Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the use of Indonesian idiom based on its shape, types, and source of Ranah 3 Warna novel by A. Fuadi along with the implications of the use of idiom as teaching material of Bahasa in senior high school. The research method was qualititative research. The whole use of idioms which were found in Ranah 3 Warna Novel by A. Fuadi were 158 idioms. From its shape, there were 51 partly idioms shape and 107 full idiom. From its genre, there were 145 expressions idioms, 12 proverb, and 1 pameo. In learning Bahasa, this research was related to learning material. Ranah 3 Warna novel by A. Fuadi could be used as teaching material so that students understand the use of idioms in discourse better.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penggunaan idiom bahasa Indonesia berdasarkan bentuk, jenis, dan sumber yang terdapat pada novel Ranah 3 Warna karya A. Fuadi serta Implikasi penggunaan idiom sebagai bahan ajar bahasa Indonesia di SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif. Keseluruhan penggunaan idiom yang ditemukan pada novel Ranah 3 Warna karya Ahmad Fuadi berjumlah 158 idiom. Dari bentuknya, 158 idiom ini terdapat 51 idiom berbentuk sebagian, dan 107 berbentuk penuh. Dilihat dari jenisnya 145 idiom berjenis ungkapan, 12 idiom berjenis peribahasa, dan 1 berjenis pemeo. Pada pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, penelitian ini berkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran. Novel Ranah 3 Warna karya Ahmad Fuadi dapat dijadikan bahan ajar agar siswa lebih memahami penggunaan idiom dalam wacana.Kata kunci: idiom, implikasi, novel, pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang bagalmana pengaruh sifat machiavellian, locus of control, dan independensi  terhadap perilaku etis auditor. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh variabel sifat machiavellian, locus of control dan independensi terhadap perilaku etis auditor. Literatur menunjukkan bahwa individu dengan tingkat machiavellian tinggi dan lebih rendah tingkat penalaran etika cenderung kurang mandiri dan lebih cenderung setuju dengan perilaku yang tidak etis. Kemerdekaan dalam audit berarti mengambil sudut pandang yang tidak bias dalam pelaksanaan pengujian audit, evaluasi hasil, dan penerbltan laporan audit. Beberapa hipotesis yang dikembangkan untuk menyelidiki; pertama pengaruh sifat machiavellianism yang negatif terhadap sikap etis auditor. Kedua, hubungan antara locus of control dan perilaku etis auditor, yang terakhir adalah hubungan antara independensi auditor dan perilaku etis auditor.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel staf auditor yang bekerja di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang ada di kota Yogyakarta. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode regresi berganda, dengan metode ini dapat dillhat bagaimana pengaruh setiap variabel seperti sifat machiavelltanisme, locus of control, dan independensi terhadap perilaku etis auditor.Hasil dari penelitian ini hipotesis satu dan tiga terbukti sedangkan hipotesis kedua tidak terbukti hal ini mungkin disebabkan karena auditor lebih memilih bekerja menggunakan ketrampilan yang dimiliki dan tidak berdasarkan locus of control diri mereka sendiri.

Abstract

The dependency ratio (DR) is an indicator of the demographic bonus. This paper aims to obtain of the development and relationship of demographic bonus with human development in 6 selected provinces. The six selected provinces, namely DKI Jakarta and Yogyakarta Special Region, represented low DR members. Sumatra Selatan and Bengkulu represent medium DR. Sulawesi Tenggara and Nusa Tenggara Timur represent high DR members. This study uses secondary data from the publications of the Statistics Indonesia. Data analysis is descriptive quantitative. There are differences in the development of DR in the three categories of areas. Regions with low DR tend to increase, while regions with high DR tend to decline in the 2010-2040 period. Regions with lower DR have a high value of the human development index (HDI), while regions with higher DR have a relatively low HDI value. The demographic bonus is optimized through quality improvement in the fields of education, health, and economy. Policies that are focused and can support of the demographic bonus require special attention from local governments. In addition, it is necessary to support population policies in controlling quantity, developing quality, and directing mobility.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has affected the family planning (KB) participation. This paper aims to determine the development of family planning participation in the Special Region of Yogyakarta, especially those related to the use of contraceptive methods in the early days of the Covid-19 pandemic, in March-April 2020.. The data were sourced from the results of the Monthly Field Family Planning Participation Control Report and Contraception Services Report in BKKBN Yogyakarta Special Region in January-April 2020. The results show that the number of active and new contraceptive prevalence in the early Covid-19 pandemic experienced a decline, while unmet need for contraception showed a tendency to increase in the same period. The number of new family planning participants appears to have decreased in March-April 2020 along with the addition of the number of positive cases of Covid-19 in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. This is due to the decrease in the intensity of family planning counseling and services.

