Abstract

Abstract: Hadih Maja is figurative word nèk tu (ancestor) which is made as a way to admonish smoothly and meaningfully to configurate students’ behaviour in accordance with the custom in Aceh. The purpose of this study was to describe the ethical values in Hadih Maja. The results of this study were implemented into the process of conducting discussions technique to modify students’ social skills. This study used a qualitative research method whit the multilevel Hermeneutics analysis. Besed on data analysis, there were 11 ethical values in Hadih Maja. Ethical values in Hadih Maja obtained are catagorized into social sub themes. The process of implementing the discussion technique in this study used a 5 stage KIPAS counseling model (adaptive progressive and structural intensive counseling).Abstrak: Hadih Maja merupakan kata kiasan nèk tu (nenek moyang) salah satu cara untuk menegur dengan halus  dan penuh makna untuk membentuk perilaku siswa sesuai dengan adat istiadat di Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan nilai etika dalam Hadih Maja. Nilai-nilai hasil penelitian ini kemudian dikonstruksikan ke dalam isi dan format proses pelaksanaan teknik diskusi untuk memodifikasi kecakapan sosial siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan proses analisis data Hermeneutika Bersusun. Berdasarkan analisis data terdapat 11 nilai etika dalam Hadih Maja. Nilai-nilai etika dalam Hadih Maja yang didapatkan ke dalam sub tema SOSIAL. Proses pelaksanaan teknik diskusi dalam penelitian ini menggunakan lima tahapan model konseling KIPAS (konseling intensif progresif adaptif dan struktur).

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the implementation of group counseling with self-management techniques is effective in reducing online game addiction of SMAN 1 Sakti students. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental design with The Nonequivalent Control Group 3Design. The population in this study were 42 students. The sample was taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of students of class XI IPA1 and XI IPA2. Data was collected by means of a questionnaire or questionnaire. The data was processed using SPSS version 20 for windows. The results showed that there was effectiveness in implementing group counseling with self-management techniques to reduce online game addiction in class XI Mipa 1 and XI Mipa 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sakti. This is evident from the posttest with the self-management technique tcount t table, then -13.53 2.01, this minus sign means the direction is getting smaller or the area of H0 acceptance is on the left. Self-management techniques that are able to reduce (reduce) online game addiction in students. Then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The independent sample-t test showed that there was a difference between the experimental and control classes. This difference can be in the form of the effectiveness of self-management counseling techniques in reducing online game addiction in students at SMA Negeri 1 Sakti.Keywords: Group Counseling Services_Self Management Techniques_Online Game Addiction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self management efektif dalam mengurangi kecanduan game online peserta didik SMAN 1 Sakti. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan desain The Nonequivalent Control Group 3Design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 42 peserta didik. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan sampel peserta didik kelas XI IPA1 dan XI IPA2. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan angket atau kuesioner. Data diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 20 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat efektivitas pelaksanaan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self Management untuk mengurangi kecanduaan game online pada siswa kelas XI Mipa 1 dan XI Mipa 2 SMA Negeri 1 Sakti. Hal ini terbukti dari posttest dengan teknik self management thitung>ttabel, maka -13,53 > 2,01, tanda minus ini berarti arahnya yang semakin kecil atau daerah penerimaan H0 di arah kiri. Teknik self management yang mampu mereduksi (mengurangi) kecanduan game online pada peserta didik. Maka Ha diterima dan H0 ditolak. Uji independent sample-t test menunjukkan bahwa antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol terdapat perbedaan. Perbedaan tersebut dapat berupa efektivitas teknik konseling sself management dalam mengurangi kecanduan game online pada peserta didik di SMA Negeri 1 Sakti

