Abstract

Drugs are something that is inserted into the body, drugs spread like bacteria that can attack anyone, young or old, rich or poor, even today, many teenagers who fall into this are from harmonious families. In this analysis, the author proposes a theoretical approach which includes: Understanding theology in general, Definition of Drugs, Drugs in the view of Islam, Types of Drugs, Consequences of Drug Abuse, Drug Countermeasures, and Legal Basis for Drug Abuse that regulates it. Furthermore, the author puts forward an understanding of the Islamic Theology of Drug Addicts which includes the factors that cause drug addicts, Drug Addicts' Belief in God's Actions and Human Actions, and Drug Addict's Views on the Concept of Faith, Reward and Sin. The researcher's review of the understanding of Islamic theology for drug addicts in social and religious behavior, based on the existence of religious knowledge taught both by their families and by religious leaders, is still limited to religious knowledge possessed by ordinary people, it is proven that the way of understanding is still related to reason. and revelation.

Abstract

The Qur'an is a holy book revealed to Allah SWT that provides benefits for certainty and belief, written in the holy book from the beginning of Surah al-Fatihah to the end of Surah An-Naas (Mushaf Usmany), ordered to be delivered to his people, as a guide and the demands of life for mankind. The Qur'an not only encourages Muslims to trade, but also the Qur'an frames that trade is carried out by upholding moral values. Honesty, trust, sincerity and fairness are examples of trade ethics that will never rot with time. This paper focuses on the importance of ethics Islam in trading. By paying attention to about 100 objects of Muslim entrepreneurs in various business lines in North Sumatra, it is obtained several Islamic ethics in business management which tend to be often implemented including Unity, Equilibrium, Free Will, Responsibility and Benevolence.Keywords: Business management., islamic ethics

Abstract

Dalam menyampaikan materi, guru ekonomi biasanya memiliki karakteristik yang berbeda, yang dapat menghasilkan interpretasi siswa yang berbeda. Tertulis, audio, visual, atau bahkan kombinasi dari semuanya dapat digunakan untuk membuat media pembelajaran ekonomi.Jika ekonomi diterapkan dengan tepat, maka akan sangat memudahkan interaksi kelas selama kegiatan pembelajaran jika media pembelajaran yang tepat dipilih.Ilmu pengetahuan dan filsafat pendidikan sangat mempengaruhi ciri-ciri media pembelajaran ekonomi.Pendidikan ekonomi berbasis media didasarkan pada aspek dan dimensi baik filsafat pendidikan maupun filsafat ilmu. Aspek dan dimensi tersebut meliputi aspek gagasan dan fakta, serta dimensi abstrak dan konkrit yang dapat diterapkan secara teoritis dan praktis. Abstract

Very important in humans. Science is a way of thinking of humans and is used to separate Science helps humans to orient themselves in the world and solve various life problems. Problems that make them do not know how to develop themselves. Therefore, knowledge is humans from other creatures. process of human thinking and is used as a barrier between humans and other living things. In the beginning, everything that humans did was because human nature in their life has a noble purpose in life that is higher than mere existence. That's why humans always try to develop science. The philosophy of science can be used as a perspective in the idea of Islamization of science because at this time what has developed lately is one branch of philosophy that aims to realize the relationship between science and philosophy. By making the Philosophy of Science as a perspective, benchmark, or establishment in order to analyze and develop the framework of Islamic science, using the approaches and methods that exist in philosophy. Only used for the Islamization of knowledge.

Abstract

Persons are creatures of Allah SWT who have advantages over other creatures, i.e., having reason and lust. If a person's wants and needs are met, he will feel comfortable, happy, and relieved. Behavior can be defined as the actions of humans who carry out theories. In North Sumatra, especially plantation farmers who are Muslim, consuming cannot be separated from their position of faith. Faith is an important measure because it shares a point of view that tends to influence human character and attitude. It dramatically affects the quantity and quality of consumption through material or spiritual satisfaction. Then it forms the attitude of consumption trends in the market. From the results researched, the authors found a way of consumption for plantation farmers by prioritizing Halal and cleanliness principles, simplicity, generosity, justice, and morality in life. Therefore, the author wants to explain the need for guidance to harmonize human behavior based on economic concepts in Islamic Economic Philosophy as a benchmark that will give birth to Islamic thought. If implemented, it will lead to the pattern of an attitude of plantation farmers in determining the level of consumption in North Sumatra, which is worth Islamic worship.Keywords: Consumption Behavior, Farmers, Islamic Economic Philosophy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the dominant factor of Monitoring (Monitoring) as an Effort in Preventing Problematic Cheap-Based Financing KCP BSI Medan Marelan. The method used is the quantitative method, using a sample of 10 employees, the X variable is 7B and 1S and the Y variable is the supervision of cheap financing, the data collection technique used is the Likert Scale angle with data analysis techniques using factor analysis Barlett's sphericity test and Kiser-Mayer-Olkin (KMO) and the test by interpreting factors (minimum factor loading 0.4) was carried out with IBM SPSS 27 for windows. The results obtained are 2 factors are formed for monitoring (monitoring) including primary factors and factor 2 is given the name of secondary factors; the most dominant factor is the primary factor which includes character; capital, capacity and economic conditions. It can be interpreted that in carrying out protection efforts in preventing low-cost problem financing at the BSI Marelan KCP prioritizing personal and social customer relationships, business economics and conditions or business trips carried out by clients.

