Abstract

Integrated Tourism Village Development (IRTD) proposes an intervention strategy for developing Tourism Villages in Cikole Hamlet, Neglasari Village, Garut Regency to generate opportunities for people in rural areas. This approach also aims to earn a sustainable income to complement their current earnings, contribute to equitable territorial development, and shape the environment. Neglasari Village is located in South Garut, designated as a tourism development area—encouraging the tourism industry's rural development. This village has several hamlets, one of which is the Cikole Hamlet, with the main attraction being tea, coffee, ginger, onion, and other plantations. However, the Cikole Hamlet community does not carry out the existing traditions. However, the potential of local culture can still be used as a supporting attraction and a preservation effort. For the sake of the sustainability of the existence of Neglasari Village as a tourist village, it is necessary to identify, assess and prioritize village tourism assets by using a Tourism Village Feasibility Assessment with the IRTD (Integrated Rural Tourism Development) Assessment Method to create sustainable development opportunities, in Cikole Hamlet, Neglasari Village, Garut Regency.

Abstract

Sangiran Tourism Village or Krikilan Village is one of the tourist villages that has unique geology, being part of the Sangiran Cultural Conservation area which has been designated as a UNESCO World Cultural Heritage. Therefore, tourism development in Sangiran Tourism Village should not be carried out arbitrarily and planning is needed through the development of appropriate tourism products. This study uses a descriptive method and a qualitative approach to find out the actual situation and phenomena. The results obtained from this study are the actual conditions of tourism products in the Sangiran Tourism Village where tourism in the Sangiran Tourism Village currently only utilizes the actual attraction in the form of the Sangiran Ancient Human Museum. The potential possessed by the Sangiran Tourism Village is the natural potential in the form of geological conditions, landscapes, and rural life that are still maintained. Some of the suggestions made are the use of potential tourist attractions, the preparation of tour packages, and the preparation of a code of ethics for tourism development.

Abstract

Pangandaran is a tourism destination has an important role in regional development at national, regional and local level. This is evident from the various policies, rules, and plans established and organized as a reference in the development of Pangandaran tourism. The development of tourism in this region is not only important for the tourism sector itself but more than that tourism development is expected to improve the welfare of society and reinforce the position of the region as a region and priority can improve the economy of the wider region. Development of tourism, products and tourism market, Pangandaran is well known both national and international levels. The appeal of the beach as the main product area is a pull factor for this region. However, the development of tourism products in the region is still not well managed and potential than the beach has not been fully developed as a supporter of the appeal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi pengelolaan wisata pantai berdasarkan integrasi konsep antara Sustainable Coastal Tourism dan Blue Flag yang disesuaikan dengan lokus penelitian yaitu Taman Edukasi Mangrove dan Wisata Bahari & Taman Konservasi Terumbu Karang sehingga menghasilkan Indikator Pesisir Berkelanjutan. Indikator-indikator tersebut digunakan agar kedua destinasi tersebut dapat mencapai tujuan wisata pantai yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif, dengan metode pengumpulan data wawancara dan observasi. Analisis data dengan model Miles and Huberman yang membagi kegiatan analisis menjadi beberapa bagian, yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Dari hasil observasi, di Taman Edukasi Mangrove ada 16 dari 36 sub indikator yang terpenuhi, sedangkan di Taman Wisata Bahari & Konservasi Terumbu Karang ada 19 dari 36 sub indikator yang terpenuhi. Beberapa sub indikator yang belum terpenuhi digunakan sebagai acuan untuk memberikan rekomendasi.

Abstract

This research is focused on agritourism product development model in Cigombong Agri-technopark with emphasis on tourism product components which consist of physical product, packaging, program, and people. The agrotourism product components to be identified based on physical and non-physical condition. Descriptive qualitative method will be used with Interactive Model Analysis as the data analysis technique. Research summarized that the potential agritourism theme to be developed is modern agriculture. The targeted tourist segment are private tourist and educational institution. Recruiting for human resources require intensive training. Developing tour package requires substantial adjustment of the package based on the tourist’s demography.