Abstract

This research is based on a preliminary study that the researcher conducted at SMA Negeri 1 Mila, the researcher found several disciplinary violations that were often carried out by students such as being late for school, skipping school hours, and often not attending school. maintain character development in students. This disciplinary issue must be resolved immediately because it has a bad impact on student behavior. Guidance and counseling are solutions that can be taken because the field of work and the approach taken by BK are considered capable of solving the problems that occur. The objectives of the research are: (1) To find out the description of student discipline at SMA N 1 Mila, (2) To find out the description of the implementation of Group Guidance with Focus Group Discussion techniques to improve student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Mila, (3) To find out how much Most group guidance with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques is effective in improving student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Mila. This study uses a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental design method of type one group pretestposttest (initial test - single group final test). The population in this study were all second grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Mila, totaling 200 students. The sample in this study were 30 students using random sampling. The instrument used is a Likert scale model. Hypothesis testing using paired sample t-test. Based on the results of the study showed that the value of tcount was 19,458. Then tcount is compared with ttable of freedom df = 29, then the provision of tcount of ttable (19.458 0.68304), the value of sig.(2-tailed) is smaller than the critical value of 0.005 (0.000 0.005), this indicates that H0 is rejected and Ha accepted. Judging from the provisions of tcount > ttable, the calculation result is greater than tcount > ttable. So it can be concluded that group guidance with Focus Group Discussion (FGD) techniques can effectively improve student discipline at SMA Negeri 1 Mila.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Digital transformation in education requires innovation in career guidance services to better align with the characteristics of the digital generation. Services that remain predominantly informative and lack interactive visual elements may reduce student engagement and understanding of further study options. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of using Canva as a digital media tool to enhance Grade XII students’ understanding of post-secondary education choices at SMA Negeri 3 Unggul Sigli. The research employed a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design involving 32 students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability, and were analyzed using a Paired Sample t-Test with SPSS version 27. The results indicated a significant increase in the mean score from 73.66 to 87.28 (Sig. < 0.05), with an N-Gain value of 0.83 (high category). These findings confirm that the use of Canva in career guidance services is effective in improving student engagement and understanding of further study options, and is relevant as a technology-based innovation in secondary school guidance services. ABSTRAK Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan menuntut inovasi pada layanan bimbingan karir agar lebih sesuai dengan karakteristik generasi digital. Layanan yang masih bersifat informatif dan minim visual interaktif berpotensi mengurangi keterlibatan serta pemahaman siswa tentang studi lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji efektivitas penggunaan media digital Canva dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa kelas XII mengenai pilihan pendidikan pasca-SMA di SMA Negeri 3 Unggul Sigli. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimental one-group pretest–posttest terhadap 32 siswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert yang telah teruji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan Paired Sample t-Test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 27. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan skor rata-rata dari 73,66 menjadi 87,28 (Sig. < 0,05) dengan nilai N-Gain sebesar 0,83 (kategori tinggi). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan Canva dalam layanan bimbingan karir efektif meningkatkan keterlibatan dan pemahaman siswa terhadap studi lanjut, serta relevan diterapkan sebagai inovasi layanan berbasis teknologi di sekolah menengah.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic stress is a psychological condition that arises when students face high academic demands and limited time to complete various learning tasks. This phenomenon is often experienced by students who participate in the full-day school system due to the more intensive learning activities compared to the regular school system. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group guidance with relaxation techniques in reducing academic stress among students implementing the full-day school system. This research employed a quantitative approach using a one group pre-test and post-test design involving 8 eleventh-grade students of SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using an academic stress questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability and were analyzed using the paired sample t-test with the assistance of SPSS version 22. The results showed an increase in the average score from 55.375 in the pre-test to 75.375 in the post-test with a significance value (sig. < 0.05), indicating a decrease in students’ academic stress levels after the implementation of group guidance with relaxation techniques. These findings indicate that the application of group guidance with relaxation techniques helps students manage emotional tension, improve self-control, and reduce the level of academic stress experienced during the full-day school learning system. Therefore, group guidance services with relaxation techniques can be used as an alternative intervention strategy in school counseling services to help students cope with academic stress more effectively. ABSTRAK Stres akademik merupakan kondisi psikologis yang muncul ketika peserta didik menghadapi tuntutan akademik yang tinggi serta keterbatasan waktu dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas pembelajaran. Fenomena ini sering dialami oleh siswa yang mengikuti sistem pembelajaran full day karena intensitas kegiatan belajar yang lebih padat dibandingkan dengan sistem sekolah reguler. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi dalam mengurangi stres akademik pada siswa yang menerapkan sistem full day. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain one group pre-test and post-test yang melibatkan 8 siswa kelas XI SMAN 3 Unggul Sigli yang dipilih secara purposive. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket stres akademik yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample t-test dengan bantuan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan skor rata-rata dari 55,375 pada pre-test menjadi 75,375 pada post-test dengan nilai signifikansi (sig. < 0,05), yang menandakan adanya penurunan tingkat stres akademik setelah pemberian layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi mampu membantu siswa mengelola ketegangan emosional, meningkatkan kemampuan mengontrol diri, serta menurunkan tingkat stres akademik yang dialami selama mengikuti sistem pembelajaran full day. Dengan demikian, layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik relaksasi dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif strategi intervensi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah untuk membantu siswa mengatasi stres akademik secara lebih efektif.