Abstract

. Imam Al-Ghazali, a highly respected medieval Islamic scholar, has provided insight into various aspects of human life, including buying and selling activities. This paper raises Al-Ghazali's views regarding profit taking in the context of buying and selling. The type of this research is descriptive qualitative research and data sources are obtained from books, scientific papers and the internet. The results of this study are that Al-Ghazali's views are rooted in Islamic teachings which emphasize the importance of honesty, justice and blessing in all aspects of life. In buying and selling activities, Al-Ghazali emphasized that profit taking must be reasonable and not excessive. He rejects practices that harm others or exploit the needs of others to gain an unfair advantage.

Abstract

Strategi Pemasaran merupakan serangkaian rancangan besar yang mengambarkan bagaimana sebuah perusahaan harus beroperasi untuk mencapai tujuannya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran produk gadai emas (rahn) yang menggunakan prinsip 7P serta kendala dan upaya yang dilakukan dalam pemasaran produk gadai emas (rahn) di Pegadaian (Persero) KC Tanjung Pura. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan bentuk penelitian data (field research) Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh Pegadaian (Persero) KC Tanjung Pura adalah dengan menggunakan 7P (product, price, place, promotion people, process dan physical evidence). Dimana dari strategi product, price, place, people dan process sudah baik. Sedangkan untuk strategi promotion masih kurang sehingga informasi mengenai produk gadai emas ini (rahn) ini tidak tersampaikan secara rata. Dan untuk strategi physical evidence fasiltas bangunan tidak terlalu besar. Kendala yang dihadapi yaitu kurangnya karyawan (SDM) dalam mempromosikan produk gadai emas (rahn) dan adanya pesaing. Sedangkan untuk upaya yang dilakukan yaitu melakukan promosi menggunakan media sosial dan memberikan pelayanan lebih baik lagi kepada nasabah. namun strategi yang telah diterapkan sudah baik, hal ini terbukti dari jumlah nasabah yang semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya.

Abstract

Purpose: This study aims to depict and analyze the ethical practices of traders dealing in worship equipment at Sentral Pasar, Medan Kota District, Medan City, North Sumatra, considering the principles of Islamic business ethics. Methodology/approach: The research methodology employed is qualitative, utilizing a field research approach. The subjects of the study comprise worship equipment traders at Sentral Pasar, Medan Kota District, Medan City, North Sumatra. Data sources encompass both primary and secondary data, collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. Results/findings: The findings reveal that traders are proficient in applying the three aspects of Islamic business axioms-balance, free will, and responsibility-despite encountering several obstacles along the way. Limitations: Some limitations that may be encountered include challenges in changing established business behavior, limited resources for training and education, and resistance to change on the part of traders who may be comfortable with existing practices. Contribution: Increasing understanding of the importance of Islamic business ethics in trading, so that they can direct their trading businesses in accordance with Islamic rules and sharia.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze and test the impact of price, location, facilities, and product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The novelty of this study is that it has more variables to be studied than its predecessors. This type of research is quantitative research with 100 samples and uses a method to analyze SEM-PLS with the help of Smart PLS 4.1.0.3 software. The test used is the outer model test, the inner model test and the hypothesis test, as well as the mediation test. Based on the validity test results and reliability test is declared valid and relieble. Research results show that facilities have a significant influence on customer loyalty, for price, location, product quality have no significant impact on client loyalty. Price variables, facilities, product quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction, whereas location on client satisfaction has no significant impact. For customer satisfaction on customer loyalty has a significant influence. Mediation tests on client satisfaction variables influence the price, facilities, and quality of products on customer loyalty, whereas for location on client loyalty there is no influence to be mediated by customer satisfaction.
