Abstract

This study expects to make proper upgrades and augment viewpoints in the administration of BOS assets to make work solace and ideal execution of madrasas, particularly in the space of ​​​​the Office of the Service of Religion of the area of North Sumatra. The positive side of overseeing BOS assets should be visible from the degree of planning, execution cycle, and post-execution exercises, their subsidiary effects, and general assessment of the presentation of the Madsarah BOS Group. Second, BOS reserves emphatically affect working on the nature of madrasas, which is quantifiable with marks of expanding madrasah authorization status, expanding the quantity of understudies, and the quantity of understudies avoiding class and dropping with regard to school. The positive effect of BOS is additionally recorded from the way that the history of madrasa understudies' accomplishments in numerous and changed rivalries. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of work motivation and work environment in employee performance at the Medan City Trade Office. The method used in this research is a detailed qualitative method that leads to an in-depth description and description of the actual situation in the field. This study uses an open interview technique that is shown directly to employees of the trade department in the field of development and foreign trade. The results of this study indicate that the role of work motivation and work environment in employee performance at the Medan City Trade Office in the field of development and foreign trade affects the performance of employees. This is shown by the attitude of kinship and mutual assistance in carrying out tasks and discussing the program in deliberation. So that the increase in class, promotion and the results of their successful performance increase the motivation of employees so that they have good performance. Abstract

Tujuan darii penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kualitas bantuann haji dan umrah di Kanwil Kementerian Agama Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Serta mengidentifikasi faktor pendukungg dann penghambatt pencapaian kualitas bantuan haji dan umrah di Kanwil Kemenag. Metode kualitatif dan deskriptif digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mewawancarai tiga informan. Menggunakan Teknik data deskripsi analisis untuk menarik kesimpulan. Secara umum hasil penelitian menunjukkan, kualitas bantuan haji dan umrah berdasarkan berwujud, keandalan, ketangkapan, jaminan dan empati sudah memenuhi ekspektasi pengguna layanan. Layanan haji dan umrah memiliki berbagai dukungan dan hambatan. Faktor wakaf meliputi sikap ikhlas dalam memberikan bantuan dan fasilitas berupa komputer dan koneksi dalam menggunakan internet. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah lemahnya kekuatan koneksi internet dari server pusat, dan petugas yang kurang Handal yang terkadang datang terlambat dalam memberikan bantuan.

Abstract

Today's public services provided by government personnel are frequently found to have flaws, resulting in them failing to fulfill the community's expectations for quality. This is evidenced by the prevalence of different public criticism complaints, which can contribute to a negative image of government employees. Public service, often known as community service, is an important component that can be used to measure a government's success. The purpose of this research is to describe the challenges that the Hajj and Umrah Organizing Sector at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province in Medan City, North Sumatra Province faces in providing services to the community, as well as the efforts and strategies that have been implemented. The research was descriptive qualitative in nature, with the goal of obtaining an adequate description or description of the research issue problem. According to the findings of the study, the best way to deal with the obstacles faced by the Hajj and Umrah Organizers at the Regional Office of the Ministry of Religion of North Sumatra Province is to provide services to the community that are easy/simple, short/fast, and satisfying in the implementation of licensing services, giving advice planning, and other services. It is envisaged that by putting forth these efforts, community services will be able to meet community needs while also increasing regional revenue (PAD). Abstract

This research aims to find out how marketing strategies can increase MSME income at SUA Snack Tembung. And what are the opportunities and obstacles for marketing strategies to increase MSME income at SUA Snack Tembung. This type of research is qualitative research. In this research the author takes a descriptive approach or strategy, namely describing or depicting an object, as well as a phenomenon in a social setting and expressed in the form of writing and sentences or it can also be interpreted as telling the situation of the research according to the facts and phenomena that actually occur using words and sentences or narrative. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers in the field, researchers can conclude that the marketing strategy used by SUA Snack to increase income is through promotions on social media, various discounts offered, attractive packaging, affordable prices and available in various flavors. As for the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that later emerged in SUA Snack in the marketing strategy carried out to increase income, the author carried out a SWOT analysis based on the results of interviews and observations in the field, namely Strengths such as good taste, affordable prices, friendly sellers and polite, attractive packaging, has many flavor variants, then Weaknesses: social media promotion is less than optimal, stock of goods is not large enough, and location is less strategic. Opportunities (Opportunities) in the culinary industry are popular with all groups, basreng and macaroni foods are currently viral, the taste is unique and addictive, can be enjoyed at any time and the last is Threat (Threat) such as the large number of food businesses appearing, high competitiveness, the perspective of some basreng people and Macaroni is neither healthy nor nutritious

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to depict and analyze the ethical practices of traders dealing in worship equipment at Sentral Pasar, Medan Kota District, Medan City, North Sumatra, considering the principles of Islamic business ethics. Methodology/approach: The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a field research approach. The subjects of the study comprise worship equipment traders at Sentral Pasar, Medan Kota District, Medan City, North Sumatra. Data sources encompass both primary and secondary data, collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results/findings: The findings reveal that traders are proficient in applying the three aspects of Islamic business axioms-balance, free will, and responsibility-despite encountering several obstacles along the way. Limitations: Some limitations that may be encountered include challenges in changing established business behavior, limited resources for training and education, and resistance to change on the part of traders who may be comfortable with existing practices. Contribution: Increasing understanding of the importance of Islamic business ethics in trading, so that they can direct their trading businesses in accordance with Islamic rules and sharia.

Abstract

Bank Syariah menawarkan produk penyaluran zakat yang diperuntukan bagi umat muslim sebagai solusi dalam merencanakan untuk menunaikan zakat. Seperti yang kita ketahui, saat ini Bank Syariah menjadi salah satu bank yang dipercaya oleh masyarakat luas sebagai tempat penitipan dan penyaluran zakat. Metode Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif karena akan melihat bagaimana Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah (Studi Kasus Baznas Kab. Asahan). Unit analisis dalam penelitian ini adalah Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah. Sedangkan dalam penentuan informan, peneliti melakukan identifikasi pihak-pihak yang terlibat dan bertanggung jawab seperti dari kepala Baznas Kab. Asahan sampai dengan para pegawai yang bekerja di lembaga tersebut mengenai perkembangan hingga saat ini. Setelah itu peneliti menganalisa tentang Peran Bank Syariah Dalam Proses Penyaluran Zakat Oleh Nasabah berdasarkan fakta- fakta yang tampak atau apa adanya. Berdasarkan pembahasan penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa program kerja sama yang telah dilakukan oleh Bank Syariah dan BAZNAS Kabupaten Asahan adalah program pengembangan operasional, yaitu pemberian barang operasional yang dilakukan oleh BTN Syariah kepada BAZNAS Kota Bekasi, penyaluran dana infaq dan shadaqah yang dilakukan oleh pegawai Bank BTN Syariah dan Sumut Syariah ke BAZNAS Kota Bekasi, pembukaan rekening dan pengamplopan dana oleh Bank BJB Syariah dan Mega Syariah. Adapun peran perbankan syariah terhadap BAZNAS Kabupaten Asahan dari sisi Maqashid Syariah sudah memenuhi Maqashid Syariah. Diantaranya analisis terhadap perlindungan agama, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan jiwa, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan akal, analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan harta benda, dan analisis terhadap penjagaan atau perlindungan keturunan. Namun demikian partisipasi dari bank syariah lain perlu ditingkatkan baik dari sisi dana maupun program kerja sama.
