topic of writing and establishing the formulation of the problem, before going into the field to collect the necessary data. Any systematic study of a new market geography requires a combination of sober minds and generosity. But marketers also have to feel secure in their own beliefs and traditions. Generosity is needed to maintain whole values ​​and other ways of life and other values ​​based on other people's perspectives. in other words, overcoming the negative prejudices that are a natural result of human tendencies toward ethnocentrism. Although "culture shock" is a normal human reaction to something new and unknown, successful global marketers strive to understand the human experience of life from a local point of view.

Abstract

The development of the culinary business has resulted in a variety of unique culinary delights, one of which is Durian Shake which is popular with many groups, especially young people, causing quite long queues. Based on observations, service quality, price perception and taste are very important things for consumers, when consumers feel satisfied it will have an impact on consumer satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, price perception and price perception on consumer satisfaction. The object of this research is consumers of Duriankocok77 Tempuling in Medan Tembung District. This research uses a quantitative method in which to determine the sample using the solvin formula with the results being 89 consumers of Duriankocok77 Tempuling. This research uses classical assumption test data analysis techniques, descriptive and multiple linear analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. The results of this research show that the factors of service quality, price perception and taste have a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. And the factors of service quality, price perception and taste simultaneously influence consumer satisfaction with Duriankocok77 Tempuling.
