Abstract

This study conducted the effect of bending angles on the galvanizing and galvannealing coatingson the steel plate cold commercial. Both coatings consisted of serial Fe-Zn intermetallic layerssuch as -FeZn13, p-FeZn10, k-FeZn7 and -Fe3Zn10 layers with different fraction. The greaterpart of the first coating was the phase and in the other was the  phase. Formable of thecoatings was examined using bending test with angles about 150, 120, 90, 60 and 30 degrees. Asresults, the galvanizing coating except for bending angle of 30 degree seems strong for tensionload. By contrast, most galvannealing coatings bent in all angles were cracks runningperpendicular from the steel surface to -zinc region. Similar to the tension load, compressedload as resulted of the bending test did not provide any influence to the galvanizing coating, butsignificantly lead to cracks in the galvannealing coating both parallel and vertical direction tothe steel surface.

Abstract

Poros adalah bagian mesin yang digunakan untuk mentransmisikan daya, sebagaibagian stasioner yang berputar, poros terbagi menjadi beberapa jenis yaitu porostransmisi,porosspindle,porosgandar.Porostransmisilebihdikenaldengansebutan shaft. Shaft akan mengalami beban puntir berulang, beban lentur bergantiataupun kedua – duanya. Pada shaft, daya dapat ditransmisikan melalui gear, belt -pulley, rantai – sprocket, dll. Terdapat beberapa hal penting yang harus diketahuidalamperancangansuatuporossepertiukurandiameteryangamandigunakansertateganganyangterjadipadaporostersebut.Berdasarkandatayangdiperolehdengandaya motor 4,847 kW dan kecepatan putaran pisau 3600 RPM serta menggunakanmaterialAISI1045didapatnilaidiameteryangamandigunakansebesar18mmdantegangan geser sebesar 2,06 Kg/mm2. Dari hasil perhitungan tersebut selanjutnyahasilperancangandibuatdalambentukgambarteknikdenganmenggunakanbantuanperangkat lunaksolidworks.

Abstract

Sekolah Master or Master’s Schools is one of the schools for Education for equality of students for the less fortunate. One of the obstacles that master schools have is the absence of technology in student enrollment in schools. Many students wish to enroll and continue Education in masters schools to get an equivalency Education, so as to have the recognition of such Educational status. So far, schools are still using conventional methods in registration. Where, students and parents or families must come to school to register students or students by bringing the required documents, not to mention the requirements that cannot be completed, even queue time is needed to be served by the operator or staff on duty at the school. This shows that a technological device or system is needed to facilitate student enrollment in schools. One method that can be used to collect the required requirements and make a design is the prototyping method. The prototyping method is one of the methods used as an effort to develop a system with almost finished services and products. This method produces an analysis of functional and non-functional requirements that form the basis of the system that can be developed. This research also produced a design with a navigation structure, use case diagrams with a unified modeling language, relation tables, and interface proposals from end users and admins. This interface is used as a basis for the system to be made as a user-approved interface, so that the development of this system can be carried out properly during implementation and future trials.

Abstract

Penggunaan biogas, sebagai alternatif dari penggunaan energi fosil. Namun biogas yang dihasilkan dari proses anaerob memiliki kandungan zat pengotor didalamnya, sehingga memerlukan cara untuk memurnikan salah satunya dengan memisahkan kandungan H2O. Rangkaian filter H2O, sangat berperan dalam proses pemurnian tersebut, maka dilakukan simulasi aliran fluida gas yang akan terjadi pada pipa filter untuk mendapatkan tekanan dan temperatur demi mencapai kondisi kondensasi, serta menganalisis pengaruh bentuk perpipaan pada filter sehingga H2O yang terkandungan didalamnya dapat terpisah dari biogas. Metode pengujian dilakukan menggunakan SolidWorks dengan Internal Flow, dengan 5 kali pengujian pada bentuk dan luas penampang yang berbeda pada pipa uji. Abstract

Dissimilar Metal Welding (DMW) adalah penyambungan logam dengan sifat mekanis dan karakteristik berbeda, diterapkan dalam heat exchanger, primary reformer, dan flare stack. Parameter las DMW diatur dalam Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), termasuk arus las yang dinyatakan dalam rentang nilai. Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh arus Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW) pada sifat mekanis dan struktur mikro DMW antara AISI 1020 dan AISI 304 dengan variasi arus 100A, 120A, dan 140A. Hasil pengelasan antara AISI 1020 carbon steel dan AISI 304 stainless steel dengan variasi arus las 100A, 120A dan 140A menghasilkan kualitas permukaan las yang baik ditinjau dari hasil interprestasi pengujian dye penetrant dan dinyatakan relevan dengan kriteria keterimaan standar yang dipersyaratkan. Hasil pengelasan antara AISI 1020 carbon steel dan AISI 304 stainless steel dengan variasi arus las 100A, 120A dan 140A menghasilkan kualitas sambungan las pada bagian dalam yang baik ditinjau dari hasil interprestasi pengujian radiography dan dinyatakan relevan dengan kriteria keterimaan standar yang dipersyaratkan.

Abstract

The Pesanggrahan River riparian zone holds significant potential for development as an agroforestry area that supports environmental conservation and ecology-based agrotourism. However, the area faces several challenges, including the absence of clearly defined boundaries, environmental degradation caused by human activities, and a lack of appropriate plant species recommendations for sustainable development. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to assess the existing conditions of the area, conduct boundary mapping, and provide recommendations for agricultural and forestry plant species that support both ecological conservation and economic value for local communities. The methods used in this program include site surveys to identify vegetation conditions, soil characteristics, and environmental issues; territorial mapping using drones and manual boundary marking; and interviews with local communities and stakeholders to understand their perceptions and needs regarding agroforestry and agrotourism. The results indicate that the area has already been planted with various forest trees and fruit-bearing plants, such as acacia, durian, jackfruit, avocado, and banana, as well as agricultural crops like cassava and vegetables. Additionally, boundary mapping was conducted twice to determine the designated working area for a more structured implementation of agroforestry. Based on the findings, it is recommended to implement an agroforestry system by planting forest trees and perennial fruit crops along the riverbanks to reduce erosion and strengthen the riparian ecosystem. The implementation of agroforestry is expected not only to contribute to environmental conservation but also to create economic opportunities through agrotourism and community empowerment. The success of this program requires further coordination between local governments, academics, and communities to ensure the sustainable management of the Pesanggrahan River riparian zone.