Abstract

Leadership is always a topic of conversation for everyone, including in Christian circles. A good leader is a leader who has the ability to influence others to follow him. A good leader is also a leader who comes from God or a leader chosen by God. One of the leaders who is famous and widely recognized by the world is Moses, whose great leadership was recognized by four religions at once (Judaism, Christianity, Catholicism and Islam). Musa's leadership is one of the most influential leaderships in the world. Moses had implemented a good discipleship system. The discipleship system is a spiritual formation process that aims to improve a person's Christian faith and character. In the modern era, this discipleship system is increasingly important to face life's increasingly complex and diverse challenges. Without coaching and guidance from a church leader or fellow believer who is more spiritually mature, believers will experience stagnation in the growth of their faith. Without discipleship, believers may feel dissatisfied with the church and feel like they don't have a comfortable place to grow in their faith.

Abstract

This research aims to describe and identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the role of village government and analyze the influence of the role of village government in supporting/inhibiting factors in agricultural development in Kumpulrejo Village, Kapas Bojonegoro District. This type of research includes descriptive qualitative, the presence of the researcher as a research instrument, data mining techniques are carried out using interviews, observations and field notes involving participants as sources of research data. Data analysis techniques are carried out by collecting data, reducing data, presenting data and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of data analysis carried out by the government of Kumpulrejo Village, Kapas Bojonegoro District, it is carrying out its role as Regulator, Dynaminsator, Facilitator and Catalyst in rice development so that rice farming in the village can continue and farmers can more easily obtain agricultural needs. Supporting factors are support from the central government, farmer participation, while the obstacles are limited development funds/budgets and minimal participation in planning.

Abstract

Bumi Banjararum Asri Housing Complex is a housing complex located in Banjararum Village, Malang, East Java. This residence has many features to support the comfort of its residents with a location close to educational institutions, health centers and cyberspace centers around Malang, East Java. Apart from that, the main accommodation in Banjararum Asri is very easy to access by cellphone. However, unfortunately, in the current situation, there are many problems, especially in terms of security and public facilities that need attention, including security against motor vehicle theft and the entry of thieves into people's homes at vulnerable hours, including in public places and conditions roads in residential areas that are damaged. Residents do many things to maintain area security, such as putting up warning flags to warn each other of theft, utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) technology to provide security by residents of RT 15/RW XI. They provide security officers and other security (installing gates and adding lights in several areas), but it is not complete because it requires a relatively large budget. The results obtained from the community empowerment activities of RT 15 Housing Banjararum, Singosari in reconditioning security facilities and road facilities in the RT 15/RW .

Abstract

This community service program aims to describe the implementation and impact of “Persekutuan Hamba Tuhan,” a diaconal initiative conducted by GBI Jemaat Kasih Surabaya to support 80 pastors serving in small congregations around the M3 area of Surabaya. The background of the program stems from ongoing socioeconomic challenges affecting church ministers in the post-pandemic period, particularly those serving in churches with limited resources and unstable financial support. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through observation of the program activities, documentation of the distribution process, and testimonies from both recipients and church members. The results show three major outcomes. First, the distribution of food packages and basic daily necessities significantly reduced the economic burden of the participating pastors, providing a sense of relief and stability for their households. Second, the program strengthened congregational solidarity, as more than fifty church members actively engaged in fundraising, packaging, and direct service, building a stronger culture of compassion and shared responsibility. Third, the fellowship activities—consisting of worship, preaching, prayer, and personal encouragement—provided emotional and spiritual strengthening that renewed the pastors’ motivation and confidence in their ministry. Overall, this program demonstrates that integrated diaconal service combining material aid, spiritual encouragement, and relational support can offer meaningful impact for vulnerable church ministers. The findings also highlight the potential of this model to be replicated in other church settings as a holistic, community-based ministry approach. It is recommended that future programs expand coverage, incorporate long-term follow-up, and explore empowerment components to enhance sustainable impact.
